After he was told that Tooth held his memories, Jack debated whether he should ask her to see them or not and finally made up his mind that he would, so that was were he was headed right now. "Toothiana, are you home." He called out as he landed.
Tooth, not recognizing the voice, grabbed her swords before she went to find out who called her name. "Who are you and how did you find my palace?" She demanded to know as she pressed the tip of one sword against the back of Jack's neck.
Jack slowly raised his arms, to show he didn't mean any harm. "Nightlight told me that you are the keeper of children's memories and I came to see if you had mine. My name's Jack Frost."
Tooth pulled the sword away upon hearing Jack's name. "You're Nightlight's twin?" She questioned.
"I am... so is true, are you the keeper of children's memories?" Jack turned to face her.
"It's true, is that all you wanted to know because if it is than I must ask you to leave, I'm very busy."
"Actually, I was wondering if mine were here... you know from when I was mortal. I would like to see them if they are." Jack spoke up before she could leave.
Tooth spun back around to stare at Jack intently, as if she were studying him, before she answered. "I suppose as long as you promise not to take them from my palace."
"I promise, I won't take them from your palace."
"Very well, follow me." Tooth commanded after she stared at him for a minute and fluttered off, Jack right behind her.
"Well, what did you find out?" Tooth questioned as Jack woke from viewing his memories.
Jack leaped to his feet, excited at what he viewed. "I had a family, a sister. MiM chose me after I saved her from drowning. I'm a Guardian, like you, North, Sandy and Bunny!"
Tooth smiled, "Don't forget NightLight, Ombric and Katherine. Their Guardians as well."
"Of course, thank you for letting me see my memories Tooth." Jack replied as he handed his memory box to her.
Tooth took the box and put it back where it belonged, "You are welcome Jack. Come back any time to visit, I know my girls would love to have a view teeth." She teased and Jack laughed before he flew off.
Sorry this chapter is so short, I promise the next will be longer. I just need to figure out where I want to go next with this story. I am also working on the next chapters for a few of my other stories so they will be updated soon.
