Yay for late updates!

Sorry this is so short, I wanted to make it longer but decided to make this a filler chapter which will lead to the exciting next chapter :D

There will also be an important Authors note at the end of the chapter!

Jack and Elsa

Elsa woke to the smell of food. Opening her eyes she sat up in her makeshift pallet and rubbed her eyes while letting out a soft yawn. A chuckle caused her to pause and glace over to see none other than Jack Frost roasting fish over the fire. When did he get back? Didn't he leave her?

"Jack?" she asked raising an eyebrow.

"Well who else would it be snowflake?" he replied giving her a cheeky grin.

"I thought you left." She admitted standing to her feet.

"I did go find some food if that's what you mean. Now come on, food is almost done. I hope you don't mind, but I couldn't steal food from the village." Jack says, his blue eyes watching her as she made her way around the fire to sit next to him.

He tried not to show a reaction as her shoulder brushed his. Elsa inhaled to delicious scent and let out a moan "That smells amazing Jack."

He shrugged "It's nothing, just collected some spices, had to dig through a few feet of snow to find some still living. Man this storm is pretty brutal."

Elsa rubbed her arms with her hands "Yeah, it is kinda bad." She says nervously, not wanting to admit the storm was her fault she quickly changed the subject "So where should we head next?"

Jack sighed and rubbed his chin in thought "Well theres a village nearby, maybe Anna wandered into there? It wouldn't hurt to try and look."

She nodded "Sounds like a plan. What about the soldiers? We would have to avoid them, especially Nika."

Jack just smirked and gently shoved her shoulder with his "A few soldiers against the Winter Spirit and Ice Princess? They wouldn't stand a chance." He says giving her a wink that caused her to giggle.

Anna and Kristoff

"Anna wake up." A voice says shaking her awake.

Blinking quickly she sees a pair of amber eyes staring back at her "Kristoff? What is it?"

He stared at her for a minute before shaking his head and stepping back "We should get moving, if you want to find your sister we have to get going."

Nodding her head she stood up and stretched. Suddenly her stomach let out an embarrassing growl. Blushing she wrapped her hands around her midsection "Sorry, I'm kinda hungry."

Kristoff came her a small side smile and went over to brown sack he had laying on the ground. He pulled out a few biscuits and handed them to her "Sorry it's not much but once we get to the nearby village we can get you some food. Sounds good?"

Anna nodded "Sounds good." She took the busicuts from his hand, before putting one into her mouth she paused "Oh, were are my manners, do you want one? I'm sure you're hungry too."

He shook his head "Just eat Anna. I'm going to go set Sven up on the sled, come down when you're finished."

"Thank you Kristoff." She says and begins to eat.

Soon they were off and began their journey to find her sister. Anna thought of her sister and wondered what she was doing? Was she even alive? Did Nika get her?

She sighed and sat back on the sled nibbling on her lip. "You know if you do that, you could chew your lip off." Kristoff says not taking his eyes off the path in front of them.

Anna rolled her eyes "I will not."

The side of his lips lifted a little "Are you sure about that?"

"Of course I'm sure!" she says.

He chuckled "Alright."

"So what's your story? Do you go around the woods saving girls lost in the snow all the time?" Anna asked in a teasing tone.

Kristoff blew out a breath of air "Do this all the time? No. I sell ice."

Anna grimaced "Ouch. That's a rough business to be in now." She chuckled out nervously but stopped when she saw his stare of annoyance, "Sorry."

"Anyways, it's just Sven and I most of the time, you know going from village to village selling ice. It's a decent living." He says shrugging his shoulders "Then there's my family that I visit from time to time."

"What are they like?" she asked, her blue eyes wide with wonder. Not wanting to talk about his troll family he nervously glanced away but there was no way he could say no to her. Curse this beautiful girl.

"Well " He starts and rubbed his neck nervously "They're loud, sometimes inappropriate, but they mean well…..most of the time."

Anna smiled "They sound great."

Suddenly Sven came to a halt causing Kristoff to stand up on the sled. "What is it buddy?"

A snort came from the beast. "What is it Krist-" he put a gloved hand over her mouth.

"Shh." He says only to hear muffled words from her mouth.

Then he heard it, the sound of clanking metal and horses. "You said there were men after you right?" he asked.

She nodded her head as he removed his hand from her mouth "Well I think they just found us."

Next chapter will be more action, we will also see some of Pitch, Rapunzel and the gang, along with the evil and king and prince

ANOTHER THING! (not sure if i should be promoting myself but w.e)

I have a wattpad account (for those who don't know it's like another fanfiction, with less fanfics and much harder to get views on your stories) which also has my non-fanfiction stories on there. I have two current stories that I am working on. If you guys can go check it out, I would appreciate it! There is a spinoff of my fanfic 'Small Bump' on there, don't worry, it's not exactly the same.
