So, absolutely no one got all of them (just counting Caspian, Peter, and Susan) correct. But a few got one of them correct. Shoutout to the following for guessing at least one right: cecilie fredheim, NarnianHufflpuff, and Guest.

I added a lot of the hat talking, so hopefully you all understand how I chose the houses for the three of them!

talawhite14: If you enjoy Susan being portrayed as a strong woman, you should check out some of my other stories, esp The Mercenary.

Also...are there any other pairing you want now that all the Hogwarts students are fair game?

One of the Telmarines named Balendin went first. Caspian wasn't at all surprised when the hat quickly said, "Gryffindor!" Balendin had become a Telmarine knight early and often volunteered for the quests that the other Telmarines refused, such as going into the forest. The female Telmarine named Veta went next and was sorted into Ravenclaw. The third, Crevan, her twin brother, went to Ravenclaw as well.

Next, it was Caspian's turn. He jumped when he realized the hat was talking to him… in his head it seemed like.

Well, hmmm very interesting. Just a few days ago, you would have easily been a Slytherin. So ambitious, so vengeful, so power-hungry, the hat mused.

But I'm not anymore? Caspian thought to himself.

Caspian was startled to realize that the hat could read his thoughts when it responded, You spared the life of your uncle. Not very Slytherin of you. And when given kingship of Narnia, you were hesitant to accept it, saying you were not ready yet. But let's see. What house do you belong in now? Gryffindor's a possibility. It takes great bravery to leave all you know and face creatures you had never known before who hate you on sight and join them in fighting your own kin. Even braver to undertake the task of uniting two peoples who have long hated each other. But then, you also have quite a love of learning. Not many would care to do so much extra studying, even that of Narnian history.

Caspian frowned at that. Scholarly attributes, while necessary to a certain extent, were not highly cared for by Telmarines for royalty. Especially not in comparison to their prowess on the battlefield.

Well, if that's what you find important, better be "Gryffindor!"

Peter put the hat on next. He hardly reacted to the hat talking to him mentally, having had even stranger things happen during Narnia's Golden Years. He did still feel a little unnerved by it though, since such magic in Narnia was only ever done by witches who – as they had said to Hermione – were always evil.

So… a High King! Haven't had even a King come here for a few centuries. A few princes and such… but no one of your rank. But hmmm… where to put you? Slytherin would be interesting. You do enjoy your power as High King.

No, not Slytherin, friend hat. I've learned my lesson. For me, my ambition and pride are my weaknesses, Peter thought calmly. It wasn't that he didn't value such qualities, but rather that in him, they had become vices.

Good, good, the hat said. But it wasn't just power that made you so desperate these past few weeks. You were desperate to prove yourself.

Peter felt ashamed of himself, remembering how desperate he had been to prove they hadn't meant to abandon Narnia. That he would do anything for his country.

Yes, you are quite loyal to your country. And to all those you care about. Although you weren't quite so loyal to Aslan, now were you? But you greatly regret that lapse of loyalty since you value loyalty so much. In that case, best be "Hufflepuff!"

Peter was satisfied, priding himself on his loyalty to Narnia, even if it did sometime become an obsession. But Hermione looked outright dismayed and Harry looked shocked. Dumbledore looked intrigued, as if this choice had surprised him a bit. Ron looked downright gleeful. Peter hoped that Hermione was only upset and Ron was only gleeful because he wasn't in Gryffindor with them…hopefully. Or was there something wrong with Hufflepuff?

Susan sauntered up to the hat and placed it delicately on her head.

Hello, friend hat? Susan thought politely, logically guessing that it probably had some sort of telepathic speaking powers. She had been noticing everyone's facial expressions change while wearing the hat as though they were having troubling conversations.

My my, centuries of my doing this job, and yet you are the first student to ever greet me. Very good, your majesty! the hat said approvingly, adding her title out of respect for the first student to ever greet him.

Thank you, good hat. Now, which house do you wish to place me in? Susan responded mentally.

You are almost too easy. You've used your sexuality to manipulate many a treaty, cared the most about the appearance of Narnia to outsiders, made sure that Narnia was always the image of perfection. Pretended to be so gentle and tenderhearted so that if Narnia began to fall, you would lead the last stand much better than any foreigner might suspect someone so supposedly against killing could. Very cunning, although this last battle ruined that image. And in England, you spend so much time on looks to climb the social ladder.

Well, this last battle was a last stand for Narnia, so of course I would fight. And as for my looks and sexuality, there are very few weapons in a girls artillery which she can use without her femininity being devalued, Susan defended.

Oh, I was admiring, not criticizing, the hat chuckled. If you weren't also moral and kind, I would be terrified to have you here at Hogwarts. But your ambition and cunning make you easy to sort. "Slytherin!"

If the current Hogwarts students had looked surprised when Peter had been sorted, it was nothing in comparison to their reactions now. Harry and Ron were openly gaping at her. Not that Susan didn't already have her share of men gawking at her, but this didn't seem to be in the romantic sense. After a moment of shock, Hermione looked at her almost appreciatively. Susan's sorting though had managed to surprise Dumbledore. He might have looked intrigued by Peter's sorting, but he seemed outright shocked now. Susan simply shrugged it off. She was a queen. Why would they be surprised to find out that she was ambitious and knew how to manipulate things in her country's favor?

"I… alright," Dumbledore said, clearly flustered. "Granger, Weasley, Potter, you can escort Baledin and Prince Caspian to the Gryffindor dormitory for the night. I'll send for someone from the remaining houses to bring the rest of you to your dormitories and show you around Hogwarts."

Dumbledore walked over to a phoenix and seemed to be giving it instructions. Caspian took advantage of this moment to walk over to Susan.

"I'm disappointed we are not in the same house," he said. Peter looked at him suspiciously.

"We'll be seeing plenty of each other anyways," Susan responded.

"Yes, well… I would… like to see you as much as possible," Caspian said awkwardly. "Before I must return to Narnia without you."

Susan smiled. "We will be all working together to fight Jadis and see each other often through that."

"Yes, yes. The two of you will be seeing more than enough of each other," Peter snapped. Caspian blushed in embarrassment as the others laughed.

"C'mon, let's go," Harry said to Baledin and Caspian.

Hermione walked over to give Peter a hug goodbye. "I'll see you at breakfast." Then the five of them left for Gryffindor common room.

Halfway there, Ron suddenly said, "Actually, I need to leave. I need to um… send a letter."

"Since when do you need to send a letter?" Hermione asked with a frown.

"Ah… I want to update my mum on all that happened," Ron said lamely. Harry just shrugged and continued walking. Ron quickly ducked into some deserted hallway.

"That's not the right way. Harry, you go on. I'm going to follow Ron," Hermione said. "The Invisibility Cloak?"

"Right here," he said, pulling it out and handing it to her. She put it on and disappeared, much to Caspian and Baledin's amazement.

"So here's the common room. Dilligrout," Harry said to a portrait.

"Um, are you talking to a painting?" Caspian asked dubiously.

"Of course he's talking to me!" the Fat Lady said indignantly before opening up.

"Hey, Potter. Those aren't Gryffindors," Seamus said as Harry walked in to the boy's 6th years dormitory.

"They are now," Harry responded. "Apparently Hogwarts is taking transfer students now. Didn't you notice the two extra beds there?"

Sure enough, two extra beds had mysteriously appeared just a few minutes before they arrived at the common room. The house elves worked fast.

"So where are you two from then?" Dean asked.

"Um…" Caspian said lamely, not sure if he should say Narnia.

Harry covered for him saying, "They're from Durmstrang. But we should probably be telling them all about Hogwarts so they know how to fit in here."

The boys chatted about their various classes and such, Caspian's and Baledin's eyes growing wider at each new revelation.

A Ravenclaw student showed up next to show the two Telmarine twins to their Tower. McGonagall showed up to escort the centaurs and mermaid to the Order where they would stay and discuss strategy for awhile before seeking out the other centaurs and merpeople. Two Hufflepuff students showed up next to show Peter to the Hufflepuff Basement.

"Justin Finch-Fletchley," one of them said, sticking out his hand. Peter grasped it firmly and shook hands.

"Ernie Macmillan," the other boy said and Peter shook his hand as well. "So glad to meet you. Dumbledore says to say that you're a transfer student from Durmstrag? We weren't quite sure what he meant by that."

"Exactly what it sounded like he meant. That I'm not actually from there, but if anyone should ask, say so," Peter responded, realizing also that this meant Dumbledore trusted these two boys.

"Well, that's awful suspicious," Ernie frowned.

"Hey, but it means Dumbledore trusts us! And I didn't even know he knew who we were," Justin said with a grin. "So there's the kitchen! It's awesome leaving right by it. Just tickle the pear to get in."

"And here's where we live. To get in, tap the barrel two from the bottom, middle of the second row, in the rhythm of Helga Hufflepuff," Ernie said, tapping it until the lid swung open. Peter carefully memorized the tune.

"And be sure to get it right, or else you'll be doused with vinegar," Justin warned. Peter gulped.

He crawled inside after them and smiled as he saw the earthy room. It reminded him of several of the Narnian homes: low ceilings, comfortable mismatch of furniture, earthy look, circular shape, lots of plants everywhere.

"Yeah, if you couldn't tell by all the plants, we're really into Herbology here," Justin said. "Our Head of House is Professor Sprout, the Herbology teacher, and she often brings us plants to encourage our interest in it."

"Is Herbology like medicine?" Peter asked eagerly. "I've always had an interest in studying that."

"I suppose you could say that," a blonde girl said, walking up to them. "Who are you?"

"He's our newest Hufflepuff, Peter Pevensie," Justin said. "Pete, this is Hannah. Hannah Abbott."

"Charmed to meet you, Hannah," Peter said.

"Likewise. So you think you're going to like it here?" she asked cheerfully.

"Absolutely," Peter said with a grin.

"I left you for last on purpose," Dumbledore said, turning to Susan. "The others were all escorted to their houses by students I can trust. The student I sent for to escort you is more likely to side with the Witch. He already is dabbling in dark magic."

"I understand," Susan said calmly. "You wish for me to keep an eye on him. And report to you, I assume?"

"Well, yes that would be nice. And if you could somehow get close enough to him to change his ways, please do."

"Gladly," Susan said.

"Draco Malfoy," Dumbledore greeted as a blonde hair boy strode into the office. "This is Susan Pevensie, your new housemate."

The boy seemed annoyed to be there at first as though it was beneath him, but when he saw Susan, he looked at her with interest.

"Pleasure to meet you," he said. Susan looked at him haughtily and held out her hand palm down, rather than sideways which would suggest shaking hands. She realized he understood what she was doing and refused to give in to her. He took her hand and twisted it to turn it into a handshake to make them equal. She quickly pulled her hand away to gain the upper hand again by ending the handshake on her terms. She held back a smile when she saw his annoyed look. She hated being anything other than kind to good people, but she absolutely loved playing mind tricks and power games with those who were conceited and tried to act superior.

"And the Slytherin dungeons?" Susan said. Draco jerked his head and she followed him out.

"I'm a prefect, by the way," Draco bragged.

"Really? Thank you for informing me on something I would have never guessed on my own," Susan responded, thinly veiling the insult.

"So where are you from?" Draco asked begrudgingly.

"Originally or what school did I just transfer from?" she asked.

"Both."

"Finchley and Beauxbatons."

"You went out of the country for school?"

"Yes, but I decided to switch to Hogwarts after realizing how homesick I was. And my brother also transferred to Hogwarts here as well."

"So any… boyfriend?"

"Why do you care?" she countered.

"No reason. I mean I have a girlfriend," he said, startled.

"I never asked if you had one," she pointed out.

"Oh, right," he said, clearly frustrated by Susan's manipulation of the conversation.

"Let's be frank. I believe I know why you brought her up," Susan said, turning up her charm.

"Oh, do you?" Malfoy smirked. "But I'm not sure why I brought her up. We… we're on the verge of breaking up. I wouldn't mind something to finally finish us for good."

"Indeed? How about calling her fat, insulting her looks, or any other of the sort?" Susan suggested.

"Or fancying another girl?" Draco said slyly.

"It works the best if the girl you move on to is significantly more beautiful than her," Susan said suggestively. This was all too easy for her. She was sure that it wouldn't be long until she could find out just what Draco was up to.

"I think I know just the girl. Here's the dungeons. Basilisk," he said. Susan correctly surmised that basilisk was the password.

"Draco, who's this girl?" a dark haired girl asked snottily, looking Susan up and down.

"Pansy Parkinson, this is Susan Pevensie. Our new housemate," he said.

"So why are you spending time with her?" Pansy said.

"He was kind enough to offer to show me around," Susan said with a superior smile. She was having far too much fun with baiting these Slytherins, having not used such skills since the first time she was in Narnia. These Slytherins may pride themselves on being sly and cunning, but they were nothing in comparison to the many foreign diplomats she had faced.

"Why not have Crabbe or Goyle show her around?" Pansy sneered.

"Why don't you get out of our way?" Draco shot back. Pansy's face scrunched up and she flounced away.

"Well, that was distinctively unpleasant," Susan mused.

"That was my girlfriend, if you couldn't tell," he sneered.

"Oh, I could most certainly tell," she said, pursing her lips.

"Sorry," he mumbled.

"How about you make it up to me?" she said suggestively, tipping her head to the side.

He slowly turned to her. "How would you like me to make it up to you?"

"How do you think?" she said, placing her hands delicately on his chest.

Draco cupped her chin in his hand and began kissing her. She pressed her body in to his and kissed him back much more passionately, sliding her hands to his waist.

Hermione followed Ron to the Shrieking Shack. The insides of the Shack were covered in a thick layer of ice. Hermione shivered at the sight. Ron seemed to know exactly where he was going. Hermione grew more and more frightened by the minute. What was Ron up to? This couldn't be good. Then she saw her. There was no mistake, she had to be the White Witch. She was draped with a white fur coat and sitting on a throne made of ice. Her gaze alone was chilling, more terrifying that any of the Death Eaters that Hermione had seen in the Ministry of Magic. Hermione pulled out an Extendable Ear to be able to hear their conversation better.

"Your majesty, they brought only two of the Pevensies here," Ron said to the Witch. "But they brought several other Narnians."

"Only two? Tell me, how many of the Pevensies did I ask you to ensure came to me?"

"Um…. Four?"

"Did you think I would be happy with simply two?" Jadis said, her voice rising.

"Erm, I take it you're not?" Ron asked awkwardly.

Hermione got her wand ready to defend Ron if need be, but Jadis seemed thinking it over. With the Extendable Ears, she was able to hear Jadis mumbling to herself, "Best not make the same mistake this time and turn him against me too. Not while he is still possibly of use."

"Ron, my dear," Jadis said out loud in a voice that was surely meant to be charming, but Hermione did not see it that way. "You can still make it up to me. I need you to bring the Pevensies here to me. But let's… keep it a surprise. What a nice surprise it will be for them to see me again."
