Okay, so the Doctor Who happenings are set after The Rings of Akhaten and the Once Upon a Time setting is just after Dark Hollow. So the cloaking spell has an unwanted effect; It traps the Doctor and Clara inside the town. They cannot leave by feet or by TARDIS and basically no one but Whale recognizes him.
"Doctor, where are we going today? Tell me it has something to eat... No giant planetary gods would be a plus" Said Clara, waiting for something to happen on her admittedly boring week.
"Just going with whatever the TARDIS decides... Maybe we could stop for cookies" Said him, excited
"That thing is going to take me to hell!"
"Clara, it's not a thing. It's the TARDIS." He then started, for some reason, cuddling the control panels
"If you say so..."
The two individuals walked out of the blue box, watching their surroundings
"Apparently,we are in Storybrooke again" said the Doctor
"You mean that crazy Fairytale town? Hope they have something for me to eat"
They walked around, the Doctor pointing to some important people along the way. They saw Doctor Frankenstein doing his daily routine at the hospital, Leroy a.k.a. Grumpy...drinking.
"Where is he? Where?" Rambled the Doctor
"Who?"
"Muleskinner"
"Isn't he a villain? Why would you want to see him?"
"Clara, look around you. How those people behave?"
"They are... Well, safe"
"Exactly, if you lived in a town that has been constantly attacked by psychopaths, would you act safe? That means there's some sort of cloaking spell around the town protecting them, which means we are trapped inside here, and Rumplestilskin is the one that's going to take that thing down"
