Link's eyes shot open and he sat bolt upright in the bed, breathing heavily. He flinched and turned, backing away from the hand that rested on his shoulder, "Relax lad. It's only me." Ichigo said, pulling his hand away and crossing his arms, "You were dug into dreams like a tick, boy. None of my magic could wake you." Link stared at the old man for a while then looked down slightly, "You saw his dreams then..?" Navi asked, "What happened?" Ichigo was silent for a while, "A kind of magic that I'd hoped was long gone... An evil magic that invaded Link's dreams... And yet..." He paused, thinking about it, "... We must go and quickly tell the King." He stood up, placing a hand on Link's shoulder again, "C'mon lad. Let's get to the castle." Link nodded and got off of the bed, standing up. He couldn't stop thinking about that man and boy in his dreams. It had been the first time he'd ever seen them. Who were they? And what did they mean by chosen hero of the Goddesses..? Link thought to himself as he walked with Ichigo and Navi on the road to the castle. Once they were there, the three went inside and too the captain's quarters, "Captain. We're back." Navi said as they entered. The captain looked up and smiled at the three, "Welcome back. Ichigo, long time no see old friend." "Yes yes 's been quite a long time. We need to speak with you. And the King." The captain's expression took on a look of seriousness, and he nodded a bit, "Wait here. I'll be back." And with that, the captain went off.

Link placed a hand on Ichigo's shoulder and gestured to a chair. Ichigo looked at the teen and tilted his head, "Eh? Whazzat?" "He's asking you if you would like to sit down sir." Navi said. The old man stared at Link for a moment then mumbled, "So you're still not talkin' eh lad?" Link sighed a little, prepared for some sort of scolding about him being mute. But instead, the man had a look of sympathy in his eyes, "And now I know why. What happened in your dream... It's happened before hasn't it? That brown haired lad... Something happened to him, yes?" Link nodded a bit, looking down slightly. Ichigo nodded a little, "But still lad... You can't let it get to you. There might come a time where you need to use your voice. You might get caught in the same situation as five years ago. Yes you might be afraid, but you have to find the courage to pull through." Ichigo paused, going over to the chair and sitting, "Besides! Some of us want to know what you're saying! It get's so confusin' tryin' to figure it out!" He said in his normal grumpy way. Link blinked and laughed slightly, causing the old man to point a finger at him and exclaim, "There! Ya see! I knew you had a voice!" Link laughed a little bit more then turned when he heard the door open, "It's good to hear you laughing Link." The King smiled, "I was afraid I'd never hear it again." Link smiled as the King walked over to him and Ichigo, "Now then, what is it you've summoned me for?" Link's smile faded and he turned to Ichigo, who spoke up, "This boy has been having nightmares. Dreams of an evil I'd hoped was gone for good. It seems the cycle has not yet been broken. He is returning once again." The King was silent for a while, thinking. He looked at Link and said, "Link. This dream... Did it mention anything about a hero chosen by the Goddesses?" Link nodded, remembering how the man in his dreams called him by that title. He still had no idea what it meant. The King thought about it more than turned to Ichigo, "Tell me everything that happened in the dream." Ichigo began, telling about everything that he saw. About Dimitri, the explosions, the man, the beast, and the boy with the Keaton Mask. The King listened, and after Ichigo finished explaining he turned to Link. He paused for a moment then said, "Link, come with me. I have something to show you." Link nodded and he and Navi followed the King as he left. As they walked, the King spoke, "Ever since the blackout, I've been pouring through old scrolls and books, trying to find a solution. I came across something that had reminded me of the accident. Namely, the man who kidnapped your brother." Link listened carefully to the the King's words, especially when he spoke of the teen's older brother.

The King waked through the halls and out to the garden. Zelda was there still, playing her harp as fairies flew around her. Link smiled as he heard Zelda's playing, listening to the beautiful music. The King chuckled a little, "Beautiful playing as ever Zelda." Zelda turned and smiled, "Hello father, Link, Navi." Link waved a little and Navi said, "Hi!" Zelda turned to her father, tilting her head slightly, "What brings you here father? I rarely ever see you in the garden." The King's expression became serious again, "I'm taking Link to the chamber. It is fortunate you are here my daughter, this pertains to you as well." Zelda's expression became confused, but she nodded, "Alright." The King went over to a large fountain at the other end of the garden, the end directly opposite of the door, and pulled a small triangular stone, carved to resemble the Triforce. He placed the stone into an indentation on the fountain. For a moment nothing happened, then the fountain shook slightly and the water stopped flowing, revealing an opening into a room below. The King turned to the two and gestured for them to go in, "After you two." Link and Zelda looked at each other then to the opening and went inside. Linked blinked, looking around as he went down the dimly lit path. It was like going through the cavern of a cave, with nothing but torches to light your way. It was a long and narrow tunnel, and at the end there was a large room. In the center of the room, a sword was dug into a stone pedestal. Link tilted his head slightly, feeling like he'd seen this somewhere before. A buried memory that was trying to dig it's way to the surface. The King and Zelda stepped up beside Link, "What you see before you is the Master Sword. Years ago, this sword was said to have banished evil and sealed it away. It was wielded by a hero, who had the power of the Goddesses running through his veins. There are several legends like this one, passed down through the Hylian royal family. One says that when a great evil is at large, those sensitive to it will be plagued with nightmares. Zelda, you have told me many times that your nights have been restless due to nightmares, yes?" The princess nodded, "Yes that's correct." The King turned to Link, "And Link, we know now that you've been having nightmares as well. The most recent showing you a man accompanied by a great beast. And if Ichigo saw correctly, that man tried to trap you in dreams." Link nodded, remembering the man. Zelda looked at Link, a small worried expression on her face, "That man you saw seems to be the very one who attacked this land and attempted to take over the world in legend. He goes by the name of Ganon. He is the evil that has been sealed away time and again by the chosen hero. It seems that after years of being defeated, he's learned that as long as the chosen hero lives, he will never win. That is why he tried to trap you in the realm of dreams by attacking you with that beast. But you were saved, by a young boy in a Keaton Mask. Am I correct?" Link nodded, confirming everything that the King said, "Ichigo said that they called you the hero chosen by the Goddesses. If you believe that is true, then step forward and draw the sword you see before you. If you are the hero, you'll have no trouble wielding it." Link hesitated. He didn't feel like ay hero. He had many doubts about what the King told him, but all of this seemed so... Familiar to him. Like he'd heard the legends before. Swallowing his doubts, the teenager stepped forward to the pedestal. He grabbed ahold of the swords hilt and pulled. At first the sword didn't budge, but after just a second it gave way, and the sword slipped out of the stone. Link looked at the sword, bewildered. The King simply nodded, "As I thought..." Link turned and looked at the King, unsure of what to do next.

Zelda stared at Link, not knowing what to make of the situation. Her father turned to her and said, "While a chosen hero what a very big role in the legends, there was also a maiden. A maiden who's spirit had been used to resurrect the evil Ganon. Some legends say she was a vessel, others say that he simply stole the Triforce of wisdom that she possessed, as well as taking the Triforce of courage the hero possessed. Ganon himself wields the Triforce of power. Zelda, if legend is true, then I believe you are the spirit maiden. Ganon is going to try and take you prisoner and use the power flowing through your veins." Zelda's expression became determined, "He can try... But father, if all of this is true then... When will Ganon strike? And how will we defeat him?" "I am not sure. But, I know someone who might. Tomorrow, Link must set out for the forgotten village of the Sheikah. There he will find someone that will help in this quest." Link stared at the King, a question weighing down on his mind. Navi must've noticed this because she spoke up, asking, "Your majesty, you spoke earlier of Link's brother, Dimitri. While one this quest to keep Ganon at bay... Do you think we'll be able to find him..?" The King was silent for a while before saying, "Yes. I believe that Dimitri may be able to be found on this quest." That did it for Link. All he wanted was to find his brother. He'd do anything to see Dimitri again. He nodded a bit, saying that he'd go on the quest, "Just one moment Link. There is one more thing you need to know. Link, in your nightmare earlier on the poison on the beast's fangs dripped onto your arm and burned it. Come here." Link stepped down from where the pedestal was, and went up to the king, "Take your glove off and show me your arm." The King said. Link blinked and undid his glove. When he went to slide it off he winced and stopped. The skin was burning. He slid the glove off his arm, slower this time, and recoiled slightly at the large burn he saw. Zelda gasped lightly and her expression grew worried when she saw Link's arm. The King nodded a bit, "As you can see, the wound you suffered in the realm of dreams carried out into reality. Any damage Ganon does to you in that realm will reflect on your waking self. At times, he will most likely pull you into sleep and cause you to black out, and you will find yourself needing to face some sort of danger to wake again. During the time you are asleep you will be vulnerable in the waking world. There will be no warning as to when he will pull you into dreams, no signs; you will simply black out." Link looked at the King, a slight fear in his eyes. The King smiled reassuringly, "Do not worry though. It wont happen very often. It takes a great deal of power to pull someone with such a strong heart into dreams." The man put a hand on Link's shoulder, "Now then, why don't you go to the infirmary and get fixed up? Tomorrow you'll head out to the forgotten village." Link nodded a little and left the chamber, Zelda walking by his side. Navi flew after the two, keeping quiet and thinking. Link noticed how quiet the fairy was and stopped, looking at her. Zelda blinked and looked at Navi, who'd stopped as well, "What? What is it?" Navi asked, "I don't think Link has ever heard you so quiet Navi." Zelda said, "Is something troubling you?" "Ah, no nothing. Just thinking about old memories. I'm alright." Link gave Navi a suspicious look, "I'm not lying Link. I'm fine." Link's expression said that he still wasn't convinced, but he continued on his way to the infirmary with the two.

When the three got to the infirmary, one of the medics had Link sit down on a bed, "That's a pretty nasty burn you got there Link. You weren't playing with fire now were you?" The medic chuckled, dampening a cloth with burn medicine. Link smiled nervously and Zelda giggled a little as the medic turned to Link, "This is going to sting a bit..." The man said, carefully applying the medicine. Link grimaced and winced as his arm stung, biting his lower lip. After applying the medicine, the medic carefully wrapped Link's arm in a bandage, "There you go. Should be good as new in no time. Next time, don't play around with fire, 'kay?" Link nodded, smiling at the medic and leaving with Navi and Zelda. Zelda and Navi talked as they went through the halls, Link making faces here and there whenever they teased him. In the end they all ended up laughing either way. While walking through one of the corridors, the attendant that had joined the King's staff five years ago cleared his throat while blocking their way. Zelda looked at the attendant, "Oh, hello Jerome." She greeted. The attendant bowed slightly, "Princess Zelda, I believe it is time for your daily studies. If you'll come with me I'll tke you to your instructor." Zelda sighed a little bit, "Yes alright." The princess turned to Link, smiling, "I've got to go now Link. See you later!" Link smiled and waved a bit as the girl left with Jerome. The attendant looked back while walking, giving Link a slight glare. Link's smile faded when he caught sight of the glare. Something was off about that man, but Link couldn't place exactly what it was. Link's thoughts were interrupted when Navi flew directly in front of his face, "Earth to Link! You're spacing!" Link yelped and recoiled, smiling nervously. Navi giggled a little, "Well it's almost dinner time. How about we head to the dining hall and get some food?" Link smiled wide and nodded at this suggestion. Navi laughed, "Alright then. C'mon! I'll race you! Ready go!" And without warning, she flew off. Link laughed and ran after her as fast as he could. Being a lot faster than him though, Navi got there first. When Link got there he skidded to a stop and had to take a moment to catch his breath. The fairy giggled and exclaimed, "I win!"Link laughed and nodded as he walked inside. Link went and got some food, going and sitting down at one of the empty tables. He was happy and smiling, that is until he heard an, "Oy! Link!" He looked over and immediately grew an annoyed expression, "Oh great..." Navi muttered as Barlow, Leo, and Sean walked over to him, devious grins on their faces. Link tried to ignore the three as they spoke, "Heard you were playing with fire and got burned. How much more child-like can you get?" Barlow laughed. Link simply continued eating his food, wincing and glaring when Sean poked his bandaged arm, "Yeah only a child is dumb enough to play with fire!" Navi fumed and hit all three bullies on their heads, "Leave him alone!" Barlow growled, "Don't boss me around dumb fairy! Link's more of a child than a soldier and you know it! How about he tells us himself how he got that burn and why he wont speak?" Link glared at the ground and stood up, leaving the hall and heading toward his room, "Link wait up!" Navi called after the teen, hitting the three on their heads once more before going after Link, "Link! Link wait for me!" Link slowed to a stopped and turned, letting his friend catch up to him. Navi flew up to him and said gently, "Don't trouble yourself with them Link. They're just bullies... How's your arm?" Link looked at his arm and made a gesture to say it felt a bit better, "That's good..." Navi said, flying slowly as Link walked toward his room. Both of them were quiet as they walked. Once in his room Link lay down on his bed and closed his eyes. Navi watched him for a moment, then floated down and rested on the bed next to Link, "Goodnight Link..."

[Realm of Dreams]

Link Opened his eyes and looked around through the darkness, inside the realm of dreams again. He was alone and in the dark, unable to see the cloaked man or the Keaton Mask boy. He looked down and took a small, tentative step forward, flinching as he heard a voice, "You don't have to worry about falling. The ground's solid." Link looked around, searching for who was there. It didn't sound like Dimitri, the man, or the boy with the Keaton Mask. He took another step, and from where his foot landed the darkness seemed to shatter, and a light seeped through. Link raised his arms, shielding his eyes from the light. When the brightness died down, Link slowly lowered his arms and stared in awe at the change of scenery. He was on a floating island, high above the clouds. A smile crept it's way onto his face as he looked around, "Pretty amazing isn't it?" Link blinked and looked in the direction the voice came from, and saw a teenage boy with very light brown hair, sitting on an elevated portion on the island. The boy smiled, "Hello there Link. Welcome to the Realm of Dreams. Of course, you've been here before, but only in nightmares." Link stared for a while, not sure what to make of all this. He tilted his head slightly, his first question being the name of the boy. The other male laughed a bit, "You're wondering who I am. Well, my name is-" The boy cut off as the ground rumbled and shook. Link stumbled a bit and looked around. The smile faded from the other boy's face, "Something's not right... Listen Link. I don't have much time to explain this. You're part of a chain. When I was alive, I was a hero like you. I had to fight an evil called Demise. When I defeated him, Demise placed a curse on me, Zelda, and himself. That even though he was gone, his reincarnation would come back to fight our own in an endless cycle. We've been able to keep him at bay for years, but this time it looks like he's got his memories from the other times he'd fought us. He knows that he needs to get rid of you if he's going to have a chance at using Zelda's power and taking over the world. Luckily, your king knew the legends and saw the signs. He was able to get the two of you prepared. He got one detail wrong though. This time, it's not Ganon. Ganon was destroyed a long time ago. This time it's a different evil. There's one more thing you need to know. In this realm, you control what happens. If you need a weapon, you can call one to your hand at any time. You're in charge here, as long as you don't let fear control you." Link nodded a bit, blinking as the world began to fade around him, "You have to wake up now Link. We'll talk again soon!" Link watched as the images faded, and he went to the waking world.

[Waking World]

Link jolted as he heard a loud crack of thunder that woke him from his sleep. He quickly got out of bed and looked outside, paling when he saw the familiar black and blood red clouds covering the sky. Lightning surged through them at times, and thunder came soon after. Link pulled on his shoes and gloves and grabbed his weapons belt. He picked up the Master Sword and strapped the sword and holster to his back. After putting on the visor and communicator, he picked up Navi in his hand, who yawned a little, "What is it Link..?" Navi flapped her wings a few times, floating up into the air, "What's going on?" Link lowered his hand and pointed at the window. Navi flitted over and gasped lightly at the clouds that had begun to cover Hyrule. Navi turned to Link, "We've got to tell the king!" Link nodded and left the room, heading quickly to find the King. He skidded to a stop when he heard a shout from Zelda, "Put me down! Put me down right now!" He turned and ran to where he heard the shout, and was surprised to see Jerome carrying Zelda over his shoulder, the princess kicking and punching him in frustration. When the girl saw Link, she reached for him and shouted, "Link! Link help me!" Jerome turned and glared at Link, "Stay out of this boy." Link's expression became determined, and he drew his sword, charging at Jerome. Jerome sighed as if annoyed and fully turned to face Link. He raised a hand and blasted Link with a type of electric magic. Link yelped and was knocked to the ground, tensing and wincing as electricity surged through him, "Link!" Navi exclaimed, rushing to his side, "Insolent little twerp. You cannot best me." Jerome said, grinning. Zelda took this chance and elbowed the attendant hard in the back of the head, knocking him out cold. The princess stood up and rushed over to Link, who was standing up himself, "Link are you okay?!" Link nodded, "Good... We have to hurry. Jerome's not gonna stay down for long, let's-" Before the girl could finish her sentence, explosions came from the front of the castle, shaking the building. All at once the soldiers poured out of their rooms, shouting and heading to see what happened. Link was about to go with them, when the heard the captain call him, "Link! Zelda!" The captain ran up to them, "Link, the King told me to find you. You have to leave tonight. He said to take Zelda with you. Your horse is already ready. The King's there waiting for you. Hurry! Go now!" Link nodded a little and took Zelda's hand, running off to leave out the back, "We'll have to sneak around back. The main entrance would be too dangerous." Navi said as she flew along with Zelda and Link. The three quickly snuck out the back door and went around, keeping an eye out for anything that didn't seem right. After a while, Link saw the King standing next to the teen's horse, Epona. The King saw the three of them and gestured for them to come over and that the coast was clear. Link, Zelda, and Navi quickly and silently went up to the King, who held a chip out to Link, "Here's the map... You have to hurry. Once you get out in the open the monsters will try to gang up on you. Whatever happens, do not stop moving. Hurry now!" Link nodded and helped Zelda climb up on the horse, getting on afterwards. Link looked at the King with a small worried expression, "Don't worry about me Link. I'll be fine. You need to go, quickly!" Link hesitated, then nodded and gently tapped Epona's side with his foot, starting her with a trot then bringing her up to a gallop. He quickly inserted the chip into his visor and brought up the map. He rode out in front of the castle and out onto the road to the city. He looked behind him as he heard the creatures that had attacked the castle started to notice them and give chase. Link turned forward again and patted Epona's neck before urging her to go faster. As they rode through the city and approached the gates, Zelda called up to the guards, "Open the gates! Hurry! Open the gates!" The guards saw Zelda and quickly shouted to each other, opening the gates. Being heavy and slow to open, it was at the last second that hey were able to get through. Once outside the gates, the monsters let out frustrated cries and went back to the castle. The three had made it out of the city alive.

~later~

Link slowed Epona down slightly once he was sure that the three of them were safe from harm. He hoped he hadn't pushed the mare too much. Maybe I should stop for a moment and make sure she's alright... He thought to himself. As he brought Epona down to walking, he looked around at the forest they had entered and was awestruck by how beautiful it was. The entire forest glowed with magic. Leaves on trees and bushes had shining designs that lit up in the night, the blue-bell flowers were glowing, fireflies flitted around; Link had seen pictures in books from the castle library, but the real thing was much more amazing, "Wow..." The teen soldier heard Zelda mumble, "This is so beautiful..." "Yeah..." Navi chimed in, flitting around near the two. Link nodded a little and continued to look around. As beautiful as it was, they needed to keep moving. According to the map, the forgotten village would take about a day to get to on foot, and a few hours by horse as long as they kept moving. Link looked back at Zelda and pointed down the path. The princess nodded a little, "Your right... We should keep going." Link nodded and gave Epona a tap on her side with his foot, bringing her to a light gallop. They rode on through the night drowsily, until they came to the opening to a town. A broken sign hung from the top of the town entrance. Link brought Epona down to walking and went inside, looking around at the barren village. The houses were boarded up and abandoned. The only house that was in relatively good condition was the one at the back of the village. Link hopped down off of Epona and lead her to the house, tying the reins to one of the posts. He helped Zelda off of the horse and both went up to the door, knocking. For a while there was no answer, then the doorknob clicked and turned. A woman with faded blond hair and red eyes opened the door. She was silent for a moment before saying, "Who are you? Why have you come here?" Zelda stepped forward and spoke up, "My name is Zelda and this is Link. We've come to ask you about the evil that is spreading throughout the land." The woman was quiet again until she caught sight of the Master Sword, "... Come inside." She stepped aside to allow the teenagers to enter. Zelda and Link looked at each other before entering the house. The woman closed the door behind them and went over to a living room area. She sat down in a chair that sat across from a couch, and gestured for the two to sit down. Zelda and Link did so and were quiet, waiting for the woman to say something, "You boy. That sword with you. It is the Master Sword yes?" The woman said after a long pause. Link nodded a bit and the woman continued, "Then you are the chosen hero of legend. And you my dear must be the spirit maiden." Zelda and link hesitated a bit, "That's what we were told by my father miss... But, is it really true?" The woman nodded, "It is true. As further proof, look at the mark's you both bear on the backs of your left hands." Link blinked and looked at his hand. He knew he had a dark mark in the shape of three triangles, but he'd never really thought much of it. His expression became confused; how did this woman know about the mark? Zelda looked confused as well, thinking the same thing, "How did you..?" The woman smiled slightly, "Ah, where are my manners? I fear I've been rambling so much I've forgotten to tell you who I was. My name is Impa of the Sheikahs." Link was suspicious as to the reason that Impa had avoided Zelda's question. Before the Sheikah could continue though, Navi popped up from behind Link and flew over to Impa, "Impa? I knew someone by that name... She was a Sheikah, like you." Impa tilted her head slightly, "And who might you been little one?" "My name's Navi. I traveled with the hero once before, a long time ago." Impa nodded a little, "Quite the lively little one aren't you?" "I've still got some flutter in me." Navi said, giggling and floating over to Link. Link smiled and looked up at Navi, then tilted his head a little with a questioning look on his face. Navi caught the look and said, "It was a really really long time ago Link. Back before the big city was even built." Link raised his eyebrows slightly and Navi giggled a little, "Don't look so surprised!"

Impa chuckled a little, "You seem to know everything this boy wants to say before he says it." Zelda nodded a little, "Yeah Link doesn't exactly say anything... He only laughs and grunts." She smirked a bit as she tried to lighten the mood, earning a glaring pout from Link. Navi and Zelda giggled a little and Impa smiled, "I see. Well then, now that we're all a bit more comfortable around each other, I'm going to tell you what it is you need to do." The three grew serious again and Impa continued, "As I'm sure you've seen, the forest you went through has grown into a luminescent forest. The magic that you had been using to light your city leaked out and infused with the plant and animal life in the surrounding areas of Hyrule. That is Faron Forest, where you will find the glowing Forest Temple. Inside that temple you will find that which you seek; Farore's Medallion. Link, you must travel to the Forest Temple and find the medallion. After getting Farore's Medallion, travel to Lake Hylia in the Lanayru province and Death Mountain in the Eldin Province to get Din's Medallion and Nayru's Medallion. Be warned, monsters have infested the temple and the forest itself, as well as the other provinces." Link nodded a bit, looking ready to go already, "Wait just a moment Link. Before you leave I have something for you." Impa stood up and left the room, coming back with some clothes, "These are the hero's clothes. I've kept them in good condition until the day the hero came." She handed the clothes to Link and gestured to a bedroom, "You may go change there while I speak to Zelda." Link looked at the clothes and nodded heading off to the bedroom. Zelda watched him leave then turned to Impa, "Impa, does Link have to go to the temple alone?" Impa looked at Zelda, "You want to go with him." Zelda nodded, "He's... A bit skittish... And I don't want him to get hurt..." Impa was quiet, listening and thinking, "I'm not some damsel in distress. I know how to fight." Impa remained quiet for a moment, "The role of the Spirit Maiden in the legend was to uphold a seal on the great evil... But perhaps, you may go with him." Zelda smiled a little, "But not in that dress. It's not very suited for this journey don't you think?" Zelda looked down at her dress and then back at Impa, smiling nervously. Impa chuckled, "Come. I will lend you more suitable clothes for this quest." Zelda nodded and went to a different room with Impa. Meanwhile Link was pulling on his boots, having gotten changed into his new clothes. It was a green tunic with chain-mail underneath and a white long-sleeve under shirt, along with tan pants, a belt, gloves, and brown boots. The last thing that Link put on was a long green hat. He pressed a button on his weapons belt which summoned a Hylian shield out of it, attaching it to the back of his sword's holster, then he clipped the storage clips onto his new belt so he'd be able to carry anything he might need without trouble. He walked out of the room to see Impa and Zelda, only to find that neither were there. He blinked and looked around then just simply sat down on the couch quietly. He jolted when Navi suddenly zipped in front of him, "Hey! You look great in your new clothes!" She giggled a bit and Link smiled slightly, "Hm... You really do look like him..." Link's smile faded and he tilted his head slightly, a small bit of worry appearing in his expression, "Ah, it's nothing. Don't worry about it Link." Link nodded a bit, and turned when he heard someone come out of the room behind him. Impa walked over and sat in the chair, and Zelda followed behind her. Link's eyebrows raised when he saw Zelda. She wasn't in her normal dress. Her hair was pulled back into a braid and she had a turtleneck t-shirt on along with a skirt, leggings underneath it, gloves, boots and a belt of her own with storage clips. Zelda giggled when she saw Link's face, "Surprised?" Link nodded a bit and pointed at her, pointing to the door afterwards. Zelda nodded, "Yeah I'm coming with you. You think I was gonna let you do this alone?" Link raised an eyebrow and smiled a bit then stood up, turning to Impa. Impa smiled at them, "There is one more thing you need to know Link. During your journey there will be times when you must transport yourself into the Realm of Dreams. While you are there your waking self will be vulnerable to any type of attack. If you are disconnected to what is keeping your body connected to the realm, you will not be able to wake until you are connected again." Link nodded a bit and Zelda spoke up, "I guess that's where I come in, right?" Impa nodded, "While Link is in the Realm of Dreams you must protect his waking self from harm." Zelda nodded and stood next to Link, "Alright. Once you retrieve the medallions come back and see me. Understand?" The teens nodded in understanding and Impa continued, "Good. Then go. I wish you luck on your journey."
