AUTHOR'S NOTE: Thank you for the reviews, although I'm still trying to figure out the really long one… anyway I will try and update faster. This chapter is late because I have Drama and Choir and… I think the updates will speed up until the summer. Also, just to clear some stuff up; Katara and Zia really don't have anything to do with their previous shows/books. I just used their names because I thought it would be cool and because I couldn't come up with a good 'Z' name.

"Why would Damien install power dampeners?" shrieked Zia as she began to actually try ad hold the clone of her mom back. It continued walking.

Anna ran in front of the Aqualad clone, "Stand down! Um… disconnect, STOP, don't move, and discontinue mission, retreat, and just stay where you are… FREEZE! UGH!"

"I don't think they're listening!" shouted Zia.

"Come on guys," urged Megan as she floated above them,"I hear Damien and Lian up ahead."

Robin sped up a bit but Katara lingered behind. She quickly glanced behind her and made as though to turn around when Miguel flew up next to her.

"Megan, why are you turning back?"

"Where are Zia and Anna?"

"I'm sure they'll be here any moment, now come on," said Robin.

Megan nodded, albeit a bit unsurely. They continued on. Soon they came to a sort of balcony/walkway. A railing that was about a foot shorter than Miguel rose from the sides. Steam filled the room with a mysterious fog. The three 'spies' leaned over the railing.

"Red Tornado, tell us what happened."

"Who's Red Tornado again?" whispered Miguel.

"I think he was a member of the official Justice League…" answered Megan.

"It. Would. Appear. That. They. Have. Upgraded. There. Weaponry. They able damage my inner-circuit boards."

"In fourteen years they've conquered half the planet."

"Also. Catgirl. And. Wonderwoman's. Heir. Are. Alive."

"What?" whispered Lian.

The robot's chest opened first revealing metallic bones; then a sheet of metal; and last at least forty red, blue, and green wires.

"Ewww… robot guts," exclaimed Miguel leaning further down to get a better look. His hand slipped and he went tumbling over the railing.

"AHHHH!"

"Gotchya!" cried Robin, grabbing Miguel's leg. Katara gave both of them a relieved smile.

"Miguel?! Robin!? KATARA!?" shouted Lian angrily as Damien looked up Red Tornado's circuitry.

"What are you guys doing here?" demanded Damien, as he slowly put down the odd looking tool he had been using.

"Well…" started Miguel.

"It was them," said Robin with a grin, pointing at Miguel and Katara. Katara smacked his arm, and then walked in front of them.

"Well…"

"Why won't they stop!?"

The clones continued walking forward down the passageway. The Aqualad clone stopped in front of a wall. The wall opened revealing a landing pad of sorts. All the clones walked and lined up in a row. Zia and Anna continued to in vain to stop them. The landing pad centered and suddenly large mechanical arms shot out of the floor and fitted the clones that couldn't fly with jetpacks. The Aqualad clone took off. The Kidflash clone took off. The Ms. Martian clone took off. The Artemis clone took off. The other clones followed.

"Uh oh…" said Anna.

"Uh oh!? Come on let's go find Damien and Lian! Maybe they can… stop them or something…"

SOMEHWERE IN THE SKY

The Artemis clone whipped out her bow and shot an arrow at the odd alien creature covered in armor. Aqualad shot water at it. The other clones also aimed attacks at it. The creature shot out its hand and attached a small disk shaped like a ninja star on the Aqualad clone's neck. The clone's eyes flashed. It slowly bowed its head to the creature. The creature then proceeded to do the same to the other clone.

'Aqualad clone's life signal is gone. Artemis clone's life signal is gone.'

Damien whipped around and faced the computer on the side of the room. Lian covered her mouth in horror. Just then Anna and Zia burst into the room.

"Damien, I- I'm sorry, but there were these clones… and they looked just like our parents…"

Damien gave her a disappointed look. Lian still had her hands covering her face.

"I think they already know…" mumbled Zia, glancing down in shame.

'Kidflash clone's life signal is gone.'

"Why are the clones going offline…" whimpered Miguel.

"Ultron," muttered Damien.

Lian looked up and went to box in the corner. She began pulling out weapons. Damien glanced at her and then turned to the kids, "Kids grab Tornado's head and get to the Control Room."

Red Tornado's head disconnected. Katara grabbed suspiciously. The kids ran out of the room.

Outside Robin stopped, "This is wrong. We should help them."

"They told us to get to the control room!" argued Megan.

"Children. Damien. And. Lian. Have. Instructed. You. To. Head. To. The. Control. Room. They. Will. Join. You. Shortly."

A glowing red light shone from the sky, before the sky shattered. All the children fell to the ground from the force of the explosion. An armored creature with glowing red eyes descended upon them.

"Children," the creature hissed, "This is unexpected. Who are you?"

"We'll tell you who we are if you tell us who you are!" Anna spat out defiantly.

"Foolish child. I am Ultron." The children's eyes widened. A darkly dressed figure jumped from the shadows and attacked Ultron.

"Kids run!" Damien shouted.

Lian jumped into the fight dressed in purple armor, "Listen to him!" She shot an arrow.

The children ran to the control room.

"You humans are pathetic," growled Ultron as he threw Lian into a tree.

"Lian!" Damien shouted as he tossed a bird-a-rang at Ultron, it bounced off his armor harmlessly.

Lian was slumped against the tree, blood trickling from the back of her head and her mouth. Damien was now battling even harder against Ultron. However, although his hand to hand combat skills were excellent he was no match for the strength of the alien. Soon Ultron has a tight grip around his neck.

"Now we will end this," he hissed (think the chitauri from the Avengers).

Once the children entered the control room Katara set Red Tornado's head on top of the silver dashboard.

"Come on, "Anna said, "We have to go help them."

Tornado's eyes glowed and suddenly the whole control room lit up, "Code. Batman. 457900973-32. Taking. Off. Fasten. Your. Seatbelts."

The door closed and seats popped up.

"NO!" cried Anna, she ran to a window and peered out. The last thing she saw was Ultron choking Damien before the control room transformed into a jet and flew out of the compound.
