AN: So I've been waiting for reviews, but I only received one, quite a while back. Thank you to that fan.
I see that with my busy life the fans have dropped off, sorry to those I did that to. :) I hope that you enjoy this.
Morgana smiled as she stared at the girl with black ringlets, and piercing blue eyes. She was wearing a black dress now, made out of smooth silk, with long, elegant sleeves. She looked good in black and looking at her made Morgana feel more protective. It was like she had a daughter now. She realized just how much she wanted a daughter. Once she had Merlin killed, she would adopt the girl.
Mordred came running in, "My lady, he is here."
Morgana smirked, "Good."
Merlin stopped as he saw Mordred slip into the hovel entrance.
"Looks like your suspicions were just confirmed," Arthur hissed.
Merlin nodded.
"Let's go!" Frank growled.
"No!" Merlin shouted, trying to grab the anxious boy.
Frank slipped out of Merlin's reach just barely as he charged down to the hovel.
"Frank!" Arthur yelled.
"He is your son," Merlin commented as he made his way down the small hill to Frank. "Frank, wait!"
"You sure he isn't enchanted," Arthur grumbled.
"What are you trying to say," Merlin asked.
"I'm not saying you enchanted my son," Arthur quickly tried to correct.
"No, you're blaming my daughter," Merlin said, as they neared the entrance.
"No," Arthur sighed, "Look. I just meant, he isn't being very rational."
"Love…makes you do strange things," Merlin said with a sly smile.
Arthur pushed him lightly on the shoulder, "I never liked when you said that."
Merlin laughed, "Obviously!"
Arthur grinned, looking at Merlin, they took a deep breath as they entered the hovel.
The heard a grunt of exertion as they entered, like two men fighting. Merlin held up his hand carefully, as he advanced ahead of Arthur. He was extremely grateful that he had left Freya in the lake, so she could stay safe. He was also glad that they had persuaded Gwen to stay there. Of course, Frank, there was no way to talk him out of coming.
"I wish I had a sword," Arthur commented.
Merlin smiled, "Now, you know how I felt in every skirmish we ever got it."
"Well you had magic," Arthur protested.
"And did you know?" Merlin pressed, looking over at Arthur.
He looked down in shame, "No, you are right. I was stupid.."
"A clot pole," Merlin chuckled, "Yes, now, be quiet. She is here…"
"Merlin, I was so hoping you would drop by!" Morgana purred from the darkness, her green eyes, piercing the darkness.
"Morgana," Merlin growled, "Where is she?"
"Really, Merlin," Morgana chuckled, circling him slowly, "This is the first time we have seen each other in decades, and that is the first thing you are going to say to me?"
"Morgana…" Arthur whispered softly.
Morgana's eyes, full of hatred, turned to his, "Brother."
"Why, are you doing this?" Arthur whispered.
"I had claim to the throne! I could have brought magic back to Camelot!" she screamed.
Merlin shook his head, "It was never your destiny, Morgana."
"I will not fall to my destiny!" Morgana yelled, "Emrys!"
Merlin's face fell, "So you know…"
"That you are supposed to be my destiny and my doom?" Morgana hissed, "Yes, but I've changed destiny, Merlin. You are the one doomed!"
Merlin shook his head, his eyes turning gold, "No, Morgana."
Morgana smirked, "You really are going to use magic on me, when you haven't seen your daughter yet? And where is the charming lad who came in so boldly, tackling Mordred?"
Merlin's eyes grew wide as he lowered his hand.
"Where is my son!" Arthur yelled, lunging forward.
Merlin put a hand on Arthur's shoulder, holding him back.
"My nephew?" Morgana chuckled, "He is learning how powerless he is. Blind fool."
"Love is not blindess," Merlin spoke softly.
"Lie," Morgana snarled.
Merlin spoke softly, "No, Morgana… have you ever been in love?"
She stopped for a moment, "I thought I was…once, but he betrayed me. He will pay!"
Merlin shook his head, "Then you do not know what love is…"
Morgana shrugged, "Maybe to you, but I do know what a broken heart is and how it hurts."
Merlin looked down, "So why cause more pain?"
"Because," Morgana spoke softly, "it is time that I get to be happy."
"Where you not happy at the castle?" Arthur questioned.
"Living in constant fear of Uther?" Morgana scoffed, "You are amusing!"
"My daughter, Morgana," Merlin stated, his voice cold with indifference, "where is she?"
Morgana laughed as she flung Arthur into the hovel wall, there vines wrapped around him, fastening him to the wall close. Frank suddenly appeared and was flung to the wall as well.
"First, I am going to reunite father and son," Morgana stated, not breaking eye contact with Merlin.
The vines wrapped tightly across Frank and Arthur, where they could no longer move.
"You've made you point Morgana," Merlin snapped. He hated not being able to use his powers to aid Frank and Arthur for his daughter's sake.
Morgana smiled, "Ok, ok, you wanted to see your daughter…here she is."
Merlin stared into the darkness as he saw his little girl walk forward. She was wearing black and her eyes were cold like they had seen so much pain.
"What did you do to her?" Merlin snarled.
"Nothing you wouldn't know," Morgana smiled.
Merlin stared at his daughter for a moment before whispering, "Isabelle?"
AN: I stop here to see if anyone cares to see the end. I have it, but I don't know if I'll give it if people don't want it.
I have come down to two options 1) Finish the story with a fan base OR 2) Take off the story from fan fiction. What do you guys want? If I don't get some responses or more views then I will take that as an answer and take this off. If I am shown that somebody wants more, I'll conclude the story. Thanks.
