I do not own Doctor Who or Harry Potter

So in this chapter there will be a few spoilers from the 50th anniversary because i really wanted to have something about it in my story. Just about Gallifrey. I will mostly be forshadowing it. :)

"No. It can't be." The Doctor said turning around. He recognized that voice. But how?!

"Hello again Doctor. It's nice to see you again." The Master said smirking.

"But how? How are you here? You are supposed to be-"

"In the time lock?" The Master interrupted.

"Yes. How do you still look the same? I thought you died?" The Doctor asked confused.

The Master looked surprised but then smirked. "Oh, this is brilliant! You don't know do you?"

"Don't know what?" The Doctor asked starting to become angry.

"Sorry. But it's in your future. I can't tell you." The Master said in a sing song voice.

"Oh but I bet you can. I won't remember any of this anyway." The Doctor said looking around at the Silence that had moved to be all around them.

"Doctor." Amy said. Talking for the first time since The Master had gotten there. "Who is this man?"

"I am no man. I am a Time Lord." The Master said smirking.

"I thought you were the last?" Rory asked.

"I thought so too. But he has lived through a lot more."

"Why did you think he was dead?" Hermione asked.

"Because I got pushed back into Gallifrey's Time Lock after I sacrificed myself to get rid of that sad excuse of a president!" The Master yelled.

"What happened Master? How did you get out of there?" The Doctor asked.

"I told you. I can't tell you. All I actually know is that you found Gallifrey. I ran away to take my revenge right after that."

"What do you mean I found Gallifrey?" The Doctor said surprised.

"That's all I can say. I don't want something to happen to the universe just because I told you something."

"Fine. But this isn't over."

"I know it isn't over!" The Master yelled.

"Calm down. Are you still hurt at all?"

"No. I was healed after going back."

Hermione had been watching them talking back and forth without any mention of Ron or River and she was becoming angry that The Doctor had forgotten.

"Doctor!"

"What?" The Doctor asked turning around to see Hermione.

"Ron and River!"

"Yes Hermione Weasley . I have them." The Master laughed.

"How do you know my name?!" Hermione said surprised.

"I am from the future! I have heard of you." The Master explained clearly annoyed.

Hermione noticed that The Doctor looked glad to know that the Weasley's would still be traveling with him in the future.

"Where is River?" Amy asked getting very annoyed that they still didn't know where they were.

"Do you really think I'm going to just tell you were they are? What would be the point of me being evil if i just told you?"

"Do you really think that I am afraid of you? I helped my best friend defeat a dark wizard all throughout his 7 years of school and i am known by many people as the smartest witch of this age. I have been tortured before and Ron came to save me. Now its my turn to save him. I am not afraid of you." As she was saying this she pulled her wand out of her small bag.

"Expelliarmus!" She yelled.

The Master was too surprised to defend himself and he hit the ground hard. Everyone else just stared at Hermione. Shocked about what she had just said.

"Well done Weasley. I am very surprised. How do you do that magic? Or is it even magic?

"Oh that's right. Your people don't believe in magic do you? Well this is 100% magic and you can't do anything about it."

"Except have you fight against someone else that has magic too."

"What do you mean?" Hermione asked worriedly.

"Why I'm surprised you haven't figured it out yet smartest Witch of her age."

Hermione looked at the Doctor and the Ponds who seemed just as confused as she was.

"Bring out the prisoner!" The Master shouted at one of the Silence.

The Silence that he shouted at stepped aside, and Ron came forward, wand in hand, pointed right at Hermione.
