The Power Of Aura And The Temple Of The Sea
Chapter 5
The phantom grinned evilly as he perched himself atop of his submarine as he watched Manaphy swim below in the sea with a metal collar around his neck. "Hehe, with that tracker device round Manaphy's neck I'll be able to follow him wherever he goes!" The phantom turned round to his assistant who had spoken out to him.
"Sir, should we do anything with the kids?!"
"Hmm, don't worry about the boy, he's got nothing to do with this. It's the girl I'm more interested in, just make sure the boy doesn't cause us any trouble!" The pirate ordered.
"Yes sir!"
The two walked down into the dungeon, and walked in a room to see Ash and Misty asleep but they were rudely awaken Ash growled "Phantom, let's us go now and give us back our Pokémon!"
Phantom chuckled "your in no position to be making any demands little boy...I think it's best that we separate these two," Phantom said as he turned to his assistant.
"Sure thing sir but who should I separate?!"
"The girl duh, as I said before she's the one that I'm interested in. Just keep the boy locked up!" The phantom grinned as his assistant unlocked the door of the cage.
He grabbed Misty by the arms, "A-Ash!" Misty said in a panic and tried to reach Ash's hand who was trying to reach out to her.
"Misty, let her go now!" Ash growled and tried to get her back but his efforts were futile.
The assistant stopped him from getting out the cage since he had charged for the cage door, "hold it right there lover boy, your not going anywhere!" The assistant chuckled at seeing Ash's red face.
Misty struggled as they dragged her out and into the front of the of the sub, Phantom grinned as a picture of Manaphy showed on the screen the gym leader gasped "you better not hurt Manaphy!" Misty growled.
"I wouldn't dream of it princess, not when Manaphy will lead me to the water temple. Now you will be the power that allow me to obtain the sea crown!" Misty growled and struggled in the grips of the pirate who held her.
Unknown to Misty team rocket listened in to what they were talking about, "did you hear that? That twerpy red head is a princess. Oh how I wish I could be a princess," Jessie sighed as she mopped the floor.
"Hey you's guys I saw the twerp get locked up in a cage and his pokemon took off him, if we help him we could take his Pikachu and get the sea crown," Meowth whispered in a hushed way.
Jessie and James both grinned at the idea "ooooo I like the way you think Meowth, that's getting us two for the price of one," James replied.
Jessie could not stop thinking about those jewels, "oh well, I won't be a princess but at least we'll get those jewels and Pikachu to, let's do it!"
"We'll have to sneak away and find those keys for that cage!" James suggested.
Meowth grinned "no need I have them right here jimmy boy!"
"Excellent work Meowth let's move!" Jessie ordered.
The three rockets sneaked out of the door but were caught right away by the assistant "where do you think your going?!"
The rockets panicked "uh, we were asked to go and check on the Pokémon...Uh yeah that right the pokemon!" James blurted out quite fast as sweat rolled down his face.
The assistant narrowed eyes at them, "hmm, alright move on!"
As he walked away they sighed in relief "whew that was close nice thinking James!" Jessie commented.
"I seem to do my best thinking, when I'm panicking," James said while rubbing his head.
The three then saw a door with glass on it they looked in and saw Ash locked in a cage, he was trying everything he could to escape but without his Pokémon his efforts were futile.
Ash paused in his charge to the door of the cage when he heard the room door being opened, his eyes went wide when he saw team rocket, "team rocket?!"
"We're busting you outta here twerp!" Meowth said as he unlocked the cage door.
Ash cautiously walked out he narrowed his eyes "why are you guys helping me?!"
"We're sick of working for that no good pirate, all he made us do was mop the floors so we're busting out and we decided to ruin his plans!" Explained Jessie.
Ash shrugged and run out the room surprising the three, they quickly followed and caught up Ash had found the room that had all their Pokémon inside. "Hey wait up twerp we wanna help!" Meowth cried.
Ash sighed "alright then, first I need to get my Pokemon and then save Misty."
"Well I can get us into this room no problem twerp," Meowth grinned and brought out one of his nails.
He unlocked the door, Ash eyes went wide "uh, thanks Meowth, now I'll get my Pokémon back!" Ash walked in with team rocket following behind.
