Enzo thought bootcamp was hard as the judges knocked out half of the contestants on the first day without even hearing them sing which worried him as he thought he would be one of them which he was glad about not being kicked out of the competition.
It was the group performances and Enzo's group was up next; he was in with Jahmene Douglas, Jae Walters and Craig Colley they were doing Moves Like Jagger by Maroon 5, but Jahmene and Enzo weren't that keen on that song but the other two wanted to do it and they didn't want to come across as arrogant and diva like, so they kept quiet.
They were at the side of stage waiting to go glanced at Jahmene who looked really nervous, so he gave him a reassuring smile which he returned to Enzo. They had became friendly even though they had just met. They got the go ahead to go on stage.
Enzo shot a winning smile towards the judges ' ooooh gary not that t-shirt! how am i supposed to concentrate when your showing off that much chest hair arrrg. Wow Tulisa blonde hair hmm nice but not as nice as it is dark! wait what did she say' the music started playing. First Craig started singing then Jae then Jahmene. ' ouch i really feel sorry for him. As bad as this sounds i hope i'm not as bad as them' " i don't mean to try and control you..look into my eyes and i'll own you..." Enzo stopped singing and looked to Craig as he started singing then listened to Jae and then Jahmene then he sang again " an when your with me...i'll make you believe...that i got the key" gary raised his hand to signal a stop ' Oh shit. I've fucked it up. Way to go Enzo you fucking idiot. You just ruined your chance' Louis was talking to Jahmene about the song choice then they chatted deciding who is going through or not
"Jae step foward. As much as...we were...disapointed by this performance...we still do see potential and we wanna see you tomorrow" Jae's expression had gone from dissapointment to surprize to happiness.
" Craig step foward please. Craig i'm sorry its the end of the road, you're going to be going home today." Craig looked sad like he wanted nothing more than to run off stage. Enzo swallowed back the lump in his throat and listened. Gary took the mic this time
" Jahmene, we've been up an down the country and i've gotta tell you, right you were the best singer in the whole of the audition tour, by far, miles. That was like listening to a totaly different person today. Based on that today, i'd be sending you home right now. No question about it "
'ouch that hurt .Best voice. You could of at least told me my result before you told him that so i wouldn't be here '
" I understand " Jahmene answered Gary. Tulisa took the mic back.
" We've made a decision...we wanna give you another chance...we'll see you tomorrow " Enzo was almost as happy as Jahmene was feeling as his friend just got put through.
" thank you "
Gary takes the mic once again " put today behind you quickly "
louis speaks through the other mic towards Jahmene " tomorrow i wanna see and hear a different Jahmene" after that dylan's friend walks of the stage. Enzo smiles' at least one of us got through now my result, here we go '. Gary looked up at him with an expressionless face. Enzo felt worried that he couldnt tell even in the slightest what the result would be.
"Enzo...your performance was absolutly...fantastic you are a natural performer. I like you, Enzo. I mean, I really like you, I think you're amazing and your gonna go far, and thats why we're going to see you tomorrow. " he was paralized with shock all he was able to do was look like a deer trapped in headlights. All the judges had amused smiles on their faces ' Gary likes me .oh my god. Gary likes me oh wait i'm forgeting something...I AM THROUGH! HOW IN HELL DID I FORGET THAT GOD I AM SO THICK ' Enzo has a 4000 watt smile on his face by the end of that thought and adrenaline takes control and he starts running round the stage like a mad man. The judges all laugh and Enzo decides to do some flip tricks leaving them all shocked as he went off stage.
The bootcamp has been and gone leaving 24 cotestants

Ella Henderson, Lucy Spraggan, Jade Ellis, Jade collins, Amy Mottram and Leanne Robinson
The Overs;Gary's group;
Kye Sones, Melanie Masson, Nicola Marie, Brad Shackleton, Carolynne Poole and Christopher Maloney.
The Boys;Nicole's group;
James Arthur, Jahmene Douglas, Nathan Fagan-Gayle, Rylan Clark, Jake Quickenden and Enzo Lancaster
The Groups;Louis' group;
Mitsotu, Duke, MK1, Poisonous Twins and Rough was left to Gary to tell GMD3 and Triple J their fate after a tense sing-off. GMD3 won. However, Triple J are now part of the category, after Rough Copy were forced to pull out of the competition.
