A/N: Hey, sorry for the extremely late update….I haven't really felt like doing anything recently. My mental state is screwed up and I'm kind of losing it right now, so don't expect anything amazing.

When Tooth returned to North's workshop she found it in complete disarray. Presents were flying everywhere as the Yeti's frantically went about their daily business. After a few hopeless minutes of trying to pick her way through the crowd, Tooth spread her wings and quickly darted up to the massive wooden rafters high above. From there she immediately sighted the door to North's personal room and soared gracefully through the air to it.

The door burst opened a split second after Tooth's knuckles lightly knocked against the ancient wood. In the door's place was a massive bearded face with a pair of worried blue eyes. "Did you find him?" North questioned as he moved away from the doorway to let his fellow Guardian inside the small room.

Tooth opened her mouth to answer but was stopped suddenly by Bunnymund who jumped up from his chair. "Well Shelia, spit it out", he yelled grabbing the Tooth Fairies' shoulders in excitement.

Taken aback Tooth could only manage a slight stutter that seemed to only excite the Rabbit further. "Give her time to speak Bunny", North said placing a massive hand on his friends shoulder.

"How about I speak for her?" A all too familiar voice suggested from behind the trio.

All three Guardians whirled around to find themselves facing none only then Jack Frost and a beaming Sandy. "Jack!" North roared sweeping the pale winter spirit up into a bone crushing hug.

"Its good to see you too" Jack groaned his voice muffled by the Russian's thick red cloak.

"Let go of the bloody show pony before he passes out", Bunnymund ordered once he had gained back his normal cool.

"It looks like you did end up missing me", Jack teased once he was standing on his own two feet.

"Keep dreaming kid", Bunny huffed crossing his furry arms across his chest in an attempt to salvage some of his image.

Turning to face Tooth Jack felt his pale cheeks heat up. "I-I'm back", the winter spirit stammered growing nervous for reasons he could not understand. In response Tooth wrapped her feathery arms around her fellow Guardian's frigid body.

"I'm glad you are", Tooth whispered into Jack's ear tickling his skin with her breath. The silver haired spirit grinned happily into Tooth's shoulder as he tightened his embrace with the female guardian.

"Well, anyone feeling hot cocoa?" North questioned clapping his massive hands together when Jack and Tooth continued to hold their compassionate embrace.

The loud clap made Tooth quickly let go of Jack and scoot a few feet away red with embarrassment. Even Jack's usually pale cheeks were tinted a bright red as he fingered the tassels of his jacket nervously.

A silence fell over the gathered guardians as the sounds of North clambering about in the kitchen rang throughout the large room.

"It's about bloody time you decided to show up again", Bunnymund grunted as he sat down in a big red chair near a massive bay window.

"I thought you didn't miss me", Jack teased playfully crossing over to the large Pooka. Bunny made a face and crossed his arms together defensively.

"I didn't, the sheila has been giving me an earbashing since you left", Bunnymund growled giving Tooth an agitated stare which she gladly returned.

"Will you to get along for once", North grumbled emerging from the nearby kitchen his hands full of overflowing mugs of steaming cocoa. Bunnymund merely grumbled and burrowed deeper into his chair obviously sulking to himself.

Soon North had handed out his world famous cocoa to the gathered guardians, even Bunnymund reluctantly accepted a mug. Everyone had gathered around the massive table that dominated one side of the large room. Even Phil the Yeti slipped into the meeting to greet Jack and steal away some hot cocoa.

The night went on without a hitch, everyone seemed at their happiest, even Bunnymund stopped sulking after a while. Sadly though, like all good things the night slowly came to the end and the gathered Guardians went on their way. All but two that is.

Hours later.

A cool winter wind blew by ruffling Jack's silver hair as he stared out at the frozen landscape in front of him. He sighed and absentmindedly scraped at the ice that formed on the ornate railing in front of him.

"Enjoying the view?" Tooth asked appearing from a doorway set into the ancient wood.

Jack nodded not really feeling like talking. Tooth sighed and wrapped her arms around the young Guardian.

"You okay?" She asked her voice muffled from being burrowed in Jack's back.

The silver haired teen nodded, still silent to the end. "No you're not", Tooth whispered not falling for Jack's obvious lie.

Jack tried to pull away but Tooth stopped him with a surprisingly tight grip. "I can't help you if you don't let me", Tooth cried her salty tears soaking into the teen's jacket.

"I dont need help", Jack growled his pale fists tightening around the rail in front of him.

"You do though", Tooth sobbed her grip tightening desperate not to lose the guardian she holding on to.

Jack remained silent for a minute, then suddenly he sighed. "I-I don't know what to do anymore" Jack stammered as salty tears began sliding down his frostbitten cheeks.

Tooth didn't respond, instead she released Jack and turned him around to face her. Before the winter spirit could react he found Tooth's lips pressed against his.

The two continued their romantic embrace until they had to break for air. "Let me help you, please", Tooth pleaded pressing her forehead against Jacks.

Jack merely grinned and pulled Tooth in for another deep kiss.

"Alright you two, I'm out of here", Bunnymund started but trailed off when he caught sight of the embracing pair.

Tooth broke away from Jack her cheeks bright red with embarrassment. Bunnymund merely shook his head and walked away grumbling in his Australian slang.

"That was interesting", Jack whispered when he was sure that Bunny had left. Tooth nodded in agreement even though she was still a shade of pink.

"I guess I'll see you around", Jack said breaking a short silence that had settled over the two guardians. Tooth merely nodded and reluctantly let go of the winter spirit's hand.

"I'll be back soon, I promise", Jack said with a reassuring smile when he noticed the worried look played across Tooth's face. And then, with a great gust of wind he was gone leaving only swirling snow in his place.

A/N: There you go…..even though I don't really feel confident about this one. To be honest I think I'm losing my edge, I'm honestly thinking about giving writing up. So, this chapter will wrap this story up, unless I can squeeze out a proper ending. Also, if I quit writing all of my stories would be put up for adoption to a good home.
