The sun had just rose and Renee and Isabella were in the cabin that they two had bought after hearing the death of their parents and it was off the east side of the land. They were both up and getting ready for the day. Renee had landed a job at the local saloon and Isabella was working at the sowing shop. Both were trying to always keep their minds off of what had happened. Plus the fact that they have not seen their sister Abby for over five years. She was still out west and they had know that she was working up a rep that no one would want but her. She was wanted in over fives stated and the price on her head was working more and more. They were kind of glad she had a rep cause Frank was making the town go and it was hell there now that he took over as Mayor. It was not a town vote he shot the mayor and took the spot by force. Not that anyone was going to stop him, with the twenty men that he hired as his gunmen. It was a uneven fight for anyone. Luckily Renee and Isabella knew of two people who would be able to take those odds. Soon Isabella saw the mail boy coming up on his horse. He dropped off the mail and rode off. She ran out to the box and looked through the mail. Sure enough what she was looking for was there in the pile. Running back in she shouted for Renee who came running. "What? What is so important?!" she shouted as she ran into the room. "Its here, its here! Look at the address." She shouted and Renee did. "Bella there is no address." She stated and Bella shook her head. "Ren who do we know that wouldn't put an address on any letter?" she asked and Ren's eyed widened and she tore the letter open. Taking it out she opened the paper as something else fell. She started reading out loud as Bella picked the other piece up.
"Dear Flowers,
I hope you both are well and everything is going good for you. As you know last time I wrote I was in Mississippi and now I am back in our home state. I will be making my way back home from this long journey I have made. You two are my trusted friends and sisters. I know anything that I say to you, that you will keep a secret. Sisters I know of the bounty on mine and Jason's head. We ask that you keep it hushed that we are arriving back home. We are also aware of the changed that have happened in the town. This letter will have gotten to you three days after that I have written it. So keep a eye out for us. We are three to four days journey home when this was written. Heads up and smiles sisters. The outlaws are coming home.
Sincerely
Abby"
Once Ren was done reading Bella showed her the other piece of paper. "Look it's the newest flier." She stated and Ren looked it over. The price was now set to $100,000 dead or alive. The two in the picture were defiantly the two that they both knew. Abby was in front of Jason with his back to hers and looking over his shoulder. Abby was doing the same to him. It was a clear picture that stated that they would die together before giving up. They also had the same outfits on and that was an even more of a statement that the two were a team and never splitting. Over a period of years the pictures still never seemed to stop. In every flier that Abby sent it was of her and Jason in some pose that showed they were like a true Bonnie and Clyde. They smiled and Bella took it and put it with the others that they had. They were excited that they were coming home finally. So Ren wrote a note for Abby when she arrived that they were in town. Sadly even though they wanted to wait for her they had to leave for work. So they both signed it and then left the house. It was around midday that Abby finally saw the tree that was outside of the homestead. It was a now a large apple tree that was just starting to blossom. She smiled and rode up to it and smiled up at it. Jason smiled and rode up and just watched her. Here they were, the both of them back in their stomping grounds. The beautiful woman that he loved so much sitting there under the apple blossoms. Petals falling down around and on her as if she was standing in the snow. She looked so beautiful to him and even with the dark history that they have now it never changed how he saw her. She is still that sweet, shy, and amazing woman that he first met that night of the river party. He remembered when he first met her father and having to explain it to him of why she was home with no shirt. Or when he was forced to get dressed up for the dinner. Yeah that one still makes him laugh. Abby stopped and looked over at him. A smile came to her face also. She was thinking the same as he was. There in that saddle sat the one person she trusted with all her heart and life. The one man that she would do anything for. From the time that they met to the time now she saw how he had changed and grown. He started out as a shy boy to her and now he sat there like a true southern blooded man. The years in the bitter west left its mark on him in his eyes. She could still see that sweet young man but, now he was also the strong outlaw that he had become. She still saw that flame and rage that sat in him for the one who did this to them both. Still saw the hate for the one man that caused them to build a rep. He was her teacher out there when they started. However the more they went the more they came to realize that they were a team. He had dirty, dust, mud, the whole nine yards thrown at him but he still had that look to him that made Abby melt. He sat in that saddle with pride and she loved it. His pistol, the pistol that saved her so many times hung close to his hip and the same one from the day that he shot Jeffery with it. She smiled and was grateful she was blessed with him.
She rode up to him and smiled. "You know you are one handsome outlaw right?" she asked and he cracked up laughing. Looking down he looked back at her. "And you came to that decision under the blossom tree?" he asked and she smirked. "No I came up with it the moment I rode out west with you." She stated and he smiled. "Well I sorry Abby but, I cant say you are pretty." He stated and she looked at him and rolled her eyes. She went to ride off but he grabbed her arm. "Because, you are Beautiful not pretty. You are still that same girl I protected that night on the river bank. The one what somehow worked her way into my heart and I still don't know how to this day. You are worth more to me than any of that gold and cash that we robbed or the things we bought. I will never figure out how in the hell I got you but, I'm glad I did." With that said he grabbed her face and kissed her gently on the lips. She moaned and kissed him back. Pulling back she smiled and stated; "Let's go home cowboy." He nodded and then smiled. "Ok but, uh….first one there wins!" he kicked his horse and took off for the cabin. Abby gasped and shook her head. "You sly ass dog!" she shouted and took off all that was heard was laughing as they both rode off fast to the cabin.
