"Hello Sherlock, I knew you would come. You always come running to me, you just can't resist me," Moriarty said smirking as he stood outside the building.

"Don't flatter yourself you know you can't resist this either. I thought it better to met you here than have you in my flat again. Once was more than enough," Sherlock said with distaste.

"Oh our banter is such fun Sherlock but I think we have waited long enough, shall we?" he asked nodding towards the building.

"Where are we?" Sherlock asked. Though he would never admit it he could feel the thrill and excitement of the game pumping through his veins. Something he needed more than he cared to admit even to himself at the moment.

"Oh so the great Sherlock Holmes doesn't know where we are, and here I thought you knew London like the back of your hand. It seems you really are slipping Sherlock. Perhaps you are not quite as quick as you once were, missing things that are right infront of you," he mocked.

"I know where we are in London, I just thought there might be more to this plan of yours than an abandoned warehouse. I thought you were more imaginative than that, seems a bit dull really," Sherlock said rolling his eyes slightly.

"Maybe I thought you needed dull, you know with everything that is going on with you lately. Are you sure you are still able to do this?" he asked his tone dripping with sarcasm.

Sherlock didn't bother replying though shot him a cold look. It sat uneasy with him that Moriarty was making a more direct hint towards his condition usually they were more subtle at least on the surface, to Sherlock the references were as they were meant to be glaringly obvious.

"Seems strange seeing you on your own. I am so used to seeing you with your little doctor friend and or with that stupid hat. Where is your little friend? Aren't you two usually inseparable? I must say you really do make an adorable couple. Is he at home getting dinner ready with your pipe and slippers in your chair?" Moriarty mocked.

"He does not come everywhere with me. Why is he of any interest to you?" Sherlock asked coldly.

"Oh do I hear a little anger there? Had a little lovers tiff have you? Not to worry I am sure you will sort things out soon. After all you need him in your life, don't you Sherlock? Your actions to save him in the past have shown that. Don't worry i'm sure you will be two love birds again by this evening, if you make it back of course. Wouldn't that be too bad if you died here and you never got to make up with John? Maybe you should give him a call now. Go on, I will show you that bit of kindness, least I can do," Moriarty said he was really enjoying this knowing the pain he was causing Sherlock and this was only the beginning.

"No thank you I think I will pass. John Watson does not need to be at my side at all times. That isn't something I want, you of all people should know that," he stated . He could not focus on how saying that felt or why it felt that way.

"Like I said, saving him on more than one occasion indicate different," Moriarty said with a shrug.

"He has been useful to me in the past so it was in my best interest to keep him around as much as I did. Now shall we stop wasting time and get on with this. We both know you and I are not the type to stand on the street exchanging pleasantries," he said with an impassable shrug.

"Fine, whatever you say, lets go," Moriarty said opening the door and turned to Sherlock. "On you go, it's only polite afterall, oh I'd best put the lights on," he said as he walked behind Sherlock shutting the door behind therm.

Sherlock took in the warehouse trying to work out what Moriarty was planning. Taking him here to torture and or kill him seemed too unoriginal for Moriarty. He couldn't think what he was planning. He had to admit it did make things much more interesting.

"Oh Sherlock it is so fun watching you trying to work out what I am going to do. I would give you a hint but I think it is much more fun this way wouldn't you say?" he asked smirking.

Sherlock tried to think he wished these lights would stop flickering it was making it harder to focus. He had to keep it together he couldn't take a fit, not here!

"You sure you're alright Sherlock? You really don't look very well. You still not figured it out yet? You really are getting slow," he said as he walked round him.

"Then stop wasting time and tell me," Sherlock hissed as he fought to focus. He tried to avoid looking at the flickering lights but they were all over the warehouse.

"I would love to tell you Sherlock, really I would but I can't," he answered.

"Why not?" Sherlock demanded.

"It is one of those things that works better when you see it for yourself. Trust me I know what i'm doing," he said with a smile.

Sherlock was struggling to keep his mind clear and focused he couldn't think properly as he felt the familiar blanking and uneasiness he felt before a fit, He knew he didn't have long left before he zoned out completely. He had to think, he had to work out what he was doing and even if he could work out what he was planning did he have long enough to stop it? He hated how helpless he was, this was what he had always feared happening. In these few hazy moments of clarity he understood, he understood what Moriarty's game was. He hated himself for not seeing it and for having no way of stopping it.

"I told you it would be more fun when you worked it out for yourself didn't I? You don't like not being in control do you Sherlock? That's why you hate the epilepsy so much isn't it because you can't control it, you see it as a weakness? Which I suppose in this case it is. Sherlock you think you could try and hold on just a bit longer only I would hate for you to pass out before I get to tell you best bit," he said looking at Sherlock as he struggled to focus and find a way out of this. He had no idea what to do Moriarty was right he had no control and it terrified him.

"This is what makes this so fun Sherlock, to see you so out of your depth and by something so out of your control. This is the best bit now I promise. John knew about this, he was in on the whole thing and did nothing to stop it he just did exactly what I told him to even when he knew my full plan he did nothing to stop it. I guess you really better hope all the stuff you said before was true but I think we both know it wasn't.

Moriarty watched Sherlock seeing the information just manage to sink in and a cold smile crossed his features. "This really was so easy, but it was so easy, I win. Bye, bye Sherlock," Moriarty said with a smirk as Sherlock slumped to the ground. As he walked outside he pulled his phone out and dialled smiling more as he waiting for the call to be connected. "Hello Doctor Watson, you can go and collect your friend, I think he really could use a doctor," he said laughing as he hung up. He laughed slightly to himself as he walked down the street. He had won, he always knew that he would he just wished he could have been there to see the final part.
