A/N: Sorry for the long wait, guys! Had other fanfictions and junk! This one's kinda short, but I enjoyed it! This one is based a little while after Casey and Raph finally make friends (yeee!)

"So, you're telling me, that you guys got so bored..."

"We made drinking songs up? Yep. Pretty much it. Mikey's idea."

"Of course. Um...were you guys...actually...?"

"Drunk? Nope. If Splinter ever even smelled alcohol in this house, he'd kill us."

Casey shuddered, and it was not due to the cold weather as he and his giant mutant turtle friend sat on the ledge of one of the rooftops, gazing down upon the ever moving city. The two had already stopped the Purple Dragons from breaking into a nearby bank, and were now looking out for any more trouble that could be lurking around in the shadows. However, they had not been too lucky so far; the night was quiet, not a single Foot Bot or Kraang in sight, much to their dismay.

Suddenly, Raph had an idea. "Hey, we filmed all the songs we did. You wanna see some of them?" he asked casually.

Casey smirked underneath his hockey mask. "Sure, why not? It's getting a little boring just siting here...race you back!" And without warning, he jumped to his feet and raced across the roof, with Raphael close behind him with a giant grin on his face.

"Mikey, you got that camera USB in yet?"

"Gimme a second, Don, this thing is weird – "

"You're holding at the wrong angle, Mikey!"

"Quit putting your face on it, Casey! You're gonna – "

"Guys, what are you doing?"

Raphael, Casey Jones, Michelangelo and Donatello spun their heads around to find the eldest brother, Leonardo, stood leaning against Donnie's lab doors with and brow raised and his arms folded over his chest. Next to him stood the red headed April O'Neil as she peered over Leo's left shoulder. "What's going on here?" she asked skeptically, eying the human boy next to Raph in particular.

The three turtles and the black haired vigilante, who were far too busy messing around with a video camera to notice they had been snuck up on before it was too late, quickly stood to attention and grinned sheepishly. "Uh, hey Leo, hey April!" Mikey chimed with a little wave, "we were just, um…"

"We were just trying to plug in our video camera into my laptop so we could show Casey those Irish Drinking Songs we did a few weeks back," Donnie explained as he moved behind his desk and quickly tapped away at a few buttons on the keyboard, and before long, the correct file had successfully loaded up, ready for viewing. "Hey, I've got it up! You guys wanna see too?" Donnie asked, looking back at Leo and April still stood in the doorway.

The two shared a grin. "Sure, why not?" April laughed as she and Leo joined the other four to stand next to Donnie as he loaded up the video of their first 'Drinking Song'. As they laughed their way through the videos, April had an idea. It had actually been a while since they had done another one of those songs, and she missed it. Also, Casey had yet to be a part of it.

So it was with a mischievous grin that she tapped the taller boy on the shoulder, drawing him close to whisper something in his ear, and watching as a grin grew across his face. "Hey, guys," Casey announced, "How about another round for good old Casey here?"

The turtles turned to him, and upon seeing the mischief in their human friends' eyes, they grinned.

"Well, I'd better get this camera set up then!" Donnie laughed.

All: Oh , Idey idey idey idey idey idey I!

Leo: One night I was getting freaky,

Raph: With my little girl…Elaine?

Donnie: (Chuckling and looking to Casey smugly) Boy, we had some fun,

Casey: A na la la la laaaa!

(The whole lab erupted with laughter, with Raph and Leo practically rolling on the floor, followed by Mikey and Casey, but April was holding the camera, so she strained herself to stay standing)

Donnie: (seemingly unfazed by Casey's 'statement') MEAOW!

(That sent all of them to the floor again, some even shedding tears as they laughed together. April nearly dropped the camera, but as the boys sobered up again to continue, she quickly picked up the camera and resumed)

Casey: I lost track of the story!

Leo: I don't know what has happened!

Raph: He wrote me a letter,

Donnie: My underwear is snapping!

Casey: (smirking again) I think there was a girl involved,

Leo:…that's what I'm thinking…

Raph: (on the verge of laughing again) I don't know what to say…

Donnie: MEAOW!

From where Splinter sat with his eyes closed underneath the tree within the dojo, he could hear the laughter echoing from Donatello's lab. He smiled softly. He had heard the entire 'song', and had nearly laughed himself when the young man, Casey, had blurted out something so utterly ridiculous. Though the young boy was quite brash, raw, unfocused and slightly crazy, he was in reality not a bad influence on his second eldest son, Raphael, who had needed someone like him to befriend, after the loss of his pet turtle, Spike, whom he had known and loved for years. He needed someone who understood, thought, and (dare he admit it) acted like him to keep his anger in check, or at least vent it onto someone else, with someone else.

However, that did not mean he was a good influence either…

And that proved true when the noise level suddenly increased…

"Oh yeah, turtle breath?! Why don't you come and say that to my face!"

"You wanna fight about it?! Come and get it!"

"Guys, guys, not in the lab!"

"Hey! Watch my stuff!"

"OOF!"

"Watch out, Casey, there was a stump there!"

"…not anymore…"

And then more laughter. And Splinter couldn't bring it upon himself to be annoyed as he smiled again.
