-The next day-
(Enjeru's POV)
"Hime-sama, it's time for you to get up" I heard Deidara say.
"Where is Sasori?" I asked not sensing his chakra any where in the mansion.
"He requested to see the hokage earlier so he left before you woke up" He said grabbing my clothes and setting them in the bathroom.
"Dei-chan why are you setting my clothes in the bathroom?" I asked him as I wrapped my mother's handmade robe around my body.
"I'm only doing this because they expect us to be treating you like a princess and so I am doing as such" He answered guiding me into the bathroom before removing my robe and placing me in the tub.
"Only because they expect you to treat me like this and don't you dare look at my breast or my ass" I complied as he washed my hair.
"As you wish hime-sama" He said.
-At the hokage tower-
(Sasori's POV)
"Sasori why did you request to see me so early? Me and Konan will be coming in a few years on Enjeru's sixteenth birthday" Leader-sama asked before saying.
"That's why I requested to see you leader-sama I wanted to talk to you about Hime-sama's sixteenth birthday... I would like to have your permission to propose to her on her sixteenth birthday" I told him timidly.
"Aw-! Isn't that just so romantic! C'mon Pein-kun let the poor boy propose it'll be just like when you proposed to me on my eighteenth birthday" Konan-sama interjected grabbing onto leader-sama's arm.
"-sigh- Why must I be the one in the middle of a sticky situation all the time?" Leader-sama mumbled to himself.
"If you don't want me to leader-sama I understand I can wait until you're ready to give her away" I told him.
"Oh non-sense Sasori-kun I bet you'll make her extremely happy when you propose to her and just for that occasion I'll have you give her my ring" She said destroying my doubts of not being able to propose to her bringing confidence to me.
"Actually Konan-sama I was thinking of giving her my kaa-san's ring that my tou-san used to propose if that's alright with you" I told her showing my kaa-san's ring, it was simple yet elegant a gold band with a sapphire that matched her blue eyes with lilac and lavender colored diamonds surrounding it.
"Oh my, that is a very beautiful ring Sasori, I'm sure your kaa-san loved the ring your tou-san gave to her" Konan-sama told me.
"So I can propose?... Arigato leader-sama, Konan-sama I promise that I'll take good care of your daughter" I asked then thanked them before releasing the hologram.
"So that's why you woke me up so early? To ask her parents if you could propose to her?!" Tsunade-san asked then yelled.
"I told you that you could go back to sleep hokage-sama I would've locked the office for you" I said simply as I held the door open for her.
"Well since you woke me up I'm leaving you to tell shizune that I'm taking a day off" She told me before shishuning back to her room.
"As you wish hokage-sama" I said shishuning to the front door knowing if I shishuned back to my room I would get scolded by Enjeru, entering the mansion I quietly made my way to the kitchen figuring that the raven haired kunoichi would be there.
"Ah Sasori-san! I didn't expect to see you up so early" She said looking from the small breakfast she made to me.
"Don't worry about it I had something to take care of, besides hime-sama likes pancakes, eggs, sausages, and raspberry tea for her breakfast, if its one thing that I've learned about the princess is that if she doesn't get her breakfast the way she likes it, she isn't going to have a good day" I told her as I searched through the cabinets for the ingredient's for breakfast.
"Your princess sounds spoiled if you ask me" She said before getting up and heading out.
"Oh yeah Tsunade-sama said she's taking the day off" I told her.
"-sigh- I guess I can let her sleep for a few more hours" She replied before walking out, with Enjeru coming in.
"Good morning hime-sama" I greeted.
"Morning Sasori-kun" She said sleepily.
"Your usual hime-sama?" I asked her.
"Can I just have a waffle and some hot chocolate?" She asked laying her head down on the table.
"Morning, Hm? Hime-sama did the hot water feel that good?" Deidara greeted then asked.
"Mm-hmm" She replied.
"You gave her a bath?" I asked.
"Yeah, since people expect us to treat her like a princess" He answered sitting down next to her.
"Hm I swear I never knew I had that many knots, I feel so relaxed" She said lifting her body and stretching.
"You gave her a shoulder massage as well?" I asked lifting an eye brow.
"Well I hadn't intended to, but it just kind of fell into the mix with me washing her up" He explained.
*DING DONG*
"Hm? I wonder who that could be?" Enjeru muttered before getting up and going to the door.
(Sasuke's POV)
-Outside-
"-sigh- This chick, she better know what she's talking about" I mumbled to myself, before the door opened, I looked up to see that she was in her apparent ninja outfit it consisted of black ninja boots that come up to her knee, bandages were wrapped around her upper thighs then she had red short shorts, lastly she had a fishnet t-shirt, with a jacket over it. (She probably has a halter under it)
"... Oh, it's you Uchiha, so you took up my offer, alright you and your girlfriend come on in, I'm eating breakfast" She said sleepily.
"What are you talking about Sakura's not even-" I started before I looked in the direction she was pointing to.
"She hides her chakra very poorly, close the door when you come in" She told me before walking back into the house.
"Grr... Why that little- how dare she! I do NOT hide my chakra poorly" I heard Sakura growl coming out of the tree she was hiding in.
"Just come on I can't believe you followed me, I told you that I wanted to hear about my brother by myself" I said walking into the house waiting for her to walk in before closing the door.
-Inside-
(Enjeru's POV)
"Huh so this is what the inside of Tsunade-shishou's house looks like" I heard pinky mutter walking into the living room.
"So who was at the door hime-sama?" Sasori asked.
"Little Uchiha and his feisty pink firecracker" I answered.
"Really? So he took up your offer on you telling him about Itachi-nii-san?" Deidara inquired.
"Yeah, but his pink haired kunoichi is blocking the way, if I'm going to tell him about nii-san I'm going to need her to disappear" I told them dropping Itachi's name when Shizune-née-chan walked in.
"Ohayō minna!" Shizune-nee-chan said happily.
"Ohayō Shizune-nee-chan" We replied.
"How can you be so uppity this early?" I asked her draping my arms over the back of the chair.
"How can you not?" She replied.
"Hime-sama your waffle and hot chocolate is finished" Sasori said holding up my small meal.
"Arigato Sasori-kun *Chu* Ja ne" I thanked giving him peck on the cheek before walking out into the living room up the stairs, stopping at the top I turned and said:
"I'll be right back I just need to grab my weapon pouch and some scrolls" then I left.
-In the room-
"Hm I hope they can keep her out of my hair long enough- *gasp* *faint*" I started before something came over me causing me to collapse onto the floor.
-In her head-
'Wh-where am I?' I asked aloud.
'Enjeru! Angel-chan!' I heard Atsui and Kokoro call.
'Guys! Where am I?' I called back then asked once I got close enough.
'Really? You don't know what the inside of your own conscious looks like?' Atsui replied cockily.
'Well I would if I came in here more often, but unfortunately I don't because I need to stay awake pretty much 24/7' I shot back glaring at her.
'Thats okay angel-chan, Atsu-chan was just being mean' Kokoro said jabbing her in the side.
'Yeah I guess, anyone wanna tell me why I'm here?' I asked them.
'Itachi-nii-san contacted you through the mangekiyo sharingan he wishes to talk to you' She answered grabbing my hand and pulling me towards a door.
'I know he did not create an office in MY head' I muttered as we stopped at the door.
'Yes, I did now come in' Itachi replied holding the door.
'Yeah okay, girls stay out here I'll be right back' I told them walking into the office, it was nice and tidy.
'Not that I don't keep my room clean but jeez Itachi-nii quit being such a stick in the mud' I said as I sat down in the chair in front of his desk.
'Thats beside the point the reason why I called you here was to keep Sasuke from getting the curse mark from Orochimaru and leaving the village' He stated turning serious.
'What about telling him about what the council forced you to do?' I asked him, also turning serious.
'Tell him that in small parts if I still know my little brother he'll be quick to react and want to destroy the council thus destroying Konoha, your focus is to keep him in the village without him wanting revenge, am I clear?' He answered before asking.
'Yeah got it' I replied.
'Good now wake up' He said before flicking me in my head.
-Back to reality-
"Itai! Damn it Itachi!" I shouted shooting up out of bed grabbing my forehead.
"Enjeru!" I heard Deidara and Sasori yell.
"Ugh, what the fuck happened?" I groaned rubbing my head before everything came rushing back.
"You tell us princess I came up here out of curiosity from the thud you made, I come up here and find you passed out on the floor so I called your bodyguards and then you woke up twenty minutes later" Sasuke said to me.
"Ehehe I'll tell you later, come here Sasori, Deidara" I said scratching the back of my head before motioning Sasori and Deidara to come.
"What is it Hime-chan?" Dei-chan asked, curiosity shining through his eyes after we got out the door.
"Itachi contacted me through Mangekiyo" I stated bluntly and quietly.
"What?! How?" Sasori whispered hashly.
"Shh! I know it sounds impossible, but he did it I think he copied it from Atsu's technique" I whispered back then stated.
"What did he say?" Dei-chan asked.
"He told me to keep- hold on SXF: BAM!, now then where was I?... Oh yeah, he wants me to keep Sasuke in konoha by telling him bits and pieces of what had happened and why Itachi did what he did" I started, but felt the heat radiating off the door so I slammed my fist against it before returning to what I was saying.
"And exactly HOW do you expect to do that?" Sasori asked skeptically.
"I. Have no idea, but I'll just charm him if I can't get him to see reason, Ja ne, come along Sasuke let's go for a walk to clear our minds of frustration" I answered before walking back into my room and taking Sasuke by his hand before jumping out of the window and taking off at light speed.
(Sasori's POV)
"-sigh- Honestly Enjeru do you really have to be so brash?" I mumbled tracking every move her chakra made.
"So- Sakura, right?" Deidara started. This is going to be one long- day.
-At the park-
(Sasuke's POV)
*Huff* *Huff* "How the hell did you get that fast?" I asked out of breath from trying to keep my feet from dragging on the ground.
"I dunno I'm just naturally fast, when I was younger I beat my father by a landslide in a race and I hadn't even started to wear weights yet" She said sitting down under a tree.
"Really? Wow, that's actually pretty cool when I was younger-" I started but then stopped as memories of my parents slaughter flashed through my mind.
"-Uke? Sasuke? Sasuke! Are you okay?" She called then asked, I didnt notice that my breathing had become rapid until she placed a hand on my shoulder and softly pushed me down onto the ground.
"Yeah, I'm fine" I replied.
"Are you sure if it's anything you need to get off your chest you can tell me" She told me sliding her hand down my arm and back to her lap.
"You won't understand" I told her.
"Oh yeah? Try me" She taunted, I smirked at her cockiness.
"I lost my parents when I was 9" I told her truthfully, all of a sudden I had a warm feeling in my chest like something was lifted and I felt ten times lighter.
"I lost my innocence at 6 and nearly lost control of myself at 8 and a half" She told me as she hugged her knees close to her.
"Whoa that's harsh how did you end up being so semi-positive?" I asked her, now interested in her past.
"Hm, I though we were suppose to be talking about you or Itachi?" She stated more than asked.
"Yeah, but don't you want me to believe you or do you want me to think that you're trying to fill my head with lies?" I whispered in her ear.
"You might want to distance yourself Uchiha, but if you insist I'll tell you" She answered before pulling back away from me.
"And I insist that you tell me" I told her.
"Hm you so better be lucky I think you're somewhat cute, but on a serious note I'd rather not tell the whole story it's way- too long so long story short. I had met a guy in Suna we became friends his dumb ass uncle and bastard father tried to kill him, he went crazy and ended up killing his uncle and in turn for him not to slaughter his whole village I ended up releasing his jinchuriki and my demon in turn losing my sanity for a while, but after that everything went back to normal" She told me making my jaw drop at the fact that she's still sane.
"How are you still able to be so uppity?! It's unreal!" I freaked literally wondering if she was taking any medicine to stay sane.
"It took a lot of work, love, and trust for me to get my sanity back, but for him it was all worth it, hell I'd take a case of amnesia for my best friend I know it sounds crazy but I would do anything for him just to keep him safe" She answered hugging her knees and laying her head on them
"At least you got it back, if that had happened to me I don't think I'd be the same ever again" I said to her.
"Heh I'm sure you'd get it back or rather I doubt you'd lose it as much as that pink haired girlfriend of yours sticks by your side you wouldn't lose it" She replied making me blush.
"Yeah, I guess so and your demon that you mentioned in your short story-" I started to asked, but got cut off.
"That is for another day okay?" She said/asked.
"Alright fine, since we're here to talk about my brother my first question is: How do you know him?" I complied then asked.
"Ooh um how should I put this... My father is the leader of an organization called the Akatsuki and so Itachi-nii-san is a member" She answered. I sat and stared for a second letting what she just said sink in.
"No wonder you were able to easily beat me, your father is an S-rank ninja!" I stated aloud before glaring at her.
"What?" She asked tilting her head.
"Your whole family is a bunch of S- mph!" I started but got cut off.
"Shh! I don't need the council on my ass trying to get information out of me and my friends because you wanted to blurt out the fact that my family is full of S-ranking ninja got it?" She growled at me before removing her hand from my mouth.
"Sorry, I think we should go back to the mansion it's starting to get dark" I apologized then said getting up and handing her my hand to get up.
"Thanks, you know you're not as cold hearted as I thought you were" She told me after a short period of silent walking.
"Yeah well you aren't exactly what I expected you to be either" I said truthfully.
"What? You thought I would be some brainless, defenseless, fan girl who would fawn over all the cute guys that she saw?" She asked me smirking.
"Ehehe kind of, I guess I've seen too many stuck up fan girling princesses, so now that every time I hear princess before the actual name I think: 'oh brother here we go again'" I answered sheepishly.
"Hm Hm Hm you and your brother have that same exact problem, when I was about four I had asked him to take me out to the village after his mission" She giggled then started.
"You wanted him to take you right after he got back?" I asked shocked.
"Of course not! That's immoral even for me, he had told me to let him take a hot bath and a nap. I knew that he was extra tired because his eyes were barely open, now don't get the wrong idea when I tell you this, but I had seen my Okaa-san do this so many times to my Otou-san so after I knew he was out of the bath. I went to his room to find him knocked out on his bed, unfortunately he was shirtless so it was a bit awkward, but I got past that and gave him a back rub it was a bit hard to do because of how tense he was even with added chakra to my hands to help me" She told me with a smile on her face.
"Please don't tell me you like my brother cause that would be just creepy" I stated my than asked.
"Why? Couldn't handle the fact of knowing that your nieces and nephews are stronger than your own children?" She teased.
"In your dreams Honō there's no way in the world I'm gonna let your kids be stronger than mine" I said smirking at her as we stood at the front door of the hokage manor.
"Yeah okay Uchiha that's what you think, laters~!" She commented playfully yet serious as she rolled her eyes and went inside.
"Ha- Sakura you can come out now, I know it's you" I said turning towards the tree she was hiding in.
"Sakura why do you keep doing that? If this is about our relationship again I'm tellin-" I started then she stopped me.
"It's not about that Sasuke I just- I just-" She said stuttering.
"You just what?" I asked.
"I just don't trust her okay? She just seems... Off somehow I don't know how I just know she's hiding something, yesterday when she gave you your chakra back she made it seem like she gave you half of her supply of chakra, but then she replenished it in an instant!" She answered looking me in my eyes.
"Maybe she's able to replenish her chakra quickly, she is the Amekage's daughter" I reasoned.
"Yeah maybe you're right, come on let's go home" She agreed before we started towards her parents house.
-In the mansion-
(Enjeru's POV)
"Ha- she's so lucky she doesn't even realize it" I mumbled as I watched the couple from my balcony.
"Am I really that bad of a friend? I can't say boyfriend yet because your father won't let me until you're fifteen" I heard Sasori ask from behind me.
"No you're not, I don't think I could've asked for a better "friend" I was just examining our new friends girlfriend she's trying to pry into something that'll get her hurt and I don't want that to happen. What I am and where I came from must stay a secret, I can't allow the council to get a drop of the information" I answered turning around to talk to him.
"Should I dispel her of her thoughts Hime-sama?" He whispered in my ear.
"Hm no, not yet at least I want to dangle her by a string for a little while then I'll see if she still thinks that there's something off about me, come let's get some sleep" I told him walking back into the room to find Deidara fast asleep. He shivered signaling that he was cold.
'Idiot why didn't you put the covers on over yourself?' I thought to my self as I pulled the cover up over his half naked body, moving some of his blonde hair out of his face I pecked his forehead before climbing into my own bed, snuggling into Sasori's warmth I drifted to sleep.
I know it seems like I shoved a whole bunch of crap into this chapter, but I really could find a good place to stop it until now so, yeah... R&R ppl! Ja ne
