Here the next chapter. I have a few more chapter after this. I will posting a new story after this. This is unbeta and seriously this story is very occ. Haha I know that myself.
Chapter 23:
The town folks gathered around the town square. Some sat on the ground, some standing while talking with each other. The news had spread that the evil king had been dethroned and will be executed for his misdoing. The people who had suffered enough from the ex-king, feeling happy for the news although they were conquered by other kingdom. After the attack, soldiers who fought were given the chance whether to surrender or to fight against the new government. Many surrender as they were released and were given money for their service of protecting the kingdom. Many noblemen who were really idiot fought against the new government and were charged as treason. Others, greeted the young prince and congratulated him for his action that helped them escape the evil's king clutch. They thanked him for his hard work, making Takano speechless, which amused Onodera to this day.
"The Judgment for Takano Masahari will begin!" An announcer spoke loudly gaining people's attention. Usagi-san had commanded for a stage to be built in the middle of the town square. Three of his knight guarded the ex-king who was tied with rope. One of them is Isaka-san. Usagi-san with Misaki on his side stood proudly on the stage while being accompanied by Takano and Onodera. Misaki was beside him, feeling nervous while the manservant, Onodera stood near him, whispering words of reassuring.
Usagi-san proceeded to the middle of the stage, gaining people attention. Rumors was circling around that this kingdom will be under his charge but he seem had a better idea.
"Greeting, people of Emerald Kingdom. Before we proceed with the trial, I, the king of Usami kingdom hereby that this kingdom will be under my protection. I crowned Takano Masamune as the new king of Emerald Kingdom!" People applaud loudly, while cheering for the news. Everyone knew a little bit about the rebel prince who fought against his father for the people's right. Although, he seems like a cold heart person, he knew how to make people work hard. With his help, some improvement had being made throughout the dark time under his father's rule, which help them a lot.
Takano for his part stood stunned, as he did not expect Usagi-san to do that. He looked to the man and smiled. He walked to the front centre of the stage.
"I, Takano Masamune, accepted the position as the king of this kingdom. I hoped everyone could help me to rebuild this kingdom together. "An idea clicked in his head and immediately he grabbed Onodera who stood behind Misaki.
"And, I do not wish to hide this so (Turning his head to the brunette) Will, you become my queen?" Takano kissed Onodera's hand. Onodera blushed, feeling very nervous. He glances to Misaki who giving silent encouragement. He also glances to the town folks, who look stunned and dreamy. He recalled back his memory with Takano, from their first time meeting, their dates their latest encounter and their love making session. It is worth to tie with this man forever?
"Yes, Masamune…" With that, Takano grabbed him and made a spin before hugged him. The town folks cheered for the couple and their cheering become louder when Takano pressed a kiss o the boy's lips. Onodera just stood there frozen but smile after that as he once again could be together with Takano forever.
"With this announcement, I passed the power to judge the fugitive to Takano." Usagi-san walked back to Misaki who smiled to him. Takano took the scroll from the court judge and read it loud.
"Takano Masahari was charged for killing innocent people, taking people's money, murdering of Usami's royal family, imprisoned innocent people, destroying villages and burned home and people's property. I hereby announced, Takano Masahari would be killed as the punishment for his sins. Any objection?" No one answered so the punishment was unhindered.
The ex-king, who had lost the willing to speak, just shut in silent. Isaka took out a stake and plunged into the man's heart. It penetrated the heart and slowly, the man lost his soul and crumbled to ash. Before that, he averted to his son and smiled, uttering a small thank you. People cheered out while Takano looked to his father ash with his sad face. He hoped his father will rest in peace and he hoped he would never become someone like his father, hungered for power. He glanced to the crowd then to Onodera. He will never be as long as Onodera here with him. Yeah, finally everything was over.

AN: I don't really know much about history and I never intend to follow it very much. I just let my imagination ran free. So sorry if there is wrong history fact. And why I use stake to kill Takano's father…well he is a vampire. Hope it will not confuse you.
