Chapter One
Bethany awoke, She was thrilled she showered, got dressed and brushed her teeth in less than five minutes! Today was the day... Bethany would get her first Pokémon. She ran as fast as she could to Professor Oak to grab her Pokémon. "Your early Bethany." Professor Oak said, "Well..." Bethany puffed. "I am excited!" She said, "Choose a Pokéball, inside is your Pokémon" Oak smiled. "What's in this one?" Bethany asked pointing to one of the pokéballs. "A Jigglypuff." Oak said. "I'll take him!" Bethany yelled, "Nope. You'll take her." Oak corrected, "Really? It's a female?" Bethany shook in excitement, "Gramps What Pokémon are left?" Said Gary, "Hello Gary." Bethany said in a foul voice, unlike Gary, Bethany didn't like him, it was obvious he had a crush on her; soon Ash ran in, Bethany's cheeks were pink as peaches, "Hey Ash..." Bethany smiled, "Only three Pokémon are left, I'm sorry." Oak said, "I'll take this one." Gary said, "Hey Beth, Wanna see my Pokémon?" Gary said trying to impress Bethany, "Why not?" She smiled. "POKÉMON! I CHOOSE YOU!" Gary Said and threw his Pokéball down. Bethany burst out laughing, Gary pouted and ran in shame, "Oak, PLEASE tell me there is more than these two Pokémon?" Ash begged, "Well, there is one left, it's called a Pikachu." Oak passed Ash the Pokéball. "Wow..." Bethany said staring at Ash's ball, "Beth? You okay?" Bethany blinked, "Huh? Y...Yeah!" Bethany yelled joyfully. "Wanna battle?" Bethany said trying to sound cool, "Sure!" "Pikachu, I choose you!" Ash Yelled as a Pikachu came out, "Pika, Pika!" It yelled, "Jigglypuff, I choose you!" Bethany yelled as a her Jigglypuff came out, "Jigglypuff! Use Lullaby!" Bethany yelled, "Jigg-ally Puff, Jigga-lee, ee, Puff." Bethany's Jigglypuff sang and put Ash's Pikachu right to sleep. "Hey!" Ash yelled, Bethany chuckled, "Sorry!"
