Chapter 10
Excalibur knew that Zerom's decision was rash and unethical in every way but Excalibur knows Zerom too well and when he is determine on something he'll stop at absolutely nothing until that goal is accomplished even if he draws his last breath he will continue fighting. Now Zerom realizes that this might be his last day seeing Tsubaki, last day at the academy, his last day on Earth. But Zerom uses his final moments the best way he knows how, spending it with Tsubaki. He later finds Tsubaki and greets her with a hug and asks her if she would want to spend the day with each other at the carnival but for Tsubaki she was more than thrilled.
She happily agrees with a big hug as Zerom holds her tight by his side with tears running down his face behind Tsubaki's back. They both arrive at the carnival with awe in their eyes and while Zerom still looking in amazement; Tsubaki pulled his arm practically dragging him along the ground to a booth. The booth was giving away free giant teddy bears if they can beat a so called "Mr. Macho" at an arm wrestling contest and Zerom say the glimmer in her eyes that screamed "I want this!" So he gets ready as Tsubaki cheers him on from the sidelines and then the bell rings, signifying their start, and then Zerom pushed down slightly since he didn't want to hurt him but in reality did the exact opposite.
The table underneath them breaks (along with Mr. Macho's wrist) and after several apologies Tsubaki then again drags him across to another attraction while he holds the bear in his other arm. Stumbling along Zerom looks up to see squirt machine and Tsubaki insists that they vs each other. Minutes later the result of the race is close but Zerom managed to win but as a tease Tsubaki turned the squirt gun and squirts him causing startlement within Zerom and so he returns the favor until they both run out of water. They're both drenched in water as they gaze into each other's eyes with love gleaming in them and before they knew it they started to lean into a kiss until the booth guy became anger and separated their love fest as they scurry away chuckling.
Tsubaki then takes Zerom hand, they smile, and then Tsubaki notices a cotton candy machine by afar and is more than exhilarant to get some with Zerom and then they do so while sitting on a bench. Laughing and enjoying each other's company, Tsubaki realizes that there's a little bit left on Zerom's cheek and tries to notify him but he just can't seem to get it off and then she said that she'll get it. She leans in and puckers her mouth on Zerom's cheek (obviously longer than intended) licking and nibbling Zerom forcing him to blush as she giggles in enjoyment. They now go on the fierce wheel admiring the beauty from above and then Tsubaki wraps herself around Zerom's arm as she leans on his shoulder and closes her eyes.
"I wish this moment could last forever" Tsubaki said with a smile
"Me too" Zerom says as he puts his head on hers while a single tear drops down from his face.
Zerom and Tsubaki sit on a bench at the horizon of the sea and watch the sun set.
"I love seeing the sun set at this time of the day" Tsubaki said while staring at the glistening sea and the vigilant sun.
"I've never seen a sunset before…its beautiful!" He says in awe.
And then Zerom and Tsubaki turn to each other and just stare together in absolute hypnosis of each other's beauty but without knowing it both Zerom and Tsubaki start to move forward speechlessly until their both fragile lips meet. Turning and tangling Zerom and Tsubaki puts their hands on each other's faces and continue to collide tongues inside their mouths so violently that their lust is uncanny. Tsubaki moans as Zerom proceeds to spiral his tongue slowly around Tsubaki and they kiss and kiss without ever stopping and then the sun sets.
