I was finally back with my Edward. We now had 97 vampires standing with us from all over the world and 16 shape shifters from La Push. More than half the vampires that were standing with us had a power. I've been talking to this couple that have been together for 5 hundred years. The females name was Jewels and she had the power to change her enemies to stone. Her mate Zachary had the power into changing him and others around him into any animal he desired. The other day he showed us his power and turned Alice into a chipmunk. When Rose asked if he could change the color of her fur and like that she became a hot pink zebra chipmunk. It was so funny and you could still understand her but her voice sounded like she just breathed in a full balloon of helium. The days were thining and I had Kate and some of the other vampires help me with my shields as Eliezer's calls it. I was now able to project them out a mile without even breaking a sweat. We kept it a secret from Edward cause I wanted to surprise him and I wanted to stand with the group since my power would be so helpful. I had a physical and mental shield. My physical shield looked like a gold transparent fabric and my mental shield was a royal blue transparent 2nd skin. A week ago Alice had another vision were she saw the Volturi come on the day the snow sticked to the ground. She also saw us fighting with me standing at there side still human. That is what pushed me to perfect my shields so that, that vision could come true. I all this fighting was because of me I was going to take part of it no mater what anyone says. And because of this stupid war I have had no time for planning my own wedding that too was what I was also going to kick their ass for. Though I believe that the girls have been planning some of it secretly behind my back, which I don't mind as long as it's not over the top and all my family and friends are there and maybe some of my hollywood friends that don't get on my nerves.

I was brought out of my thoughts when there was a tap on my shoulder. I looked up and saw that it was amazingly handsome fiancé.

"Would you like to take a walk with me, love?" he asked

I took his hand that he offered and helped me to my feet. We walked out the door and down the path that lead to our cottage that Edward surprised me with.

Edward stopped and sat on a log on the side off the cobble path, he pulled me down next to him.

"Bella after a lot of planning I have finally found a way to keep you away from the fight. I have concluded that the best place for you to be is as far away from the fight as possible." I opened my mouth to argue but he didn't give me a chance as he cut me off by raising his hand to my face. "No Bella let me finish I got everything sorted out I have bought your plane ticket and you will be staying in South America until it is safe to come back." he explained.

"Well...I don't see how that is possible since you planned all this out and have you forgotten, Aro has this power that can read every single thought you have ever had. He will see your plan for me and then probably kill you and then come after me. Unless you have someone that can block his power. Do you know anyone that has that power Edward that's in our group?" I asked.

His face turned blank and looked like he was in deep thought. I opened my shield so that he could read my mind.

"And that dear Edward is were I come in. If you hadn't waisted all this time figuring out a plan to get me to safety you would of realized that I've been working on the shields that Eliezer identified. I will be standing with you and the others when this goes down. I will not be boarding a plane, I will be standing with you fighting for my life. I will make sure not one single person will die for me or for any reason on that day. Do I make myself clear?" I thought

"I can read your mind, how can I read your mind!?" he yelled.

"Is that all you got out of what I just said?"

"yes...no I mean no, I heard you and I'm sorry I've been so caught up keeping you safe that I couldn't see that you didn't need me but I still like to be protective of the one I love"

"I know that, but you owe me you've been so caught up in this crap that we haven't spent anytime with each other since that night." I looked down at the ring that would forever rest on my hand.

"And I will be making it up to you starting now" and with that said he swept me up and placed me up on his back and raced to our cottage for a night of romancing.

AN: Im so sorry for the late update, school has kept me busy and tennis just started up. and i just started a job i work at a vintage jewelry shop so that soaks up my time.
