Robin was enjoying the fact that Fudge and Umbitch were now werewolves, and everyone in magical Britain knew it. The pack in question had already been moved to Magneto's little island, and he had placed a silver fence ten feet tall all around it too keep them from leaving during the full moons.

Robin converted the 'cells' to an office space with internet so that he could work in peace fixing his device. Actually he wasn't really interested in fixing it, but it killed time until he found a new project. With the promise of a planet without normal humans to bother him (only the magical, and she could easily have a house for him to live in on the other side of the planet) he was quite willing to stave off killing the humans.

She wasn't surprised that the others took her up on the offer either, as they had bad experiences with humans as well.

If the planet became a refuge for mutants unable to live with humanity, she could live with that. Hel had already started terraforming, as it was a planet the Aesir currently had no interest in. Out of them, only Heimdall had any idea of what she was doing, but a quiet word to the guardian and he kept quiet unless Odin asked.

It wasn't his concern if they were making a planet into their own personal sanctuary.

"Charles, would it be too much of a bother if I tried out Cerebro? I've heard about it from Eric but I've never actually seen it," asked Robin.

"Can you use telepathy?"

"I mastered Legilmency under my husband. Telepathy is simply a natural version of that," she assured him.

"Normally I wouldn't allow it, but you're not human..."

"This is mostly so I can locate mutants who no longer wish to live on Earth. Hel has finished terraforming a planet about the same size and it would be nice to have people already on it so we know it's ready for habitation. And before you ask, Eric and his group has already agreed to move there once it's underway."

"I was going to ask if you knew about the events concerning Senator Kelly. I heard one of the anti-mutant faction had him killed recently."

"That was actually Mystique, and it was either that or let people know how he actually died, which would hurt your cause. I had some of his blood on hand so it looked like an actual mugging."

It had been all over the news. Senator Kelly (who recently underwent a 'change of heart') was killed by someone from the Anti-Mutant factions and happened to be a serial rapist of female mutants.

Needless to say the cops were more interested in the death of the Senator than the rest.

"How long have you known Kelly was replaced?"

"I was there. It was my idea that Mystique replace him for a while and then have the anti-mutant group 'kill' him instead of Magneto's experiment. It was better than giving them more ammo and we had a rapist put behind bars for good."

Charles conceded her point. She took a dangerous man off the streets and kept the truth of Kelly's death out of the open.

For the next week and a half, Robin went through all the mutants. Some were abused children (she only intervened if the situation was desperate, like severe physical abuse),others were misunderstood teens. She even found the occasional adult, and gave them the option of a world without normal humans. More than she would like to count accepted the offer. Some did it because of physical disfigurements that made it impossible to hide, others because of personality or issues with the past.

She was, however, planning to do something that would gain a lot of attention in a hurry.

She was going to open a second school for mutants, only this time it would be public and people would know what it was.

"We are here in Seattle where Robin Black, known mutant sympathizer and author of the current best seller 'Mutant minority: facts and historical counter arguments' is opening her new school for those of mutant origin. Mrs. Black, what made you decide to open a school specifically for mutants?"

"To be honest Tom, this is to show the world that mutant children and teens are no different from the normal variety. I am well aware that some parents don't appreciate the fact their children have this gene, even if it is a naturally occurring one. This school is going to train children in how to use their powers to benefit others, and to show them how to help more with their ability. I'm also going to have places for parents who understand the issue and give them a place to stay close and work with their children through this process. Most of all I am giving children a safe haven, because we all know the world isn't that safe a place."

"This is mostly a school for abused mutant children isn't it?" asked Tom.

"I'm sad to say that some parents try to take out their anger or fear of mutants on their own children. I hope that this school will be able to help them move forward."

"What of the anti-mutant groups out there who want to kill them?"

Robin's face became hard, and it was seen even on TV.

"Then they will have to face the combined might of both the Avengers, Steven Strange, and my wrath. I do not suffer fools who would seek to harm children just because of a quirk in their genes. I warn any of you who hate mutants that if I find you tried to attack any of the children who seek sanctuary here, you will not survive."

Tom seemed to sweat under the killing intent Robin was exuding.

"This is Channel Five news, signing off!" he said nervously.

Within two weeks of opening the school, Robin had collected fifty students, not including their parents. She had also captured ten terrorists seeking to destroy her new sanctuary and kill the children inside.

Unfortunately for them, Robin employed werewolves during the day and vampires at night.

The parents of the mutant children were somewhat relieved when Robin told them that her security force took threats against innocent children very seriously. They still had trouble with her offer to move them to an area where normal humans would not be an issue.

It had been hard enough to move the first time around.

"Well Hel? What do you think?" asked Robin. They were on the planet that would be home to the magical/mutant populations once the Purge was initiated.

"It's not much, but it shall suffice for our purpose. We will need someone to start colonizing this planet though, and to add the portals so that the two races learn to live with each other peacefully," said Hel from her animal avatar, a raven she called Quoth after Robin introduced her to Edgar Allen Poe's poems.

"That's why I've been going round the werewolf clans that were 'wiped out' during the war. I have to move the one I had turn Fudge and Umbridge in any case," said Robin.

She had removed that clan because of what she had them do. She didn't want them wiped out because of her revenge.

"I see what you are planning, sister of mine, and I agree. Moving werewolves here early would benefit this place and give the mutants a starting point they can understand."

After Robin's marriage to Loki, Hel started calling her 'sister' instead of mother, mostly because Robin was still 'Master of Death'. It was less confusing and it told the other pantheons that Hel viewed Robin as an equal now instead of just as an extension of her will in the mortal realms. Robin still acted as her hand in the mortal realms, the only difference was that now she had some say in what Hel had planned and could go freely between Hel's realm and any living one.

The first magically inclined children started showing up two months after her school opened. The American version of the Ministry showed up a few days later once they realized what was going on.

"Mrs. Black, on behalf of the American Ministry of Magic I would like you assurances that you aren't trying to poach our students," said the representative.

"Are you anything like Fudge and his cronies?"

"Absolutely not! In case you haven't noticed, we've been trying to help mutants who are born with magic alongside their powers!" he said offended.

"Jean?" asked Robin, having called her in.

"He's honest. According to his memories mutants are given the same rights as werewolves, vampires, veela and goblins. Which means they are protected under the magical half of the Constitution as a species," said Jean.

"It's only in Europe that they discriminate against werewolves and the like," he said proudly.

"Can't argue with that. How about a compromise then? You send some of your mutant students here to train with others like them, and we'll allow magical teachers approved by the other schools to teach in here to help them learn about magic. We can class it as an exchange program to promote inter-species relations," said Robin.

"Actually I had come here under orders to suggest that," he admitted. He looked at her suspiciously.

"Yes?"

"Are you by any chance the same Robin Black that recently dealt with Voldemort in Europe?" he asked shrewdly.

"Yes, I married Thor's brother Loki and got hit with time sand when I came back to teach the idiots in Europe a valuable lesson. From what I heard from Dr. Strange there is a spell that magicals can use to keep their magic during the time the Purge is active, but I would need permission to use it from three different pantheons."

"How would you go about getting that permission?"

"I would need to prove that the people I am casting it on are worthy of keeping their magic. I'm afraid Europe has been deemed a lost cause more or less, and anything magical in nature like house elves or unicorns have been removed the moment I set foot on Asgard."

"We were wondering where they went. Can we get back to you on that?"

"Absolutely. When shall we start the new magical classes?"

"We can have a list of teachers for you to approve of by next week," he replied. It was so much easier to do this when the other person was a witch as well.

Robin looked at her cousin.

"Well this has been promising. I can have a portal set up for the magical students of the Institute to go to the new world so they can continue their education, or for protection..." she mused.

"The Professor is still having trouble with the fact you secured an entire world for mutants and magicals to live in peace," said Jean amused.

"How's Scott?"

Hermes was currently with the other students learn magic, as he would learn from his father directly about his Asgardian heritage.

The two quickly left to have some girl time, something Jean desperately needed if her stress levels were any indication.

"Everyone, I would like to introduce some new teachers...and don't worry, they have been vetted by another mutant before they were allowed near you," said Headmistress Robin. She always told them to call her 'Big sister' or 'Aunty' instead. Because of the abuse quite a few of them suffered, they were very wary of who they would allow near them.

They only trusted Robin because she knew what heavy abuse was truly like and understood them. She also listened to them and acted accordingly around them.

As far as the children were concerned, she was one of the rare adults who would take them seriously at all.

"Now, as you are all aware, there are magical and mutant children in this school. Due to the recent influx of the magical students, I was approached by the American Ministry of Magic, who classify mutants as a separate species along with werewolves. Contrary to how it is in Europe, this actually affords you the same protection from discrimination in the magical world as it would blacks in the mundane. Now since I can't handle teaching all of you different subjects, we have agreed to host an exchange program of sorts with the official schools of magic here in the Americas."

That set the kneazle among the canaries.

"Before any of you become alarmed, this just means that you will be able to take standard magical classes here, or if you want to take an elective one later you can be transported to their school for a bit before coming back for the day. This does not in any way mean you are getting kicked out," said Robin firmly.

"Also, some of their students are going to be coming here to get a better handle on their mutant powers, so this won't be a one-way deal," said Jean.

She had agreed to move in with her cousin along with Scott and several other students because of a small space issue in the mansion...that and it was well known for being a mutant sanctuary among the mutants themselves.

Robin could legally defend the students because she was up front about what the place was. Charles Xavier didn't have that luxury about being blunt. What he did have was anonymity about the fact you were a mutant.

Robin was furious. Another group had tried to get through the fence to harm her students. She had put explicit warning signs on the fence in multiple languages, even braille. The cops were on speed dial and she had even gone so far as to hire Veela to deal with a majority of the idiots. Strangely females were less likely to harm a mutant for some reason. The Veela were more than happy to help once they heard that she planned to move them to a place where their Allure over men and certain women was not a valid defense.

Because there were magical students on the premises and it was recognized as a minor school to learn, she had some protections, but that wasn't enough. She had to send a lesson to these idiots that attacks on her children weren't tolerated.

Which was why she planned to use something they couldn't. Her current status as a citizen of Asgard. She would just have to go to Odin a little early and explain things to him...or better yet Frigga. Better to not involve Odin this early...

Frigga looked at Robin Black with amusement. She knew of the girl, having asked Heimdall whether Robin was a worthy match for her son Loki. Learning that there was a child from the pairing already, despite them having recently wed was a bit of a shock.

"So what can I do for Asgard's princess?"

"Help me protect innocent children from idiots. If I can make it so that the school I made is considered Asgard soil, I can use that to keep them out without getting into trouble for teaching them a much needed lesson. It can also act as a go-between for Midgard and Asgard in case of emergencies. I know what Odin said, and unfortunately I disagree with his policies."

"How so?"

"Humans are foolish, arrogant creatures. Now that they know there are other worlds out there, there are only a few options left for you at this point. We can either ignore them or we can establish a truce with Midgard like you have most of the other planets. I know for a fact that one human on Earth has figured out how to use Tesseract energy to keep him alive," said Robin.

Frigga knew Robin wasn't exaggerating. Humans had a massive capacity for war, and some of those she sought to protect would easily fit in with Asgard.

"Why did you come to me instead of Odin?

"You are easier to reason with, and if we turn the school into a way point for Asgard, then you would be able to meet your grandson earlier than I had planned and he would be able to learn more about his father's half of his heritage. The only reason Loki doesn't know about his son is because the timelines need to match up first," said Robin reasonably.

"A well reasoned argument, and one I might be able to persuade Odin with. I will insure that you talk to him first before you turn the school into...what did you call it again?"

"Diplomatic soil. On Midgard they have buildings known as Embassies where other countries can house their representatives, and it is considered part of that country. If someone were to be unlawfully charged, they could stay at their embassy and work through an intermediary to clear up the misconception. If we did this then when we finally do work through Earth we would give Asgardians a taste of home without worrying about the outside trying to break in."

"And what other benefits would it give us?"

"Well among other things, an attack on an Embassy would mean an attack on the country itself. Which is the main reason I would like to turn the school into one. We've had far too many people trying to attack it recently and they would pause before trying that on foreign soil."

"And would give us a chance to learn how to fit into Earth's culture without embarrassing ourselves," said Frigga knowingly. She had heard how badly Sif and the others had stood out when they went to retrieve Thor. And how little Thor understood on the Helicarrier before the battle.

Robin gathered her Gryffindor courage and waited. Only time would tell if Odin would listen to her suggestion.
