The next few days were a struggle for Pyrrha. She was too scared to go outside in fear of being called a whore or other insulting names. She was deprived of sleep and had bags under her eyes and her hair was dirty and hung loosely. It was now thursday and Pyrrha had phoned in sick once again, earning her a frown from Jaune.

"Why are you avoiding everyone? What's happening is none of their concern." He asked sadly while buttoning up his shirt "And besides, everyone is worried about you."

Pyrrha raised her head and looked into Jaune's blue orbs "I..I'm sorry Jaune... But I would rather stay at home for a while... Just so I can get my head around the situation."

Jaune kissed her on the cheek and gave her a soft smile "I understand Pyr." He straightened up "Anyway, I have to get to school or I'm gonna get detention." He gave a cheesy grin "Teacher said I'm on my last warning."

Pyrrha chuckled lightly "Okay, have a good day." She shot him one last smile "I love you!"

"I love you more!" The blonde boy called from the front door.

She couldn't help but smile "No you don't." She muttered happily, picking up the remote and flicking through the endless stream of channels. Letting out a sigh, the girls eyes focused on a case that was partially hidden behind the bookshelf "Huh?" She questioned, moving over to the case and picking it up "My... Little Pony?"

Cardin was nervous. For the whole school day he felt like he was being watched, but whenever he tried to spot the mystery stalker, there was nobody. He wasn't usually the superstitious kind, but he was seriously getting freaked out. The boy was so lost in thought he didn't notice the blonde boy in front of him.

"Ah!" He cried as the to boys fell to the floor "What the hell?!" Cardin raised his shaky voice.

"Hey, you bumped into me!" Jaune countered, dusting himself off and then offering a hand to the brunette boy.

Cardin cautiously accepted the boys help "Th..Thanks."

Jaune's narrowed his eyes "Are you okay? I mean, I know we aren't exactly on good terms, but normally you would have insulted me or attempted to hit me by now." The blonde boy explained.

"I'm fine, loser..." He gave a weak attempt at an insult.

"Righttttttt..." Jaune replied "Either way, I guess it was kind of nice speaking to you without arguing for once." He made his way through the courtyard.

"Hey, wait!" Cardin ran after the blonde.

"What's up?"

"Do you...mind doing me a favor?" Cardin frowned 'How could I ask this loser for help!?'

"Umm, sure." Jaune agreed "What do you need help with?"

"Well, I think I am being followed..." He admitted "Do you mind trying to help me find out who it is?"

"I wouldn't be surprised if someone was after you." Jaune shrugged "You are kind of a dick."

Cardin let out a frustrated growl "Fine, I don't need your help."

"I'll help you on one condition." The smaller teen suggested.

The bigger boy eyed the weakling in front of him. Cardin scowled 'Nothing is ever simple!' He glared at the boy "What is it?"

"You have to act nicer to everyone."

"..."

"..."

"Get fucked! How In the fuck am I supposed to even do that?" Cardin exploded into a fit.

"Well you just went five minutes without being an ass to me. Just act like that." Jaune smiled "Deal?" He held his hand out.

Cardin slowly took Jaune's in his and shook it "Deal..."

Ren stood on one side of the sports hall with a bored expression on his face. The rest of the class were excited about being able to play dodgeball, but Ren couldn't care less.

"Okay everyone!" The teacher called out to the class "This game of dodgeball will be a percentage of your final grade, so I want each and everyone of you to try your best." He explained optimistically.

The teacher readied the whistle and the two teams got ready to sprint for a ball that were placed in the middle of them. When a high pitched note rang throughout the hall the teams all ran for a ball, all except a certain raven haired boy who let out a bored yawn.

'Why did I choose this class?' He thought as he spun past a ball flying towards him. He soon found himself effortlessly avoiding the balls that were thrown his way. Ren's eyes met the opposition, Russel Thrush and Dove bronzewing stood against him, each wielding a dodgeball. While the boy was avoiding being hit, he hadn't realised the amount of players that had been eliminated.

While Ren was looking at the eliminated members of each team, Sky Lark threw a ball at the distant teen.

"Lark, you are out!" The teacher yelled, notifying the remaining players.

Ren turned his attention back to the game and saw a blue haired boy with a dodgeball in one of his hands standing next to him.

"You alright dude?" The stranger asked, turning his dark blue eyes onto Ren.

Ren lazily nodded "Sorry."

"Hey man, It's cool." The boy grinned widely "The name is Neptune. Now how about we pass this stupid test?"

Ren smiled lightly at Neptune "Fine." He agreed, accepting the ball from the blue haired boy, who in turn, picked up another one.

"That's more like it!"

Cardin and Jaune walked towards their lockers while discussing plans on how to catch the mystery stalker.

"No, no, no!" Cardin spoke "That is such a dumb idea."

"Well what do you propose we do then?" Jaune answered back.

"Trying to catch someone with a net is a stupid plan! And where would you even get a net from?" Cardin's anger flared.

Jaune put a hand to his chin and looked off thoughtfully into the distance "Fair point..." He replied dejectedly.

The duo soon arrived to Cardin's locker, the boy entered the combination and opened the door. A letter dropped onto the floor.

"Huh?" The duo said in surprise.

Cardin retrieved the envelope and eyed it up. The envelope was white with a pink outline. It had a picture of a cute bunny on with a smile. "Odd... What do you think it is?" Cardin asked obliviously, handing the letter to Jaune.

The blonde took the item and examined it "If I had to guess, I would probably say a love a letter."

"You kidding me?" Cardin snatched it back and pulled the letter out. His face dropping as he read "Why would you hope that?!" Cardin sounded scared "I hope your heart explodes, just as mine has for you."

Jaune facepalmed "Have you never heard of affection? I mean sure, It's worded pretty bad, but still."

"Why would someone have affection for me?" The brunette asked "I'm a dick. It's obviously someone trying to get back at me!"

"Granted, you are a dick." Jaune received a glare "But we've still got to find the person who wrote the letter."

Cardin nodded "It say's they want to meet me after school, behind the gym."

"Good, good." Jaune smiled "Now for the trap." He rubbed his hands together menacingly.

"You do realise, I am glad I was a dick to you." He let out an uncharacteristic laugh.
