Short Story #4: Tony and Marceline in High School Part 4
Marceline happily texted Tony that she was on her way to the Music Fair before getting onto her motorcycle. Lloyd had already gotten a ride with Scarlet and her father left an hour ago.
It was easy to say she was dating after about three or four dates with Tony.
She drove to a red light and while waiting for it to turn green, a bright red convertible pulled up beside her. Demi and about two guys were inside it. Marceline avoided eye contact and decided to just look ahead.
"Oh, hi Marcy!" Demi waved and she cringed at the name 'Marcy'. "Kill yourself, Demi..." Marceline growled.
She noticed the two guys getting out the car. "Get her in the trunk." Demi ordered, smirking.
Marceline was about to speed away when one of the guys grabbed her and threw her off the bike and onto the ground, the other stomped on her to keep her down. With all her strength, she pulled out her pocket knife, but it was slapped out her hand.
One guy picked her up and threw her over his shoulder. "HELP ME!" she shrieked, kicking at all sensitive places she could find on the man. The other servant opened Demi's trunk and the blonde was shoved into darkness. "LET ME OUT! DEMI, I'M NOT PLAYING YOU SLUT, LET. ME. OUT!"
"You're wasting your air honey!" Demi giggled.
Marceline felt the car moving and she silently stopped kicking. She pulled out her cellphone and dialed Tony's number, praying he wasn't in the middle of his performance because her battery would soon die.
...
Tony, Jayleene, Scarlet and Angel all sat backstage waiting for their band name to be called. Marceline hadn't arrived yet like she promised.
He signed and pulled out his cellphone, looking for any texts from her. A call suddenly came up and he answered.
"Marce? Hey, where are-"
"Tony, please come get me." she said, sounding like she was crying.
"Where are you?"
"Demi-" her phone signal began to break off. "Car-I-Trunk-Demi-Help."
"What? What about Demi?"
"Demi-Trunk! Back-Trunk! Help me!"
Then he clearly heard her shriek. "LET ME GO! TONY!"
His eyes widened. "Where are you?! Marce? Marceline!" The phone went dead and he dropped his cellphone. "I gotta' go..." he got up and ran.
"What?! We're on next!" Jayleene yelled. He ignored her.
...
Both men threw Marceline into what looked like a dungeon in Demi's house, which was just her basement. "DEMI, LET ME THE FUCK OUT!" Marceline kicked at the door.
"Calm down, I'll let you out when I'm ready."
The blonde sighed and sat on the floor, looking at her now dead phone. "You gonna' at least give me some fucking food?"
"You won't be in there long."
"I assume you're gonna let me out when Tony likes you."
"Yup'."
"Well, in that case I'll need another century and a half worth of food." Marceline scoffed.
...
Tony ran to Demi's house and saw her car out front. He went up to it and slammed on the back trunk. "Marceline, you in there?" he asked. No response.
He sighed and walked up to her front door and knocked.
Demi opened the door and smiled. "Hi, Tony..."
He pushed her aside and walked in. "Where's Marceline?"
"I don't know."
"Yes you fucking do." he growled. "I don't wanna' play fucking games with you, this isn't cool and I KNOW she is here or somewhere you know."
There was a silence and Demi folded her arms. "She's not that special!" she yelled as Tony went walking around her house.
He started yelling Marceline's name.
"Tony?! TONY! DUDE I'M IN THE BASMENT!" she yelled.
He found the door and tried opening it but the door was locked. "Demi, give me the key."
"What key?" she asked innocently.
Tony whipped around and grabbed Demi by her shoulders harshly. It was the first time in his life he handled a girl so roughly. "Give me...The FUCKING KEY, DEMI!"
Shocked, Demi dropped a small key in his hands and backed away and he almost broke the door opening it.
Marceline emerged from the basement and almost jumped in Tony's arms. "Thank you so much..." she sighed. Then she looked at Demi. "YOU. I will fucking-"
"Leave her alone.." Tony rolled his eyes and grabbed Marceline's hand. "Demi stay away from me...Marce let's go."
They left the house.
...
"Sorry you missed the Fair..." Marceline said as her and Tony sat on the couch of his home living room.
"It's fine...Though that two hundred fifty would've been cool." he smiled. "You're safe though, right? So yeah I don't care, even though the girls will murder me." he said gesturing to his phone with several texts coming in at once.
She grabbed his hand and kissed him. When she pulled back he was staring at her. "Do you wanna'...Go to my room...?" he asked.
She blushed and shook her head. "For now, no..." she smiled. He smiled back and hugged her. "'K." he pulled away. "Video games and junk food it is..."
