A/N: Hello everyone. I'm finally on spring break, so there might be another chapter earlier than normal.
SaraTheAngelic- If you were confused, it is very probable that other people were. Vladimir is getting on your nerves? Well, that's not a bad thing. And I honestly love to read all of my readers reviews. Its very fun to see what you think.
Anibella- What were his intentions? You just have to wait. On another note, I can't wait to read your fanfic.
Midna gave a scoff of distain. She looked down at the other demon who was curled on his side. Soft moans came from the bird-like creature. "I was helping them," Vladimir groaned picking himself up from the ground. Midna didn't say a single word, but backhanded the former advisor. "Midna, you must listen to me. They are in danger."
Midna stopped her hand mid-swing, "That's why you are giving me the names of your accomplices." She drew her sword across the hand that was held up in a defensive manner. Two fingers fell to the ground.
The advisor shouted in pain and shock. He looked to the stubs that remained of his fingers. "Would you believe me if I told you?" he asked.
Midna thought about it for a moment, "No. You are a traitor. Nothing you say can save your life."
Vladimir backed slowly, "my life is not important. Ghirahim's and Rahzel's are."
Midna laughed, "Oh you almost had me there. I would rip out your lying tongue, but I have a feeling that Ghirahim would like to hear you scream."

Rahzel sat at the window watching as the sun rose. Its warm light warming her. She looked down at the city that the demons had taken. The streets still had trails of red, but all of the fallen have been removed. This thought might have made her upset but she remembered Ghirahim's words. After all this death and pain, there will be peace and safety. A caw of a bird drew her attention. A bronze falcon flapped to her, landing on her window sill. Rahzel reached for the note that was tied on the bird's leg. The bird snapped at her.
Ghirahim's chuckle came from behind her as he reached the bird. He deftly untied the note and read it silently. Rahzel leaned into him trying to read the note. Ghirahim snarled and crumbled the note. "Is there something wrong?" She asked.
"Midna found Vladimir," Ghirahim said turning away leaving the room. Rahzel followed behind him.
"But it is what you wanted, why are you upset?" Rahzel asked. The noble didn't say anything, but continued to stomp away. She called his name twice waiting for him to respond to her.
"I'm not upset. I'm trying to figure out what to say to him," Ghirahim answered finally. Rahzel was about to comment, but Ghirahim spoke again. "before I kill him."
"May I speak to him as well?" Rahzel asked unsure on how to broach the subject.
"So you can forgive him? So he can hurt you again?" Ghirahim growled.
"I haven't forgiven him, Ghirahim. And if he is our prisoner, he will be restrained," Rahzel answered.
"Why would you want to speak to him?" Ghirahim asked.
"To get an apology," Rahzel said simply. Ghirahim laughed at the answer.
The noble continued to chuckle, "No Rahzel. You are not allowed to see him." with that Ghirahim continued his determined path.

Link tightened his wrist braces. "Yo, Link," Groose called, "We caught one that was trying to escape." Link turned to the red-head. In front of Groose, a tall Twili stood shackled.
"So you are the fallen hero," the Twili chuckled. "No wonder you failed. A soft boy like yourself. Should have killed all of us when you took the city," the Twili said smugly. Link glared at him. The demon laughed, "Look at you. Going to pout now. Child, you think you can finish this war?"
Link said nothing. The Twili lifted an eyebrow. "That's right. You are squeamish. This bloodshed is just the beginning." Link narrowed his eyes. "We have spared the children and those who didn't fight us, but that can easily be fixed."
"Don't you dare," Link growled unsheathing his sword putting the point to the Twili's neck.
The creature blinked once. "Killing me won't stop this. Only you can. You know this. Give us the desert; that was the only request that my king and queen had asked for."
"Even if I let them live in the desert, they will still be bound to the shadow realms," Link said. A ring alerted the hero that Fi wished to speak. The sword maiden exited the sword.
"Master, if you were to give them permission to live on the surface, you would release that bond," she said with a slight frown. "Hylia designed the seal that way. She trusted her hero to choose what would help the creatures of light."
Link didn't have to ponder the choice for a moment. He looked down at the Twili. "My answer remains the same." The hero swept his blade across the Twili's neck separating the creature's head from his body.
"Link, where are we heading next?" Groose asked.
"There have been reports that the demons have attacked Nanka," Link said slashing his sword to fling off the blood. "We are ending this war. Send for all available men in the area."

Midna gave the woman an incredulous look. "Let me understand. You want to talk to the man that tried to kill you," Midna said shaking her head.
"Yes, I need to have some peace," the albino said, "I can't help but think that there's something I'm not seeing. Why didn't he just poison me? It would have been so much simpler."
Midna sighed, "Maybe he didn't want your blood on his hands. Besides what does it matter. He betrayed you, now he will suffer the consequences."
"I don't need you to come with me. Just tell me where he is," Rahzel pleaded, "I won't tell Ghirahim that you were involved."
"If I tell you, you must take every precaution to protect yourself," Midna said. Rahzel nodded her agreement. Midna against her better judgement gave the other woman the location of the former advisor. "He is in the large courthouse." Rahzel nodded turning to leave. "Remember, Ghirahim stays at the courthouse as well. You better not let him catch you."
Rahzel looked over her shoulder, "Don't worry, Midna. What can happen?"

Rahzel stood in the corner of the bare room. Vladimir was chained to the single table in the room. He was seated looking at the woman. Rahzel didn't know what to think of the other. She felt anger at him, but at the same time she was confused. "Rahzel, I'm so glad you came to speak to me before Ghirahim came and executed me."
"I'm not here to release you or forgive you," Rahzel said crossing her arms.
"I do not need either from you. I just need you to listen," the bird-like demon said clasping his hands together which looked odd considering that fingers were missing from one hand.
"What do you have to say that I must listen to?" Rahzel asked.
"You and Ghirahim are in danger. Please listen, there's no time to waste," the advisor said leaning as far forward as he could.
"Why should I trust you. You are a liar and a traitor," Rahzel shouted slamming her hands on the table that separated them. "I would beat you, but it looks as though Midna has done that well enough." Rahzel looked over the advisor's broken nose and swollen eye.
"When Ghirahim and you sent me to look for any help, I looked for it in the wrong places. The people I found were willing to overthrown Demise, but they also wanted both of you dead," Vladimir said quickly.
Rahzel rose a single eyebrow. "So you joined them and then stabbed me."
"No, my lady, I was protecting you," Vladimir said shaking his feathered head.
Rahzel could feel her anger boiling. "Protecting me," Rahzel nearly growled, "Is that what you call protecting me."
"At first, I tried to separate you from Ghirahim. If you were to remain close to him, they would have killed you," Vladimir said his voice getting desperate.
"So you told me to stay away. But what of Ghirahim? You were willing to let him die?" Rahzel said raising her voice.
"He could protect himself. Especially if I was there," Vladimir said looking down at the table. "When Ghirahim found you, I thought if you were to distance yourself from him that I could convince the others that you were just like us. They would have spared your life."
Rahzel rolled her eyes, "Of course, all your actions were to protect me. And why is that?"
"You are my queen. And even if you weren't, Ghirahim needs you," Vladimir said.
"Why did you stab me? You left me to die," Rahzel said voice low.
"If I didn't attempt to 'kill' you they would have really killed you," Vladimir said. "But that doesn't matter now. Rahzel, they are planning to kill both of you now."
"I don't believe you," Rahzel said simply standing straight.
"Rahzel, I'm begging you. Get out of the building . Now. Take Ghirahim with you. The city is not safe," Vladimir begged. Rahzel sighed and turned to leave. There was a sound of shimmering metal and a large weight pushed Rahzel to the ground. Rahzel shouted, but it was drowned by a large boom.
