A/N: Hey all! I wanted to update on Wednesday, but I have a legit reason why I could not. One word: camping. Being in the woods for almost a week has been very educational. Thanks to my husband (I love saying thatJ) I have learned a lot. I no longer undervalue the importance of indoor plumbing.

Again I apologize for not updating earlier, but while I was starving in the woods I was able to write this chapter down on a pen and pad, my hand hurt like hell, but it was for all you amazing readers!

Anyhow, I won't trouble you with my ramblings and lame excuses. Back to your regularly scheduled program.

Chapter Fourteen: Sarah's Success

After Sarah finished her little 'chat' her mind was brewing with devilish plans, but a voice broke her thoughts.

"You're a naughty girl." Moaning Myrtle said, floating up from her stall.

Sarah quickly turned towards her, "Who are you supposed to be?"

Myrtle floated up to her windowsill, "I'm Myrtle, and I was killed long ago by Voldemort, who was only Tom Riddle at-"

"Lord Voldemort you say? Yes, my father told me all about you, how you were the Dark Lord's first kill. Well, as you know I am very busy with my task, and I don't have time to talk to the likes of you mudblood." Sarah told her turning to walk away.

"I reckon that Granger wouldn't be too happy once I tell her about your plan." Myrtle said floating over towards Sarah.

"I would kill you, but the wonderful Voldemort has already done that for me. So, I will have to find another way to shut you up, what do you want?" She asked crossing her arms.

"Why don't you tell Harry Potter to pay me a visit?"

Sarah eyed her for a moment before agreeing, "Fine, but if you let loose to anyone about my plan, I will destroy you, I don't care if you're already dead. I will resurrect you and kill you all over, again and again until you get it through your thick head that you do not mess with me! Do I make myself clear?"

Myrtle swallowed hard and nodded, she didn't scare easily (mostly because there wasn't much anyone could do to her since she was dead) but Sarah did scare her.

"Good." With that she walked out of the lavatory.

She turned down the corridor towards the library. When she walked into the library, she found a desk near the back of the room, hidden from any peering eyes. She needed to think.

After a couple of minutes she had come up with a couple of ideas (genius if she could say so herself) and wrote them down on some parchment.

Out of the blue, Blaise walked up to and hugged her from behind. She immediately stashed her notes in her pocket.

"Hey, I was in coming in here to study for this potions assignment, when I saw you scribbling away at this desk, so I thought it be much more fun hanging out with you than doing homework!"

Sarah smiled looking up at him, "Do you want to go with me to Hogsmeade later today, we have privileges right?"

He nodded, "Yep, we do!"

Two fourth year girls entered the library, giggling loudly until Madam Pince told them to be quiet.

Blaise rolled his eyes, "I thought the whole Draco and Hermione scandal would have died down after and few hours, but no it's still being talked about."

"It'll die down eventually, I hope."

"Those two are inseparable, I don't think anything could break those to love birds apart, I mean unless Draco cheated on Hermione, but that's not going to happen he's crazy about her."

Sarah immediately got an evil glint in her eyes, "Yeah, that'd be dreadful.

Hermione walked out of Ancient Runes, yet another one of her many classes where she wasn't accompanied by Draco.

She decided that she was going to visit the Gryffindor Tower, to see some of her old roommates.

"Hermione, what a pleasure it is to see you!" The Fat Lady said, grinning at her.

Hermione smiled back, "It's nice to see you, too!"

The Fat Lady opened the portrait and let Hermione into the Common Room.

"Hey, Hermione!" Ron shouted coming down from the boys' dormitories.

"Ron, no need to be so loud, I'm only a couple feet away from you." Hermione laughed.

"Sorry," He whispered, "How have you been? Are you still shagging Malfoy?"

Hermione blushed, that part he chose not to whisper, "I'm fine, and yes I'm still dating Draco."

"Harry's probably right you know, Voldemort is probably behind all of this."

Hermione sighed, "Ron, I already discussed this with Harry. He isn't going to go talk with him and we aren't going to discuss this, okay?"

Ron plopped down on the couch and picked up the magazine for the new Quidditch place in Hogsmeade, "Yeah, whatever. Me and Harry are-"

"Harry and I." Hermione cut him off.

He glanced up at her, "What?"

"You said 'me and Harry'; the proper grammar usage would be 'Harry and I'."

Ron stared at her for a minute before speaking again, "You are- eh forget it. Harry and I are going the new Quidditch store later; do you want to come with us?"

"Can't, Draco is going to Hogsmeade with Blaise and Pansy and I promised him that I would go with him."

"What is with you hanging out with all these Slytherin's recently, you never have time for us!"

"I know, and I'm sorry. I promise that the next time we get privileges to go to Hogsmeade I will go with you guys, okay?"

He waved his hand dismissively, "Uh huh, sure, Herms."

Hermione closed her eyes and ignored the name, "I promise you, Ron!"

She started to head out the portrait, when Lavender walked through.

"What'd you promise him, that you'd shag him once you're finished with Malfoy?" Lavender asked.

Hermione ignored her and walked out of the Common Room.

Sarah poured her potion into a little glass vial and smiled proudly at her potion.

Sarah thought her plan through thoroughly, Draco and Hermione were going to Hogsmeade, which meant that they we're probably going to stop by the Three Broomsticks.

The plan in her head was working perfectly now all she needed to do was put the plan in action.

Hermione handed Filch her signed permission slip and follow Draco and his friends off the grounds.

Sarah stuck behind Hermione in the line, she watched her walk away and Sarah quickly walked up to Filch.

"Permission slip please." He said his voice staying monotone.

"I don't have one."

"Then you're not going to get by!"

She leaned in and her eyes widened, glowing in a way.

"I said; I. Don't. Have. One." She emphasized.

He looked into her eyes and his expression changed, "Alright in you go, Missy. Next!"

Sarah caught up with Draco and Hermione and saw the couple say something to Blaise and Pansy before heading in another direction. So far her plan was working.

Draco and Hermione headed into the Three Broomsticks and Sarah followed not too far behind. When they sat down Sarah walked up to them put on a believable smile.

"Hey guys, do you mind if I join you?"

Hermione stayed silent.

"Of course you can!" Draco answered cheerfully.

Sarah sat down next to Draco, "Do you two want anything to drink? I'm paying."

"A firewhiskey is fine for me. Hermione?" Draco asked.

Hermione shook her head, "I'm fine."

Sarah nodded and walked to the other side of the room to get the drinks.

Draco leaned into Hermione, "What's wrong with you, Mia."

"I don't trust her!" She whispered back sternly.

Sarah asked the bartender for two Firewhiskeys. She rolled her eyes when she heard Hermione say she didn't trust her. She was kind of hoping that the plan would fail so she could just go ahead and kill her. She poured a vial of pink liquid into Draco's glass. Once the fizz from the potion wore away, she walked back over to the table. She made sure to hand Draco the drink on the right side.

"Here you go, Draco."

He took a sip of his drink, "Thanks."

The three chatted for a while, and Draco's staring did not go unnoticed by either of the girls.

Once Sarah saw that his eyes were indistinct she used Legilimens to put a thought in his head.

"Meet me outside the girls' lavatory in 2 minutes."

Sarah stood, "I'm going to use the loo, and I'll be back in a few."

Hermione sighed once the saw Sarah disappear down the corner.

"Finally, there is something seriously off about-"

"I will be right back, too much Firewhiskey." He stood quickly, a little too quickly, and headed towards the bathroom.

After five minutes, Hermione was getting so she headed towards the restrooms, but when she turned down the hall she stopped dead in her tracks.

Draco had his body inclined toward Sarah's, her back brushed the pole as his lips were lustily moving against hers. He deliberates, putting his hand on the pole next to her head, and then he deepens the kiss.

It starts off soft, a light brush of their lips, but then his other hand grabs the pole and his body moves in until it presses against Sarah's. Their legs tangled, their chests collided, and the tip of his tongue ran along her lips until she opened her mouth and let him in.

A breathy noise escaped the back of her throat and her eyes opened and she locked eyes with Hermione, her eyes somehow smirking at her. Desire and heat radiated through the entwining of their tongues.

One of his hands griped her waist, just beneath the bottom of her shirt. His other hand traveled down her side, his thumb tracing her ribs, before resting on her hip.

Tightening his fingers around Sarah, he lifted her up.

She gasped and hooked her legs around his waist in a vice-grip.

Hermione felt her eyes start to sting, and Draco looked up and noticed her presence for the first time.

He glared at her, "Run along, Mudblood, can't you see I'm busy."

A few tears slipped down her cheeks and she turned around, pushing past some people to get to the exit.

The cold November weather immediately hit her wet cheeks.

She slid down and sat down on the snow, ignoring the finger numbing cold. More hot fat tears spilt out her eyes and she put her head in her hands and cried.
