"Hey guys- oh um ill just let you to u-uh yeah" Sora stuttered as the just randomly opened Roxas bedroom door with the most shocked look the blond had ever seen. He closed the door on the two in the room as he left.
What he saw was Axel hovering over a almost naked Roxas on the bed with white substances on the red head's face.
Lets go back a few minutes ago to find out what happened here.
Roxas for one, was so sleepy and tired after helping set things up for the next day that he just took his shower and went to bed not bothering to change. He just stayed in his black right yet still comfy boxers. When he woke up his sheets were all over the place. Twisted around themselves on his bed and his right leg. He blinked his droopy eyes open while releasing a small yawn.
His bedroom door opened and slightly slammed shut. Roxas snapped his eyes open as a blond burr ran right on the bed and crawled over him in a giggling fit. "Wasis don't tell Assel I'm in here pwease? Hehe" he pecked his uncles nose and began to crawl down the bed only to under it trying to hide his giggles.
The door again opened relieving Axel with an annoyed, tired, yet playful look on his face. Not only that it seemed he had something white on his face. And if Roxas looked closer he could see the same stuff on his right hand. Roxas was about to ask him 'what the fuck?' But Axel just closed the door behind him and cutting him off. "Ven~ I know your in here. I will find you."
Giggling came from under the bed but Axel pretended he didn't hear exactly where it came from. Instead he poked the messy blankets on Roxas bed not once noticing the way he was barely dressed. "Axel what the-"
"Ah ha!" Axel pounced on the messy blankets pouting when they went flat. "Okay not there. He moved around so he could climb over Roxas but that's right when Sora bursted through the door.
Now back to where we started. Axel and Roxas slowly gazed away from where Sora stood and looked at each other. Roxas face immediately went red as he figured out why Sora reacted the way he did. Axel's hands rested by both his ears while his knees rested by both his slightly exposed hips. They both froze to afraid to move or say anything. Roxas could feel his heart pounding and feel Axel's gaze looking over his body making him feel self-conscious. The sound in the room was that of a giggling Ven crawling from out of the bed taking the distraction to his advantage. He ran to the door and ran right past Sora who was still outside the room.
Sora mouth went agape when he saw the younger blond scurry out of the room. His first thoughts where what the hell. His next thoughts where WHAT THE HELL WAS VEN DOING IN THERE?! While he thought they were doing the do. Sora gulped down his nervous shock from earlier and slammed the door open. Axel sat up and snapped out of his trance looking toward Sora while his knees where still on either side of Roxas hips.
"Okay first question, why was Ventus in here w-when... Axel I-I didn't even know you w-were uh not there is anything wrong with it uh shit." Sora ran a hand through his spikey brown hair.
Axel composing himself got off of Roxas and sat at the edge of the bed facing his brother. Roxas grabbed a pair a pants from the ground and quickly slipped them on facing away from the other too.
"Sora it's not what it looked like." Axel started calmly though he felt nervous as hell. Sora rolled his eyes. "You just have bad timing." Axel rubbed the back of his hand with his right hand getting the remaining white stuff, that wasn't on his face or Roxas pillow, in his hair. "Ah crap." He looked at his hand.
Roxas looked behind him about to laugh at the sight. "What is that stuff?"
Axel sighed, "My mother had Ven help her put whip cream on some of the pies this morning. I ended up asleep on the couch and, lets just say my mother told him to spray my hand while she tickled my nose." He grumbled while the other two in the room started laughing.
Sora was holding his sides taking a few minutes to calm himself. He wiped his eyes and took a deep breath. "But that doesn't explain what I walked in on or why Ventus was in here." Sora crossed his arms.
Roxas turned away feeling the blush sneak its way back to his face. Axel on the other hand rolled his eyes. "I chased Ven. He ran in here under the bed. Instead I looked on Roxas bed and I was going to crawl over him to scare the little guy by appearing on the other side of the bed. Like I said Sora bad timing."
"Oh okay...so your not gay?" That question made both Axel and Roxas freeze. "It's okay of you are Axel." Sora shrugged his shoulders.
"I-I uh...Sora of course I'm gay. How can I not be gay? You all make me so gay." Axel smirked while Sora took a step back.
"U-um wow. Okay but you know I'm taken and in love with your sister right? Hey wait a second!?" Axel laughed at him making both boys very confused.
"I didn't mean happy gay. Ugh Axel you know what I meant." Sora frown at him.
"Fine fine." Axel took a breath. "Yes Sora I'm gay. Both happy gay and the other one. Happy now?" Axel got up from the bed and went to the door. "I gotta go clean up now."
Roxas let out a breath he didn't know he was holding in. He fell back onto his bed with Sora joining him. "That bastard. How come he didn't tell me till now?" Sora asked himself.
Roxas answered him anyway. "Maybe he wasn't ready?"
"Then how come you know?" He pouted and crossed his arms. Roxas shrugged not wanting to tell Sora anything. "Roxas, as your adopted big brother I demand you tell me something."
Roxas laughed lightly. "Yes sir oh great one."
Sora grinned "What do you like more men or women?" Roxas stayed silent as his eye could have popped out of his head with how huge they got. Sora sat up and ruffled his hair. "Thought so, just don't let Axel touch or hurt your or there will be hell to pay. See later tonight Roxas. And remember its okay you can't help who you are or what attracts you." Sora said as he closed the door and left ready to set more things up.
Roxas groaned and let his head fall into his hands. Now that Sora knew would he tell the others? He was still surprised that he didn't know about Axel until just now. He was sure Sora didn't even know about his own brother. Roxas lay back sighing letting everything said run through his mind again. "Sora accepts me, just like Cloud and Tifa." He smiled at the thought and sat up. He slipped a long sleeved shirt on and headed outside.
"Roxas can you help me set the pool area up?" Kairi asked when she noticed the blond walking out of the back house. She was trying to put a table together that was larger than herself.
Roxas nodded his head as he walked over to help her. "Sure. What do you need me to do?" He asked as he picked the table up and kicked its legs out so he could set it down.
"Oh you're strong. Thanks Roxas. Well really there are just two more tables."
"Sure I'll take care of them." Kairi thanked him before going back inside to help with the rest of the last minute decorating. Roxas easily set the tables up. Then a thought came to mind. "Why set the pool area up?"
"We always do. The pool has a heating system to it so before the night ends everyone usually takes a dip." Roxas jumped at the sound of the familiar voice. He turned to see Riku with a hammer in his hands.
"Shit, Riku you scared me." Roxas rubbed the back of his neck feeling slightly embarrassed.
"He tends to do that with the mask he is always wearing. Wait that's your face Riku I'm sorry." Axel pats the sliver hairs man's shoulder earning an eye roll in return.
"I'd win best mask if you lend me your mask and wig." Riku chuckled and Roxas snorted.
"Ouch." Axel said joining the small laughter.
"Rikuuuuu." Sora came out of the sliding door with some sort of sign and some nails. "Come on lets hang this already so we can go buy some candy."
"Fine, as long as you don't eat it all again. I don't think your stomach will appreciate it." Riku poked his friends belly with the back end of his hammer.
Sora huffed and crossed his arms. "That was one time! My tummy trusts me and I trust it that the amount of candy that enters it will stay there and not end up in the back of your car again."
Riku shook his head. "Sure just like on thanksgiving when you ate all the pumpkin and apple pies and they ended up on my shoes? Or when you ate the all the cookies during Christmas and they ended up in my hair? Or on New Years when you got so wasted that-"
"Okay okay I get it geeze!" Sora's face was flushed red. "I promise that this time I will not vomit...on you."
"That's really reassuring." Riku took the items out of Sora's hands and walked away.
"Riku! I'm serious!" Sora called after him chasing him around the house.
Roxas and Axel looked at each other before they both lost it and laughed uncontrollably. "Remind me to stay away from Sora when he eats." Roxas giggled.
"Just make sure he's near Riku and you'll be fine." Axel chuckled and patted his back. "Come on lets go help Kairi in the kitchen."
"Okay everything's ready. Thanks for the help guys." Kairi wiped her forehead with the back of her forearm.
"With all the money you and Sora have, why not just buy all the food premade?" Axel asked while he was at the sink washing his sticky hands.
Kairi put her hands on her hips giving her brother a serious look. "Because it's much more fun to make them."
"Home made always taste better anyway." Roxas added as he cleaned the island in the middle of the kitchen.
"Thank you Roxas. At least someone appreciates hard work." Kairi gave him a hug from behind and a kiss on his flour covered cheek.
"It's a lot easier though." Axel dried his hands off and looked at the mess they made.
"Fine then you don't have to eat." Kairi giggled going to wash the dishes.
"Tell me you're joking?" Axel looked at the back of his sister's head with fear in his green eyes. When she just started to hum instead of answering him he got a bit worried. "Kai you're not serious are you?"
"I thinks she's serious Axel." Roxas walked past him to now help with the dishes earning a thank you from Kairi.
"Roxas why couldn't you be my brother. You're sweet and much more helpful than my real brother. He's lazy and can be a complete ass."
"I'm right here you know." Axel crossed his arms glaring at the two in front of him.
"I don't know Kairi." Roxas shrugged his shoulders.
"Screw you both. I'm going to go see what Sora and Riku are up to."
"Assel said a bad word!" Ventus exclaimed coming out of nowhere.
Roxas stopped what he was doing and picked up his nephew. He brushed a few strands of hair out of his face and nodded. "You're right Ven he did."
"He's on time out now right?" Ven looked at his uncle with hopeful big blue eyes.
Roxas giggled and ruffled the blond spikes on his head. "If it were up to me then yes. But it's up to Kairi."
Ven glanced at Kairi. "Is Assel going on time out?"
Kairi just finished the last of the dishes, wiped her hands dry and turned around to face the three. Axel sighed before she could even say anything knowing she would give into the younger blond. "Fine ill go on time out." He looked down then at Ven with fake sadness. "I'm sorry Ven."
Ven giggled at first but seeing the look on his crush's face made him frown. "No! Assel doesn't need p-punishment!"
"Ven? What's gotten into you?" Roxas looked at his nephew puzzled. He saw the soft cheeks turn pink when he noticed Ven staring at Axel who was staring back wide eyed. "Oh. Never mind then."
"Um I-I've gotta go see what mom's up too." Axel said walking away feeling uneasy.
Ven's lower lip started to tremble and his eyes began to tear up. He sniffled and cried. Roxas sighed and held his nephew shushing him. "Assel hates me!" He cried into his shoulder. Roxas took Ventus out of the kitchen and into the living room. He sat on the couch rocking his nephew in his arms.
"Ven don't be silly. Axel doesn't hate you he just um...he really needed to go help his mom." Roxas bit his lip. He was horrible at this. "Please don't cry Ven he doesn't hate you." Ven continued to cry but a little more silently.
"Ow okay geez Kairi I'm going." Axel stumbled into the room after Kairi ran from the house to force Axel to apologize for making Ventus cry. He sighed and sat next to Roxas. He poked Ven's cheek getting the child's attention. "Hey buddy, I'm sorry I don't mean to make you cry."
"Y-you hate me?" Ven sobbed and hiccuped.
"What? I don't hate you Ven. I would never hate you." Axel took Ven from Roxas' lap and held him.
"Y-you d-don't?" He sniffled and rubbed his eyes.
"Of course not." Axel smiled at him and reached for the tissue box on the side table next to the couch. He wiped the tears off the boy's cheeks and eyes then put it to his nose trying not to make a face when Ven blew his nose. Axel hated having to blow his own nose so having someone else do it while he held the tissue made him sick to his stomach but he would never show it nor would he ever tell the little guy.
Roxas could see Axel tensing up so he took Ventus back on his lap and reached across Axel for a few more soft sheets. "Blow Ven." Roxas said holding the tissue for him. Ventus blew his nose getting everything out. Roxas used the second tissues to wipe his nose before he took the one in Axel's hand and threw them all away in the little trash bin on the other side of the couch.
"I'm sleepy." Ven yawned and laid his head against his uncle's chest. Roxas stood up along with Axel. They left the main house and went to the other house to put Ven to bed.
"Roxas I don't think I'll be able to handle this." Axel said as he laid on his bed.
Roxas looked at him from his spot on the bed tilting his head. "What do you mean?"
Axel rolled onto his stomach and buried his head into his pillow. He groaned and lifted his head. "Ven liking me. It's a lot more difficult than it looks. Like right now I made him cry. What will happen if he sees with someone else then what? I wouldn't know what to do."
"Maybe you should just tell him how you feel? He may be a kid but if he knows now its better. It's only a crush and though I will be upset that you'll hurt him he needs it." Roxas really didn't want to see his nephew crying over someone again. It was just to painful to think his little heart would break at such a young age. But it would be better for him before he actually ends up liking Axel more than he does right now.
"After the party then." Axel said yanking Roxas down to lay beside him. Roxas yelped as he was pulled down. "I'll tell him then." Axel held Roxas in his arms making the teen blush.
"A-Axel what-?" Roxas tried to get out from the older teen's grasp.
"Just let me Rox. Please?" Axel's voice was muffled by his pillow. Roxas reluctantly let himself be held. He turned to his side to make himself more comfortable. If anyone walked in it would look like they were cuddling. Roxas prayed that Sora or Riku didn't randomly come in. "Relax I locked the door." Axel mumbled laying his chin on top of Roxas head.
Roxas blinked his eyes opened and tilted his head back to look out the window. It was sunset which meant he fell asleep next to Axel. He brought his head back in place feeling his numbs legs that hung off the edge of the side of the bed. 'What I get for sleeping the wrong way on a bed' he thought and turned his head to the right spying Axel still asleep. He smiled to himself and slowly sat up taking the red head's arm off of him.
"Hey." Axel yanked him back down holding tight. "To early to get up." He yawn making Roxas laugh.
"It's like 6 right now. I think it's time to get up. Roxas struggled to get free from his capturer. "Come on Axel we have to get up."
Axel grunted letting the blond go. "Fine. I guess it's time to get ready then. See you out there."
A few minutes later and Roxas was dressed in up in dark blue and black ripped pants and shirt. He had a black under shirt while his sleeves were ripped to his elbows. He had an orange mask that Sora gave him. The mask had to little horns or ears on the top with one green eye with a stitched up scar across it. The mouth had the mouth of a monster on a pumpkin. He had white gloves and tiny black bat wings. Sora had begged him to wear it instead of the samurai costume he was going to wear. He wasn't sure why so he shrugged it off. The last thing he did was us black eye shadow to darken his forehead and the area around his eyes.
It actually looked really good. He walked out of his room and down the hall to go get Ventus who was dressed a little like him only his clothes weren't ripped and they had yellow instead of blue. And his mask was more cat looking. "Wasis we look scary!" He took his uncle's gloved had and ran down the stairs to show Axel's mom.
"Rawr." Ven growled making the women jump.
She put a hand to her chest as she noticed the two blond's. she smiled at them and took a breath. "Oh my Ven you scared me."
"Really?" He smiled and then looked behind him. " Wasis she said I'm scary!" He grinned from ear to ear happily.
After that they exited the house and went to the main house. Sora was slipping his last glove on. (Halloween town sora to lazy to describe I also have no imagination XD) "You guys look good." He smiled showing his fangs.
"Why do we all look like this?" Roxas asked spotting Kairi wearing the same thing only pink and a skirt instead of pants. She had a pink bow in her hair instead of a mask. Riku however was wearing a black coat that went to his ankles and a blind fold over his eyes.
"It's the theme." He smiled more.
"I thought there was no theme?" Roxas let go of Ventus hand so he could run off and sit with Riku and Kairi.
"I lied." Sora shrugged. "It was mostly to mess with Kairi." He looked toward his wife who glared at him. "When everyone gets here we'll go out."
"Aren't you a little old to be trick or treating?" Hayner came down stairs dressed like a crappy zombie.
"You're never too old." Sora rolled his eyes and sauntered over to his friends. Leaving Roxas to stand in front of Harnyer.
"You look good. Can't wait to rip that off of you." He whispered so only Roxas could hear him.
"Not even in your dreams." Roxas glared at him.
"Your right because this is reality. You will be mine tonight Roxas, drugged, drunk, or not. Either way I will have you."
Roxas took a step back and bumped into something. That something put a protective arm around his shoulder. "I don't think so. In fact you won't even be near him."
"Pff I was near him this week. That day you all left get the costumes. Roxas came to me and I fucked his brains out." Hayner smirked as he saw both teens tense up.
Axel didn't say anything but he kept his arm around Roxas shoulder. He was pissed but he wasn't going to fall for the brat's trap. "That's nice. But I'm not letting you near him again."
"Roxas are you just going to let him talk for you? Come on what happened to that fire a few weeks ago?"
"Why don't you just-" Axel was cut off.
"Let him fight his own battles dick sucker!" Harnyer barked.
"Harnyer!" Sora yelled making the three look over to them. Kairi had her hands over Ven's innocent ears.
Harnyer turned on his heel and walked down the hall. "I'm going to go pick up Olette." He yelled as he left the house.
Sora sighed. "Kairi why don't you take Ven trick or treating. We'll stay here and wait for everyone." She nodded her head and took Ven's hand leading him outside. Sora looked over to Axel and Roxas. "Both of you we need to seriously talk. Now."
Axel led Roxas toward the other couch and helped him sit down. Roxas glanced at Axel seeing the same costume but red. He also had fake blood on his neck and by his lips. He then gazed hard at his feet feeling frighten. The last time he felt this kind of nervousness was when he came out to his father. He licked his lips once waiting for Sora to speak.
"What do you want talk about Sora? Axel asked the brunette knowing full well what he wanted. He just wanted to hurry up and get Sora to ask.
"What's going on between the three of you? I know you and Hayner hate each other Axel but since you started school things have just gotten worse. And now I see it involves Roxas." Sora sat down annoyed with everything.
"Sora it's really nothing so just don't worry about it." Axel said darkly.
Sora's eye twitched. Riku put his hand on his shoulder to keep him from getting up and start yelling. "We know its not nothing. Axel shut it. Let Roxas speak." Axel shut his mouth.
Roxas trembled and started to stutter. "I-I w-we u-uh"
"Roxas stop, take a deep breath and relax. We aren't here to judge you. We just want to know what's going on." Riku smiled sympathetically.
Roxas nodded and did as he was told. He took a deep breath, inhaling through his nose and slowly exhaling out his mouth. "H-Hayner used to be m-my best friend a-and-" He bit his lower lip his cheeks flushed. "-lover."
Sora's eyes bugged out. He suddenly started laughing making everyone think he went crazy. "I-I haha knew it." He held his sides laughing. "I knew Hayner was seen someone before he got his new girlfriend...oh uh sorry Roxas."
"It's fine. U-h well he dumped me the day I met Axel." Roxas then continued to tell the two in great detail of everything that happened between Hayner and himself. He left out the kiss he shared with Axel and some other things. Roxas looked down and he could tell Sora was livid. Whether it was with him or with Hayner he didn't know. "I-I wasn't going to tell you anything because I didn't think you would believe-"
"Shut up Roxas!" Sora got up from his spot on the couch and grabbed his phone off the table. Roxas felt Axel pull him into a hug. But it wasn't a comfort hug. It was more of a "ill protect you from sora if he tries anything even though I'm pissed at you hug"
Sora took a few deep breaths and dialed a number. "I need you to take of something."
