Pyrrah, Nora and Ren were taken to the front of the stage, courtesy of Yang.
"How cool is this?" Nora grinned "Getting to see our favourite band and then getting to meet them!"
"It is pretty amazing." Pyrrah agreed.
"We are just lucky that Jaune bumped into the drummer of the band." Ren smirked.
"How is his singing?" Pyrrah asked curiously, a bit upset that she missed it earlier.
Ren and Nora looked at each other and nodded "It is a secret." Nora shushed her as the lights went out.
The crowd started to cheer as Yang and the rest of the band walked on to the stage. The band waved to the audience and picked up their instruments. Yang sat behind her drum kit, A black haired girl with a cute bow picked up an electric guitar, A white haired girl with a long pony tail hanging from the side of her head picked up a bass guitar and the last member had red and black hair and was already holding her guitar.
"Where is Jaune?" Pyrrah thought as the band started playing the intro song to pump the crowd.
Once the band had stopped playing the opening song the girl with red and black hair walked up to a microphone "Good afternoon everyone!" She screamed into the microphone which resulted in the crowd screaming back "I have some bad news." She playfully pouted "Our second singer ditched us last minute."
The club was filled with boos.
"Yeah…" The girl on stage agreed "Fuck that dick!" She grinned, causing the crowd to cheer "We got this new guy and he is freaking awesome!" She laughed "Let's do this!"
The guitar played a chord and the lyrics began.
"I couldn't take it, couldn't stand another minute." Jaune ran onto the stage singing.
Another guitar chord.
"I couldn't bear another day without you in it." He sang into a hand held microphone.
"He is amazing…" Pyrrah smiled and cheered along with the rest of the crowd.
"All of the joy that I had known for all my life."
Jaune and the audience both sung the next line "Was stripped away from me the minute that you died!"
"He learnt the songs really quick!" Pyrrah blushed realising Jaune was looking at her while he was singing.
The red and black haired girl started singing into her microphone "To have you in my life was all I ever wanted."
"They sing so well together." Pyrrah started jumping with Nora.
"But now without you I'm a soul forever haunted." The girl sang "Can't help but feel that I had taken you for granted."
Pyrrah turned her head to see that some of the crowd had started to mosh. She looked to see what Ren was doing but a strip of magenta hair flew into the moshing and caught her eye. The teen couldn't help but smile as her usually quiet friend was letting loose.
Once more the crowd sung with the singer "No way in hell that I can ever comprehend this!"
The song's pace increased with the help of the drums. Jaune and the other singer both started to sing.
"I wasn't dreaming when they told me you were gone, I was wide awake and feeling that they had to be wrong. How could you leave me when you swore that you would stay? Now I'm trapped inside this nightmare every single effing day!" The speed of the song now at its max.
The whole crowd were now on their feet and moving. Pyrrah spotted someone she did not want to see "why is Cardin here?" She frowned, praying that he would not spot her.
Cardin's eyes met hers "Crap!" She internally screamed as Cardin made his way over to her. Nora and Ren were nowhere to be seen.
Cardin put an arm around her and smirked. Pyrrah attempted to get out of his hold but to no avail.
Jaune noticed Cardin and scowled but continued singing. Pyrrah looked uncomfortable and scared which caused Jaune to scowl even more. He walked over to the crowd barrier and easily leapt over it, walking and singing his way to Pyrrah.
Pyrrah was confused "What is Jaune doing?"
Jaune put his hand out to Pyrrah and she accepted it "Am I aloud to do this?" Jaune thought "Screw it!" He grinned and started to lead Pyrrah back to the stage.
The girl with the multicolour hair gave an odd look but shrugged it off when Jaune and Pyrrah both started singing.
Cardin glared at the couple on stage and stormed away pulling out his phone and sending a text.
Once the songs Jaune was supposed to sing had been done he had walked off the side of the stage with Pyrrah.
"Hey guys, that was freaking awesome!" Sun congratulated the two teens on their performance "What was up with you bringing the girl on stage?"
"Someone was trying stuff with her." Jaune answered and Pyrrah looked nervous "This is Pyrrah by the way." He introduced her.
"Hey Pyrrah, nice to meet ya." Sun smiled warmly.
"Likewise." Pyrrah smiled back.
"Can you keep an eye on Pyrrah while I go to the toilet?" Jaune asked "I'll be really quick." He promised.
"Sure thing, dude." Sun laughed "Hurry back."
Jaune walked out of the room and over to the toilet. About halfway to the door he felt a hand on his shoulder and was forcefully pulled back.
"What the hell!?" The music drowning out his shouts as he was dragged outside into the alleyway.
He was thrown on the floor and laughter surrounded him.
"Oh Jaune, I told you I would make your life a living hell." Cardin said in a threatening tone.
"I remember this dork." Came a familiar voice.
Jaune looked up to see who's voice it was and was met with a green mohawk "I know you." Jaune scowled and tried getting to his feet.
"I don't think so Jauney boy." Cardin said, delivering a kick to his gut.
Jaune held his stomach while having a coughing fit, Cardin's kick taking the air out of his lungs.
"Once I beat you to a pulp I'm gonna find Pyrrah and I'm gonna bring her to this alley and "beat" her to a pulp too." Cardin smirked now eye level with Jaune "If you know what I mean."
Jaune's anger soared to the max and Cardin's jaw felt the brunt of it.
"Cardin!" Russel rushed to his friend.
Cardin pushed the other boy off of him "Sky and Dove." Cardin demanded "Hold him still."
Two other boys appeared from the darkness of the alleyway and pulled Jaune up by his arms, holding him in place.
"Another bad move Jaune, You knew that hitting me wasn't very smart." Cardin punched Jaune in the face.
Jaune's head fell but rose to look Cardin in the eye "I'll get you for this…" He managed to say before another punch connected with his face.
Blood spluttered from the blondes mouth as he coughed.
"You should go home to mummy. You are a weakling." Cardin laughed "Pyrrah needs a strong man to take her. Not some pussy blonde boy."
Jaune was on his knees now while Dove and Sky held his arms in place. He coughed up more blood and hung his head, blood trailing down his chin.
"You boys finish the Job." Cardin ordered "I'm going home now." Happy with the beating he had delivered.
"You got it boss." Dove replied, punching Jaune in the head.
Jaune's vision got blurry and soon faded out "I'll jus… I'll just rest a mo…a moment…" His mind failing him as he blacked out.
"Sun…" Pyrrah spoke awkwardly "Jaune has been gone a long time…"
"I was thinking the same thing." Sun admitted "You wait here, this is the safest place in the club, I'll go find him." He smiled reassuringly.
"Thanks." She sighed with relief.
Sun walked over to the toilets and entered the room "Jaune! You in here dude?" He shouted.
No answer.
"That's odd…" He said aloud "I know! Maybe he is outside getting some air." He smiled and walked out of the club.
"Not out here either…" He sighed and started to walk back inside when he heard some noises in the alley "What could that be?" He asked himself.
"Hey Sun." Someone said from behind him.
He turned to face the person and recognised him immediately "Hey you're Jaune's friend right?" Sun asked.
Ren nodded "The name is Lie Ren, but please call me Ren." He smiled.
"Nice to meet you Ren." Sun smiled "Have you seen Jaune?"
Ren shook his head "I hear noises in that alley though." Ren frowned, walking over to the dark passage.
Sun and Ren stood frozen in place with what they saw. Three boys were taking turns in holding Jaune up while the others beat him.
Ren noticed Jaune wasn't even attempting to get free "Jaune!" Ren ran up to the boys and punched one in the face, leaving the two holding Jaune up to freeze.
Sun jumped over the now downed assaulter and kicked the other two in the face "You get the hell off of him!" He shouted, rolling back to his feet.
The three boys were now trapped between two pissed off friends and they were gonna vent their anger.
The boy with the green mohawk tried rushing past Sun, but was kicked back into his original place.
"You fucked with the wrong blonde idiot." Ren smirked evilly. He did not usually act aggressive towards people, but they had crossed the line. Jaune was nothing but kind to him and he was about to repay the favour.
"Hey Ren!" Sun called from the other side of the trapped trio "You thinking what I'm thinking?"
"If it's makes these three pay, then yes." Ren growled.
The three members of CRDL didn't know what to do either way they would get hurt… really hurt.
Ren and Sun both ran towards the group and delivered punches and kicks whenever available.
The three managed to get away when Ren checked up on Jaune "We have to get him out of here!" Ren panicked.
Sun nodded and picked Jaune up and ran back to Pyrrah.
AHHHHHHH NOOOO JAUNEEEEE!
