Yay, I finally updated this! This actually had a lot more followers than I ever imagined, so that's awesome. Anyway as for the poll...

R27 IS KICKING EVERYONE'S BUTT so much so, the rest aren't even worth mentioning. If that's the final say, then I'll take the poll down. HOWEVER, this is still ALL27, just the main is going to be R27. Does that sound good? Review yes or no, and I'll decide from there if I should take down the poll. Thanks to all those who participated!

Disclaimer: I don't own KHR

Fuuta was speechless.

It had started busy, with 2000 transmitters on his plate. Angels can travel faster and easier than demons after all. Basil, being more experienced and stronger, had gotten over 10,000. Fuuta was in Russia again.

Fuuta was a small angel with a large intellect. He was capable of defeating many opponents, but real action was a difficult place for him to be truly effective. The form he took was also of a small boy, young, only around 7 or 8 with soft mousy brown locks and wide eyes. He was on his 1024th one, and the 540th in Russia. He had seen enough of this huge country to draw a map.

The weather was almost always dreary and the people even more so. Here he was, at 4'3 walking down this snowy, slushy street, with a giant populace of giant people. All them, even the kids, were at least a foot taller than him! Maybe it was because he chose his nationality as Japanese. Well, at least they couldn't see him.

So, he was at another shady corner in eastern Russia, with equally shady people lurking about in rugged hats and mufflers, with the stereotypical large noses and blonde hair. Fuuta wondered if these people believed in God. He never judged human's for their choice of religion-they ended up in heaven or hell eventually. They squander their short lives thinking whatever and doing whatever. They pile up sins and good deeds alike, but they all die in the end.

Fuuta supposed that was rather too cynical of him, but he couldn't was help it. He was a tiny angel 30000 years old. You get a view on life, even if you're an angel.

Meeting up with a pair of angels (even tinier than himself) and showed to the device. He inspected it. The transmitter was under the guise of a telephone booth. All he had to do was call the newly stationed Heaven Communications Office, and place the seal that he had been there. They had divided them up by the transmitters connected to the Heaven or Hell office. Demons got the one in Hell (with the demon operators) and Angels got the one in Heaven (with angel operators). The transmitters were able to call both their respective office, and the main post office. They couldn't let the pentagrams cross, and let a single pentagram be capable of contacting both worlds, thus the reason for the main post office (where Fuuta was posted)

Just as he placed the pentagram, the phone rang. Quickly realizing it was for him, Fuuta picked it up. "Hello?" he asked. "Fuuta.?!" Tsuna demanded. His voice held concern for reasons the smaller angel couldn't fathom. "Yes, Tsuna?" he asked. Fuuta never really saw a lot of emotion in angels. He never experienced any, working with so few and far in between powers. When he went to the human world briefly, they had tried to kill and capture him.

"You need to go to Kokuyo Land, Japan! A monster infestation has been discovered by Mukuro, and Hibari went to assist, but was already wounded! You need to get to them now, or they're dead! Hurry Fuuta!" Tsuna ordered, about to hang up. "Wait!" he cried, "They're demons, aren't they?" Fuuta reasoned, confused why the stronger brunette would show so much compassion. Tsuna paused for a moment, before soberly answering, "This is a war, isn't it?" He hung up after that.

Fuuta gulped, brain whirling at trying to understand Tsuna's seemingly illogical act of kindness. Right after just meeting all the angels, he saved them from a pack of the worst, deadliest beasts never before anyone had even dreamed of seeing together. What were they doing outside of the army? Hell, why was Tsuna with them as a messanger, or even playing an unimportant role such as a guardian angel? He'd have to ask, because angels love God, and a few love humans, but everyone hates demons.

Sighing in confusion, he bid the angels farewell, and 'energized'. In reality, he focused his strength on his pale golden rod wings, and took off. Angels are unparalleled flyers, traveling at physics-defying speeds. Even then, only Archangels, and other warriors, can instantly teleport. Somehow, Basil counts as a warrior. Fuuta considers him lucky, as he drains quite a bit of his energy flying. He'd have to rest at least 3 days after finishing his rounds (which should be no later than the day after tomorrow), but Kokuyo wasn't far from his current location. Otherwise, Tsuna wouldn't have called him.

In around 3 minutes, he entered Japan, and in another two, arrived at his intended destination.

Immediately cutting off energy, Fuuta couldn't control his body after pushing for so much to fuel the rushed take off. Consciousness wavered on and off. Only the freezing and powerful winds flowing past him at dangerous speeds (for a human) woke him to the reality that was a paved road. Gasped, he hurried to spread his wings in order to catch himself. Within a minute he had gracefully landed beside the presence he recognized as Mukuro, with Hibari… in his arms.

"Um, I think I'm here to help.." he mumbled, shifting his eyes to and away from their injured figures. Demons were sinners. It shouldn't be surprising they swung that way.

Mukuro, chuckled, then groaned, only to finally sigh. Fuuta somehow recognized it as his way of accepting whatever was going through his mind, and that there were more important matters at hand. The power would agree. It was just now that realized the magnitude that was the enemy force. Miasma of evil aura and rot leaked off the oozing monstrosities, inching forward as their bodies deteriorated from stewing in each other's filth too long.

Fuuta grimaced in disgust. He had recorded instances with monsters, with hunters, but they really were ugly.

"Well, aren't you a small one?" chirped Mukuro, giving a too friendly smile. "What can you do, as I'm sure Tsunayoshi-kun wouldn't send you if you were useless," he practically purred. The brunette fidgeted, still not used to being in such close vicinity to beings of his kind. "Um, I'm not well versed in hand-to-hand, but I can manage defensive maneuvers and long range attacks," Fuuta choked out, wringing his hands.

Mukuro sighed in disappointment. How could he use an angel like this? One that couldn't fight off a slimy beast if it were to attach itself to his back. Although it wasn't completely hopeless. At least, given a minute, they could get some good distance. "Alright! Angel, cast destroy-on-contact barrier on five!" the demon ordered, jumping above their current position.

The brunette angel squeaked, hastily summoning his book. As he entered the trance, Mukuro let out a wave of Lava. It burned away the closest layer of dark muck, and the illusionist called One. Fuuta summoned the spell, selecting one with a distance of a km. The area wasn't that large to begin with, and they could still see where they were being held. Mukuro set off a string of earth cracking tremors, with the goal of capturing some of them. They filled up with purple slim, and in another minute, the monsters would be right back on track. With that, he shouted two.

Fuuta had the spell in hand, and was in mid chant when the third sounded. Mukuro continued to force a distance of 5 meters, but they regenerated quickly because of their attribute. Mukuro cursed, yelling four.

The demon gave one last wave of flame and ice, before glancing back to the struggling Hibari and small angel. Smirking at the sight of the little one prepared, he jumped back beside the skylark, and commanded five. A crescent of gold surrounded them, and started expanding by the second. When it made contact with the gross bastards, they disintegrated into indigo dust. Mukuro chuckled in amusement.

Fuuta, although still uncomfortable working with two demons behind his back, fueled the shield with enough energy for five minutes. "When will reinforcements come?" he asked. Although the weaker ones were all defeated, because of how long they had sat in their container, a dozen extremely powerful beasts remained. "Oh, I think the cavalry will arrive in maybe five minutes," the other answered.

With a loud groan, Hibari slowly rose, glaring at Mukuro with such malice, Fuuta considered it a miracle he did spontaneously com-bust. The monster producing cherry blossoms had been destroyed, so he could stand, but the raven wasn't at 100 percent yet. It was soon after rising, that he noticed the extra companion. "Who are you?" he growled, causing such fear, the barrier wavered.

A blue tentacled monster swift lept through the shield, before Fuuta re strengthened it. Mukuro cursed, scolding Hibari, who stayed silent. Hibari, body still slow from the sakura, couldn't react when he saw the monster sprint to Fuuta. "Pineapple!"

"I know!" he replied, reaching for Fuuta's hand, before realizing he might defile the creature, and hesitated. "Idiot!" the skylark howled, as a single, thick tentacle wrapped itself around Fuuta's middle. The angel struggled, thankful he had put enough energy in the shield to withstand this sort of attack. Hibari darted forward, arming himself with tonfa, and hit directly for it's erect forehead (It's like a blue squid with 8 tentacles and and a huge hand wiggling around), but was shielded by the other 7 tentacles. Cursing, he jumped back, retaking a defensive stance. This time Mukuro attacked with a rivaling black octopus. It camouflaged itself with the surrounding area, with a smirk from it's master.

As the giant octopus fought the giant squid, another monster snuck behind the barrier, as there was an opening directly behind him. This one was an indigo crab. Hibari jumped to catch Fuuta when he was about to be released, until he sensed the crab. The squid took this moment to swallow the angel.

"AAAHH! Help me! It's dark and gross! I-I'll be defiled!" he pleaded, crying loudly, but was eventually muted. The crab cornered Hibari against the squid, with the Octopus getting caught and eaten by the crab. After it ate the black illusion, the crustacean seemed to realize Hibari had a weakness, despite his fearless eyes. It summoned a bushel of blossoms, and Hibari froze. Although refusing to go down, he couldn't move again. Mukuro was about to summon the transmitter, when another being arrived. Instantaneously.

"Hibari, Mukuro. Where's Fuuta?" asked Tsuna, hands clenched into fists, shrouded in the same gloves with crosses that he had donned during his first appearance, fully decked in Seraph mode. Mukuro was more intrigued about his gloves and what was happening in the office than his sudden appearance here, which honestly, he was betting on.

"Um, inside the squid," he answered, smiling. Tsuna's smile darkened. "You let Fuuta get eaten." It was a statement rather than a question. The strained smile obviously showed his feelings, the flaming halo growing a bit larger. "Yeah but what are you doing here?" Mukuro asked innocently, to which Tsuna replied just as easily, "I came to save you guys." The demon pouted, summoning a torrent of flames to burn the sakura above them.

The seraph knew he had down the right thing, even though he had gone against Reborn to escape…

~~Flashback~~

"You can't go down there!" growled the raven, "It's against protocol!" He couldn't see why Tsuna was getting so upset. 3 military units were on route, and Fuuta would have arrived by now. Hibari and Mukuro should be able to easily handle themselves, anyway.

"My hyper intuition is telling me I have to go!" Tsuna argued, pulling on the mittens. Haru watched in the same confusion one would see on a child's face when her parents were fighting. "Too damn bad! What if there's some other outbreak and we need to be here!"

"Haru is here! She's an angel, too!" the brunette shouted, but Reborn countered fiercely, "She's just an angel! I'm sure God didn't mean for there to be a defenseless and weak angel to be here, defending against hordes of monsters!" The other angel nodded vigorously at this. Glancing at the girl, he reluctantly gave in, glaring at the Arcobaleno, who smirked in victory. For a second.

"Tsunayoshi-dono!" called Basil, flashing into existence. He looked the seraph over, making sure there were no signs of defilement, before sighing in relief. "I was worried Reborn-dono would hurt you. When you called, I rushed over," he explained, hugging the other in glee. Tsuna chuckled, returning it (much to the raven's jealousy), smiling. "I need to go assess and assist, one of our duties," he stressed to the sole demon in the room, "So I'll be gone shortly. Thank you for coming on such short notice, Basil!"

With that, the door was open, and he vanished. Reborn glowered at the Ophanim, who meekly apologized for the inconvenience.

~~ End ~~

Chuckling to himself, Tsuna motioned with his head he was targeting the squid, and for Hibari to get ready. In a moment that not even Hibari could follow, the brunette disappeared, only to reappear behind the blue beast. It hadn't even noticed his presence when Tsuna burned off it's tentacles. The seraph prayed for its soul as it shrieked, and sent it over to the skylark with a single kick. In seconds it was sliced in half, Fuuta in the middle of the carnage. Tsuna was quick to catch the body.

Looking the small angel over, the brunette soothed out any defilement that crept inside, comforting the boy greatly. Soon, he was happily curled up in Tsuna's arms, much to the brunette's joy. Holding him, he glanced at the crab Mukuro was fighting. The pineapple had managed to crack it's shell and cut off an arm, but the crab was persevering. He decided to assist the demon, as was his job, and sent a stream of holy flame through the crack. It screeched, and Mukuro, with swing of his trident, impaled the monster. It screeched in pain, which sang beautifully in the illusionist's ears. After it went limp, he pulled it out, twirling it free of the black blood.

Mukuro smiled in gratitude at the seraph, who returned it, and looked around. The other 10 monsters, realizing the danger, began to pull out. Shaking his head, Tsuna ran a high density flame beam through the shield, sending a pleading look to Fuuta, who promptly reinforced it. It snaked around the monsters, ensnaring them against the barrier. Although it didn't destroy them, it certainly burned. At least it would hold until the army arrived.

Hibari sheathed his tonfa, as did Mukuro his trident, as Tsuna walked back to the small group. Despite his small form, the brunette easily picked up Fuuta, smiling. "Fuuta seriously needs recharging, so he has the rest of the day off. How about you, Hibari?" The raven shook his head. Tsuna pouted, but accepted it all the same. Nodding to Mukuro, they all vanished, going to three entirely different places.

I hope you liked it! Review! Yayyyyy!
