And the next one. Well, this one always makes me think I sort of half assed it, so I think I'll rewrite it later. I hope you enjoy it anyway.

"You seriously said that without even considering Tsuna's feelings on the matter, Reborn?"
"No… "
"Well, I'm alright with my heir doing this, but you must get permission from Tsuna. We have absolutely no idea of what that spirit is capable of."
"Of course, Nono."
"Good. Make sure they all visit Monday. We're having a party."
"I'll make sure Baka-Yasu and his guardians are presentable."
"You and your affectionate nicknames, Reborn."
"Yes, 'affectionate'."
"Well, good luck."
"Good luck," the raven scoffed, remembering his conversation he had hours earlier. Reborn had spent the entire day making arrangements for Ieyasu and his group of violent misfit teens. Vongola owned several jets, so security wasn't too much of a problem. Nono was always very friendly with the Japanese. It proved to help significantly in future operations and vacations.
When he finally found himself finished and in front of the gloomy looking house, it was Midnight, on the dot.
Reborn walked up the familiar slope. It was small, lined with the same dead plants and flowers. Except, there were two eyes, orange and glowing, looking at him from an upper window. Even when the raven met their gaze, it didn't look away in shyness or surprise, but narrowed.
Reborn continued up, unaffected, even though he could feel the suspicion and irritation burning into him. Was that really Tsuna? Walking up once again to the immaculate door, Reborn paused, studying the carvings. In the middle was a large sun, shining over a village with many people. All the intricate designs must have taken weeks, no, months to complete.
Clouds laced the very top of the door, far away from everything, with rain pouring on a farm field on the left side. The right had what appeared to be a thunderstorm. Close to the bottom on both sides were swirls. They were softly carved, spread out, and almost unnoticeable, especially in the dark. It then occurred to Reborn that it was mist. Now that he knew the Vongola had taken residence in this place, it wasn't surprising there were representations of the guardians.
Sighing, he pushed it open. An ominously dark hallway lay before him, but as if almost welcoming him, candles on the sides flickered on, only going in one direction.
"This must be the way," he mused, following the trail.
Reborn was about to follow them when the same beast that had led them out last time appeared. His claws sheathed, he bowed his head in welcoming. Gesturing for the hitman to follow, the one Tsuna had called Natsu led him through the mansion. Reborn, not wanting to show any anxiousness, focused on the walls.
Reborn supposed it was because this was probably the quickest and easiest way to Tsuna's bedroom, and thus the route the first guardians had taken, but the raven now felt stupid for not realizing it earlier. Portraits of Primo and his guardians, together and individual, with a happy Tsuna decorated the windowless walls. Today they would be worth a fortune to Vongola.
He arrived with the opposite hallway to the one he had came with 10 days ago.
Calmly he walked past the 8 bedroom-now he recognized them as the rooms for each guardian. The candles stopped at the entrance to the hallway. The doors were once again closed, but Reborn knew the one at the end was Tsuna's. It opened as soon as he stepped down the hallway. Natsu went ahead stepping into the barren room toward it's master on the opposite side.
His onyx eyes could see the long haired brunette, still gazing up at the moon on the other side through his glass wall. The large lion rubbed it's head affectionately on his leg, to which 'Tsuna' responded by petting the animal for a moment on its crown before the beast laid content at his feet.
"Tsuna?" he asked, about to step foot. That was when he turned.
Piercing eyes gazed at him, blazing orange. They illuminated his shadowed face, which was emotionless, bitter even. The amount of danger, hate, and rage flooding Reborn's system for that first second, the moment his foot touched the ground, was shocking. He froze, rigid, and staring at his eyes.
What felt like a hundred years passed in a moment. Luckily, his mind immediately recomposed itself, standing firm. "Who are you?" he asked.
"Of course you wouldn't recognize me. Tsuna kicked me out before we could play" he said, his voice unnaturally cold.
"So, you are the one Tsuna referred to," declared Reborn, narrowing his eyes. The other nodded, grinning.
"As you promised, you're back," he said again, but with something of an emotion. Was that… approval?
"Unfortunately for you, I have Tsuna for all this hour. Come again later."
"So you want me back?" Reborn asked, quirking his eyebrows. The being scoffed, pausing. Something of frustration and annoyance crossed his stunning eyes briefly, before he looked back to him.
"I would never want anything to do with some human thing. However, they are… entertaining to me, and Tsuna adores their presence," he replied, settling down next to Natsu.
"I learned you used to host the Vongola family," started Reborn, leaning back against the door frame, as the other also relaxed from a defensive pose.
He cackled.
"That group of loud, obnoxious, contradictory idiots! Tsuna housed them for about a decade before they moved down the street," he explained, as if he had been discussing the weather.
"Did you enjoy their company?"
The other Tsuna, who Reborn decided to call Dark, glared with slit eyes.
"What are you after?" he hissed.
"I'm the one in charge of the 10 boss of Vongola, the Greatest Hitman in the World, Reborn," the raven introduced, smirking. Dark shaking his head. "Well, at least that explains how you survived," the brunette muttered. Reborn, though intrigued, thought it'd be better if he asked later.
"So?"
"Just like all those years ago, could they boarder here?"
Dark opened his mouth, obviously about to protest, when something(most likely Tsuna) stopped him. He growled, retorting in low, rough tones. After arguing to himself for five minutes, he sighed, reluctantly meeting the raven's eyes.
"Apparently, Tsuna would like nothing more. When will they be coming?"
"Tomorrow. At 9 p.m."
"Wow, transportation has accelerated so much these past 600 years, even faster than that blonde dick," Dark chuckled, and Reborn shuddered to think he was referring to Primo.
"The estate will be prepared by the time your party of…"
"8."
"Arrives. Thank Tsuna, you cocky bastard. How long will you be staying?"
"A month, maybe. They're still brats in school," Reborn answered, snickering. Dark rolled on Natsu so he was directly facing him, glowering at his dark orbs, but with a lick of amusement, whined, "You really are a bastard. You stuck me brats."
His snickering growing louder, Reborn left, with a final shout of 'Leave the path of light, and you'll be thrown into hell' as his only guide out of the mansion.
OMAKE
Reborn obviously knew Dark meant the candles by 'path of light', but he didn't know what 'hell' would be. He spied a black orb spider crawling from a near invisible strand of silk. It dropped to the floor, and scurried off in the darkness. Mysterious crunching and cracking noises echoed in the dimly lit hallway. Reborn could only stare at the silhouette of something big, with a lot of legs, and saber-life fangs. Needless to say the hitman increased his pace, and never looked back.
I hope you liked it! Review~
