James brushed him messy brown hair back with his hand. He was glad he'd been sorted into Gryffindor. His Mum and Dad would be so proud. He peered around and saw a bow with light brown, neat hair and glasses. He sat alone. He didn't touch the feast, and his plate lay pure white. Instead, he sat and read a book. James, being a talkative person, went and sat next to him. The boy peered at him, and then moved his eyes back to his book.
"Hey" James said confidently, sitting up straight, brushing his hair back once more.
"Er- Hello" The boy said, and forced a small smile upon his thin lips.
"What book you reading?" James replied, forcing himself to sound interested.
"Hogwarts a History"
"Oh, cool. I love that book" He lied, nodding his head.
"Really? That's cool"
"Yeah, it is. What's your name?"
"Remus. Remus Lupin"
"Cool. I'm James Potter"
"Oh, nice to meet you James"
They began talking, but were interrupted by a boy on the opposite side of the table.
"Alright" He said, raising one eyebrow and smiling. He had long, wavy, black-brown hair. Supposedly a girl would find him extremely attractive.
"Alright" James replied, grinning.
"Your James, yeah?"
"Yeah"
"I'm Sirius"
"This is Remus" He introduced the shy boy and all 3 began to converse, until a girl a few seats down from Sirius caught his eye. All through the conversation he saw Sirius's eyes flicking over to, giving her a flirty look. She was gorgeous. Her red, wavy hair lay down her physique, ending at her waist. Her eyes were pure emerland green, and sparkled in the candle light. Her skin was quite pale. She was honestly beautiful. She kept peering over to a boy on the Slytherin table. He had chin length, greasy black hair. He looked like he lived on the streets. Was he her boyfriend? What on earth would she see in him?
