Ghirahim opened his eyes. He took a deep breath in and released it. He was obviously in some health care facility in the shadow realms. He looked around himself to search for any enemies, but for the moment he was alone. He ran his fingers through his hair. The movement of his arm was a relief considering that earlier he couldn't move a single muscle. The noble pushed himself up, so he was sitting up.
Now in an upright position, Ghirahim could see the bandages that covered his gray skin. He thought of the battle that landed him all these injuries. The unnerving fact that Rahzel wasn't near chilled his blood. He got to his feet swiftly and ran to the door.
The hallway looked familiar; it must be a part of his manor that he didn't venture to. The noble stormed with a purpose. He was looking for Rahzel's presence which was elusive at the moment. Ghirahim frowned at the lack of any sign of the woman. He tried to reason that it was the fact that she was far away and he was a little tired; he tried to keep his thoughts away from the possibility that the Hylian didn't leave the battlefield.
"My lord," a Bokoblin voice called out. Ghirahim was swift to react grabbing the smaller demon by the collar holding him in the air. "My lord," he said nervousness evident in his voice.
"Where. Is. Rahzel?" Ghirahim growled his grip tightening with each word.
"She hasn't returned," came the nervous answer.

Link looked at the council with distain. When he was nominated as king, he said yes if he had a council to refer to. He wouldn't say that he regretted the decision…yet. "Nanka is heavily fortified. If the demons have it, we won't be able to remove them from the city," a Sheikah elder said with a shake of his head.
"But we can't just sit here. The demons are taking over. We've just been play catch-up," Groose said crossing his arms. The red-head is surprising energetic considering the fact that he was gathering the force to take the city in question.
"I agree with Groose," Link said drawing attention to himself.
"Maybe we should agree to their demands," Owlan's voice said. The council looked at the instructor disbelieving. "All they want is the desert. Can we honestly say that we are going to use it? If they can make use of the piece of land than why shouldn't we give it to them."
"You've been saying that since we begun this war," Groose said angrily. "Link told me that time stones were mined at the desert at one point. We can't let them get their hands on them."
"Groose has a point," Link said, "Besides, this isn't about whether or not we can give them the desert. This is about what Zelda gave her life for. She, Hylia, wanted the demons in the shadow realms."
"With all due respect Sir, She wanted the destruction of Demise. The demon king is dead and a new one has taken his place. This new king extended his hand peacefully and you rejected it," Owlan continued.
Link stood slamming his hands flat on the table. His chair cluttered behind him. "That is ridiculous. Ghirahim is just as bad as his former master," Link growled. Owlan looked like he wanted to speak, but Link held up a hand to silence him. "You are all dismissed," Link stated and all of the council stood at once and filed out. Groose looked over his shoulder for a moment before turning to leave. "We leave at dawn tomorrow," Link said as the red-head left the room.

Ghirahim lowered the Bokoblin slowly. "The traitor is here, sir," the Bokoblin said probably trying to deflect any harm that the noble would cause to the traitor. Ghirahim set the servant down on his feet. L
"Lead me to the traitor," Ghirahim ordered coldly. The Bokoblin nodded quickly and started walking quickly through the halls. The noble followed his heels slamming hard against the stone. The Bokoblin kept looking over his shoulder nervously. When the pair reached the dungeon, the Bokoblin took a bow.
"He is in the last cell," Bokoblin said. Ghirahim thanked the servant and he left after looking over his shoulder one more time.
Ghirahim stepped into the rows of cells. There were of couple of demons crouched in the cells. They glared at the noble as he walked down the row. Ghirahim stopped at the end of the row. Vladimir was there looking straight at him. The noble chanted a spell and the lock fell off. "Get up," Ghirahim growled.
The former advisor stood slowly and looked at the noble emotionlessly. "Come," Ghirahim snarled. The bird-like demon didn't protest, but dragged himself to his lord.
"Master," Vladimir implored. Ghirahim held the former advisor's jaw in one hand. "Master," Vladimir implored again.
"I didn't ask you to speak," Ghirahim said pushing the bird-like demon to the ground. The noble pinned the traitor down and summoned one of his throwing knives. He reached into the advisor's mouth and removed his tongue. The noble got to his feet, tossing the tongue on the ground. "Now you can't spread your poisonous lies," Ghirahim said grabbing the chains that bound the advisor's hands.
The noble dragged the advisor to the Surface. The pair appeared outside the city walls of Nanka. Ghirahim continued to pull at the chain. He led the other to the forest that surrounded the city. When the pair were far from the city, Ghirahim tossed the advisor in front of him. The bird-like demon fell to his knees.
"As your king, I banish you from my kingdom. Leave and never return," Ghirahim said with a snap of his fingers. The shackles around the advisor's wrist loosened and fell to the ground. The bird-like demon looked up at the noble confused. "Rahzel, would be disappointed if I killed you. She is kind like that," Ghirahim said looking away.
The bird-like demon got to his feet and turned to leave. He took a couple of steps and Ghirahim teleported right behind his former advisor. The noble swallowed his pride and struck the man in the back with the throwing knife that he kept with him. Ghirahim pushed the advisor down. "Consider us even. You stabbed me in the back when you stabbed Rahzel." The advisor mouthed 'master' and Ghirahim narrowed his eyes. "Go beg your Hylian friends. May they be more merciful than I am."
With that, the noble turned and walked away leaving the former advisor alone."

Rahzel opened her eyes; one of the first things she noticed was the crawling sensation in both of her arms. It wasn't painful, but it was worrisome. "Rahzel, I told them that you'll be okay," Midna's voice said. The Hylian started to push herself up as her body protested. Midna guided the woman up. Rahzel thanked the Twili. "Now, I do have to tell you some bad news."
