Chuckie walked out of the police station, rubbing his eyes, him and Tommy had been talking about his defense the entire night. "This is not looking too good." He muttered, walking towards his car.

"Aye yo!" someone shouted, 'You Tommy's Lawyer?"

"Yes, yes I am." He said turning around, coming face to face with a young black teen, hehe had on a leather jacket with a grey hood to keep him warm against the cold night, and his pants sagged half-way down his ass, "what do you want kid? I don't have much time."

"Aiight, I heard somethin' at school today that I think you'd wanna here." He said, "Tommy's bein' framed, Coach Sean was the one who put those drugs there."

Chuckie raised his eyebrows surprised, "that's some heavy allegations."

"Man I heard him talking about it, he was sayin' that he was outta da way and that he wouldn't be a problem anymore fo someone."

"And you're sure you heard this?" Chuckie asked.

He nodded, "I'm positive man."

Chuckie nodded. "What's your name?" He asked.

"Andre," he said.

'Okay, if what your saying is true, then we might be able to Bust Tommy out quickly, "but we need more evidence, I'll get a few detectives on the case, but for now, we need to keep you and tommy out of trouble."

"Why me?"

"You're a suspect, if Sean really is at fault, and he finds out you're the reason, he might go after you."

"Oh…aiight that's cool."

Lil walked into the burnt ruins of Tommy's house, the police had already swept the place, but hadn't found any evidence of Tommy's drug abuse. "There's only one place that I know he would keep the stuff." She walked into his room and towards the locked drawer, as she got the key for it, she realized the lock was broken, she opened it up and looked inside, she saw his gun, and took it out and put it in her pants, she kept looking but didn't find anything, no needles, no extra bags, nothing. "If he was really back on the stuff, he would've had needles, a pipe, something." She muttered, she stood up and walked towards the closet, she opened it and looked through it, nothing,

"Lil, what are you doing here?" Someone asked, Lil turned around and saw Phil standing in the doorway.

"I'm trying to look for any evidence, anything that proves Tommy was back on the needle.'

"Find anything."

"Not a single thing, there's no evidence."

"Then where did those bags come from?" Phil asked.

"I…I think someone planted them."

"You have any idea who did it?"

"Nope," She said, "wait…why are you here?"

"Came to do the same thing." Phil said, "but you beat me too it."

Lil sighed, "I wonder who would want Tommy out of the picture so much." Her phone rang and she picked it up, "hello?'

"Lil? This is Kimi, get to Tommy's mom's house now, theirs some agent guy trying to take Elizabeth."

Lil and Phil drove up to Didi's house, and found three police cars in front of the house, Dil and one of the police in a shouting match.

"I have a court order that places Elizabeth in my custody!"

"She's my God daughter, you have no right!"

"We have a court order!"

"Screw your court order!"

"Sir you can hand her over peacefully, or we can take her forcefully!"

Phil ran over, 'what's going on!"

"They're trying to take Elizabeth!" Dil growled, "but I'm her godfather so they can't!"

"Sir there is a court order to put her into our custody!"

"I don't give a damn!" Dil shouted, 'I'm not giving her up!"

"That's it, arrest him!" the officer said to one of his buddies.

Phil pushed the officers back, "back off," Phil said, standing beside Dil," she's not going with you."

Lil ran over and stood beside Dil too, Kimi ran out of the house with a bat, 'you stay back!" she shouted.

"We're not scared to take you all in!" the cop shouted.

"I'm not going without a fight!" Kimi said.

Tristan walked out too, "you're not taking her." He said.

The two groups stood off, both glaring at each other, no one moved until a car came over and parked, Mr. Carter walked out of the car, "what's going on here?"

"They won't turn the girl over to us." the cop said.

Carter walked over to them, "please," he said calmly, "she must come with us, there is no choice in the matter."

"Yeah there is," Dil said, "we could fight you guy's."

"In which case you will lose and we will still take her, along with most of you to prison."

Dil glared at him.

"How about this, I'll let her stay with you until the end of the court date, at which time I'll have to take her."

"Get out of here." Dil growled, "Now.'

Carter nodded, "officer, stand down." He said to the police officer, "let her stay here for now."

The cop nodded, then got into his car, driving away with the rest.

Carter walked away, "you can't keep her away forever." He said, then got into his car and drove off.

Dil looked at everyone, 'thanks for the help." He said to them.

Phil nodded, "this won't stop until this court battle is over."

Z sat on his couch, a needle in his arm, "I shouldn't have run…"he mumbled to himself, "but I can't go back to prison…not now…" he sighed and picked up a wooden box on the ground and opened it up, inside was a needle and a small bag of crystal meth, he prepared it and shot it up his arm, "Ah…much better." He whispered.

You left my daughter alone! Tommy's voice shouted.

Z sat up and looked around, "Tommy?" he mumbled, looking around, "Tommy!"

I can't believe you Z! Getting a high is more important then your niece! Kimi shouted.

"Kimi?" Z asked, suddenly all around him shadowy forms started to walk towards him.

I told you to take care of her Z! And you almost killed her!

"N-no it wasn't my fault!" he shouted

It's never your fault! It's always someone else's, just grow up already Z!

"I…I…"

"You'll never be able to do something of use! You'll just keep fucking up everyone else's life!"

Z stood up, "Shut up! Just shut up!"

Z… a soft voice said, this was different from the rest, you were supposed to keep my daughter protected, you told me that you would, so why are you sitting there feeling sorry for yourself?

Z looked around, the shadowy figures had disappeared, leaving him certain on what he had to do, "I gotta go find Tommy and the others." He mumbled, "I gotta fix this shit."
