Sooo I've decided that this story will be in a sort of um saga thing or something. So last chapter was I guess the end of the Hayner Saga and now is the beginning of a new one.

Roxas was looking around the cold white room. He sat on top of the hospital table wearing nothing but uncomfortable gown a nurse told him to put before she left. He shivered a bit from the cool air coming from the a/c that was for some odd reason on. He looked around the room only to see a sink, counter, cabinets, a jar of cotton balls next to a jar of tongue depresses. Next to that to the left was a box of non latex gloves. The blond figured it was for the patents that were allergic to that material.

"How long are you going to make me wait Sora?" Roxas asked to no one as he swung his legs feeling annoyed and bored from how long he had to wait. He had agreed to let the brunette give him an examination today. The nurse took a blood sample at the request of Sora who by the way some how was able to get Roxas' medical file and then some how was able to be his personal doctor. Whatever happened to the blond's original doctor he would never know.

Roxas looked to his left were the wooden door was. It opened slightly enough for him to hear Sora thanking someone as he came into the room backwards. The doctor then turned to face the blond while he held a folder with a happy smile.

"Took you long enough." Roxas sighed and kicked his feet as Sora just rolled his eyes and sat down on the black cushion chair on wheels.

"Hey, it's not my fault your blood tests took awhile. I had them rushed so we could just get it over with." Sora grinned glancing at the opened folder and then at Roxas. "I have good news for you."

"Sorry." He muttered looking down sheepishly. "What's the news?" He looked up to meet equally blue eyes.

"You're clean." Sora's smile just got bigger. Roxas sighed in relief. He was a little worried for a few seconds. Sora continued to speak not letting his friend talk. "Okay now Roxas I just have to check your behind and that should be it."

"I can go see Cloud and Tifa after this right?" Sora nodded. It wasn't visiting hours just yet, but since Sora owned the place he could allow Roxas to do anything he wanted as long as it was legal.

"Right well I'll be right back. The nurse has to be in hear for security and lawsuit reasons." Roxas nodded in understanding. Sora peeked his head out the door calling in a lovely young short haired brunette. She had different color eyes. That was the first thing Roxad noticed when she stood behind Sora who was washing his hands. One eye was green and the other was blue.

"Roxas this is Yuna. She'll be here for so many reasons I don't wanna explain." Sora stated as he slipped some gloves on.

"It's nice to meet you." Yuna said kindly. The only thing Roxas could think of was that she was very beautiful and had such an amazing voice. If he were older and straight he might have wished to take her on a date.

"It's nice to meet you too." He said as the snapping sound of Sora's gloved hand got his attention.

"Okay Roxas I'm going to ask you to stand up and lean over a bit." Roxas did as he was told and thought that maybe it was better if he wasn't straight because this would be so much more embarrassing if he was. To have a pretty girl watch as his doctor stuck his finger up his ass to check for any damage. Yeah that would be perfect.

When the examine was over Sora happily told him he was fine and that he had healed up some old wounds. He also told him that the old wounds weren't that bad. He did have to take some medication for a little bit though. Roxas was fine with that so the two workers left the room, letting him get dressed. As soon as he was done he left the room and went to the elevator on the fall left of the building. He pressed the fourth floor button and rode the machine up. When he reached the floor he stepped off the elevator and walked down the hall.

He then entered the room containing his brother and sister in-law. Riku had them moved to a different room so they could be together and so that he and Namine could keep a better eye on them.

Cloud was the first one that could see when walking into the room unless his curtain was blocking him. To his right and next to the window was Tifa. They both started to look a lot better then the last time Roxas came to visit them.

Roxas sat in a chair between the two with a small smile. "You two should wake up soon. You missed Ventus having a lot of fun. He went trick or treating and got two pillow cases full of candy. But you don't have to worry he only gets to eat any if he helps around the house, after dinner, or if he was a good boy at school."

Roxas shifted in the chair a bit to get more comfortable. "I never got to tell you both that Ven and I are staying with some friends. Two of them work here and one of them actually owns this place. Your doctor is one of my new friends by the way. They are really nice. Sora is like a big brother and Kairi, his wife, is like a big sister.

Axel, you guys remember him? Well he's awesome even though I've been a dick to him. Oh shit. Sorry uh don't worry I'm not speaking like that in front of Ven so you don't have to kill me Tifa." Roxas froze when he glanced at the raven haired women. For just a split second he thought he saw her smile.

"Heh so you can hear me?" He smiled and looked at his lap continuing. "Ventus had a crush on Axel." He lifted his head up and looked at Cloud thinking he heard him move. "But yesterday he got his little heart broken... It's not Axel's fault. It's mine...I told him to do it so Ventus' crush on him wouldn't get to far to the point where he would hurt even more."

He stopped and looked at both comatose patients. He must be losing his mind because it looked like Tifa was sad and Cloud looked like he was going to kill someone. Roxas licked his dry lips and started to talk again. "Ventus kissed a boy yesterday. On the cheek of course. He said it was his way of trying to comfort the kid. The kid ran off after." He said quickly. "He cried when Axel told him he didn't feel the same but Ventus smiled. He said his friend Aqua told him that it would happen and that some other kid likes him.

"I uh...I have a date with Axel next Saturday. I still feel horrible and I hope that Ven didn't think I was stealing him. Maybe I should just tell him no."

"Well that's...dumb...of you." Roxas head snapped up and turned it to stare wide eyed at Tifa who was staring at him back.

"T-Tifa?" He gasped shocked that she was awake. "Y-your a-a-a-wake!"

She smiled at him as he got up and carefully hugged her. "Roxas...don't be...stupid." She struggled to say. "Go...out with...him. Ventus...will be fine."

"Tifa I-"

"I'm so...sleepy..." She mumbled. "Tell...Ven...I love him...and you too... Don't...be stupid." Her eye lids closed as her heart monitor flat lined.

Roxas felt his eyes tear up as he started to scream Tifa's name. "Tifa!? No no Tifa! Wake up Tifa! Tifa!"

"Some one get him out of here!"

"No stop! Let me go!" Roxas struggled against someone as he was dragged to the door. He started to cry as he heard them working on getting Tifa's heart to work again. "Tifa!"

Beep beep beep beep

The blond cried silently as the sound of her heart beating again calmed him. He willingly left the fourth floor and sat out side on a bench with his face in his hands. He was so close to losing her. He didn't know what he would do if she or Cloud ever left them. He sniffled and kept thinking what would happen to Ven if they ever had to leave them. He couldn't take care of him. The law wouldn't allow him to since he wasn't of age. Ventus would most likely be taken away since no one was close enough to take care of him.

He felt a hand on his shoulder and felt the bench move as someone sat next to him. He didn't bother to look up to see who it was. He wanted to be left alone. Roxas felt himself being pulled into a hug by warm strong arms.

"Roxas, it's okay." Axel said as he rubbed his back soothingly. Roxas let himself openly cry as he let the red head hold him. "Sora's called me." He said when Roxas finally stopped crying. "He told me to take you home."

The younger teen nodded and got up with the older male. They walked to the parking lot where the car was parked. Axel helped him the passenger's side while he got in the other side. The drive back was quiet. Roxas fell asleep in the car and Axel just let him. When they arrived home the red head carried the blond into the house, outside, and into the back house. He then carried him to his room cursing when he let one of Roxas' legs hit the door frame. He roamed of to the bed and laid him on it.

He was happy that Ventus had a play date with Terra today because he was sure that Roxas wouldn't be able to fake being happy. Not with what happened just a while ago. He looked like a mess when he saw him but now he looked like he was peaceful. "I promise to make you happy."

"Lay with me?" Roxas groggy voice muttered surprising the other teen.

"Thought you were sleeping." He chuckled and sat on the bed running a hand through blond locks.

"You bumped me against the wall. Did you really think I wouldn't feel that?"

"Sorry about that. Didn't mean too." Axel lay in the bed next to him and stared at the ceiling. "How did it go? With Sora I mean."

Roxas rolled on to his back and sighed. "I'm clean and I'm fine. I just have to take some stupid pills. That's all."

"Glad to here it. Just don't become addicted to the pills." He joked.

Roxas snorted and playfully hit Axel's shoulder. "Like you?"

"Oh I'm addicted to something. It's just not a pill." He smirked as he kept his gaze to the roof.

Roxas rolled back on to his side and poked Axel's cheek. "Oh? And what's that?"

"I don't think I want to tell you." He teased.

"Oh come on. Why the hell not?" Roxas huffed and pouted.

"Because it's more fun for me to see you looking like that." He commented while poking his cheek back. "Mister pouty."

"I'm not pouty." He pouted more making Axel laugh.

"Sure you're not."

"Screw you mister sarcastic." Roxas crossed his arms a little annoyed.

"Hey, hey we haven't even had our first date ye- ow!" Axel chuckled rubbing his sore arm while Roxas looked away with a very obvious blush running across his face.

"Ass hole." The blond mumbled earning another laugh from his temporary bed mate.

"An ass hole that gets to take you out next week." Axel blocked Roxas next attack. "Geeez you're violent. Maybe I shouldn't take yo-"

Roxas shifted so he was straddling Axel's waist and pinning his arms down beside his head. "Do you suddenly like ticking me off or something?" He hissed as he glared at him.

"No not really. I just want to see how far I can go before you bite my head off. Oh and by the way, I really like" he gestured to their position. "This."

Roxas let out a very unmanly squeak as Axel flipped them over. "Bastard! Get off of me you fucking pervert! If I had known I would have... I was right about you."

That made Axel narrow his eyes as he had the blond trapped under him. "God Roxas, don't you know how to joke around? Yes I'm a little bit of a pervert but that's one of the sides I've never let you see until now. Don't you know how to have fun?"

Roxas turned his tomato red face away not wanting to answer. "And may I ask what you were right about?" Axel asked trying not to sound pissed.

Roxas frowned and tried to get free only to fail miserably. "I hate you."

"Gonna answer? I'm not letting up until you do." Axel sat on the blond's hips to lighten the pressure he had on his legs.

"I was right that all you probably wanted from me was my body!" He cried out literally as hot tears ran down his cheeks.

Axel sighed and lighten his hold on his wrists. "Fine. Date canceled..." He said trying to hide the hurt he felt. He got off the blond and sat on the bed for a moment. "I'm sorry."

Roxas slowly sat up and wiped his puffy eyes quickly taking Axel's hand in his. He sniffled and thought about what Tifa told him. "Don't be stupid."

"Excuse me?" Axel asked raising a brow.

"Tifa...she told me not to be stupid...and here I am doing just that. I'm an idiot and I keep pushing you away from me. I'm sorry Axel...I guess I'm just...scared." He bit his lip hoping Axel wouldn't yell at him or leave.

"You're the biggest dummy I've ever met. You know that?" Axel pulled him into a hug. "Roxas I'll never hurt you like he did. I just want to make you happy."

"I know..." He turned so he could hug him back. "I'm sorry Axel I just-"

"Shut up Rox. I know okay. Just promise me something?" Roxas tilted his head up to look into sad green eyes. "Promise me you won't push me away anymore?"

"I promise." He whispered leaning up and kissing Axel stunning him. He pulled back right not letting the red head kiss him back. "What do you have planned anyway?"

Axel peck his forehead letting a smirk reappear. "You'll just have to wait and see.

"You better not make Wasis cry Assel." Ventus threaten the red head as they sat on the couch alone waiting for Roxas to come down stairs. The little blond had his arms crossed as he stared at the older male.

A week had passed and nothing new had happened at school or at the hospital. Tifa was on heavy watch after the accident. Ventus had gotten over Axel and was trying his best to avoid Vanitas at school. The slightly older child was doing the same. Hayner had tried to make Roxas life a living hell at school but other than that nothing really new. It was now the day of a certain date. And Ventus was being very protective of his uncle right now.

Axel gulped as Ventus glared daggers at him. He felt as if he was sitting with the older blond's father instead of his nephew. It was a little weird since Axel knows the child fairly well.

"I promise I won't do anything to make him cry." He said.

"Good. Cuz if you do, then...then uh, Terra Aqua and I will put you on time out." He did his best to sound threatening but only made himself really adorable.

"Ven, stop scaring Axel." Ventus turned his attention to his uncle. Roxas came into the room wearing black jeans and a black shirt with a sky blue paint splatter design randomly on the front. "He might pee his pants." He teased making Ventus giggle and Axel stick his tongue out at them.

"Oh ha ha." Axel stood up mocking a laugh. "You would too if this kid stared at you like he was going to...destroy you." He had to pause to think of a better word than kill. That was a no no word to say in front of the child.

Ventus turned his attention back to Axel and glared at him again trying his best not to giggle. The red head was wearing a black skinny jeans and a dark red button up shirt with the first two buttons undone.

Roxas chuckled and gave his nephew a hug. "I feel so loved." He kissed Ven's head earning a hug back. However Ventus soon turned his glare to Roxas.

"You too Wasis. No making Assel cry or you're on time out too."

Roxas blinked his shocked blue eyes and involuntary gulped. "I-I won't Ven."

Axel laughed. "Careful buddy , Rox might pee himself." Roxas narrowed his eyes at him making him laugh more.

Ventus started to giggle more and gave both men a hug and kiss on the cheek. "Home by 9."

"Ventus is that a little early?" Roxas asked looking at the clock as it read 6:45pm

"Nope. That way you can put me to bed." He happily said looking up at his uncle.

"Tell you what, let us stay out a little longer and you can stay up as late as you want." Axel said ignoring Roxas' protests.

"Okay!" Ventus agreed and ran up stairs not giving his uncle the chance to tell him other wise.

"I'm going to kill you." Roxas said walking out the door.

"You're going to make me cry Rox. I'm sure Ventus said he was going to put you on time out."

Roxas rolled his eyes. "Are you ever going to tell me what we're doing?"

"Nope." Was all Axel said as he led the blond to the front where the car was.

They got in and drove off down the street. Letting the radio fill in the comfortable silents. Axel soon parked the car in front of a family restaurant call Oblivion Burgers and Fries.

Roxas smiled and looked at Axel's knowing grin. "Ventus told me that this was your favorite place to eat out at."

"It is. We all used to come here whenever Tifa or Cloud wanted a break from cooking and just felt like eating out." Axel loved the way Roxas looked at that moment. He looked so peaceful and happy.

The two exited the vehicle and strolled up to the door opening it causing a little bell to go off singling the staff that they had customers.

"Welcome to Oblivion Burgers and Fries. Table for two?" A petit girl with short black hair greeted and asked them.

"Yes uh... Yuffie." Axel replied reading the girl's name tag. She smiled and led them to a booth seating them and handing them their menus.

"Your waitress will be with you shortly." She smiled at them before walking off back to her post.

"Have you ever been here?" Roxas asked the other teen who was looking at his menu.

"Not once." He answered and glanced at the blond's folded menu. "You already know what your getting?"

"Yep." He answered. "It's my favorite burger here. It's like a BLT and hamburger in one only with pepper jack cheese, spicy BBQ sauce, smoked ham, and a fried egg."

"So basically it's a heart attack on a bun?" Axel looked at the drinks they had.

Roxas laughed in agreement. "Pretty much. But I only get it once a year. If I eat it every time I'm pretty sure I'd be dead or something." The two shared a laugh a their waitress approached them. She had black hair tied up with her bangs pushed to the side. She was a grey pale and kinda looked scary.

"Hello, my name is Lulu and I'll be your waitress this evening." She may have looked scary but she sounded really nice. "Can I get your drinks?"

"Actually Lulu I think we're ready to order too." Axel passed her his menu and Roxas did the same.

"I'll have the heart stopper with a coke please." Roxas told her.

"I'll have the same only ill take a pink lemonade." She wrote their orders down and left them. Axel looked at Roxas and chuckled out "What?"

"Nothing." Roxas tried not to laugh.

"Hey pink lemonade is a very manly drink." Axel defended.

"I never said it wasn't." Roxas grinned at him.

"Whatever Rox." Axel smiled at him.

"That was pretty good although I don't think I'd be able to ever eat it ever again. At least not for awhile." Axel said patting his belly.

Roxas hummed in agreement. "Which is while I only eat it once a year."

"Well we should get going. Don't want to miss our movie."

"Dinner and a movie?" Roxas raised a brow at him.

Axel shrugged his shoulders. "What can I say? I like the old school cliche first date." They shared a laugh getting up. "I'm going to go pay."

"Wait, let me pay for myself."

"No can do Roxas, I asked you out. I pay." Roxas sighed in defeat.

"At least let me tip?"

"Fine."

The two payed and where soon back in the car heading for the movie. When they passed the local theater Roxas turned in his seat to question the driver. "What are you doing? The theater's back there."

"We're going out of town to see this movie." Axel said as he turned onto the freeway. "It's only ten minutes away. And I promise you'll love it."

"What are you planing?" Axel never answered him. Instead he focused on driving and making sure he didn't miss his exit. He drove a little further turning left into a line of cars. "Is this-"

"A drive in theater? Yes." Axel glanced at Roxas pale face. "Relax Roxas, we're not going to do anything that you don't want to. Well besides sitting outside in the cold.

"It's not that it's just...the last time I was at a drive in I was on better terms with my father."

Axel frowned and placed a hand on top of the other's hand. "I'm sorry. We can do something else if you want."

Roxas shook his head. "It's fine." He gave a genuine smile. "So what are we going to see? Please tell me it's not some romantic comedy."

Axel chuckled. "Of course not. What kinda man do you think I am?"

"Do you really want me to answer that?" Roxas said cheekily.

"I'm hurt you would say such a thing." He mocked hurt as he drove forward when the line moved. "But really we're here to see the new Thor movie."

"Fuck yes!"

"Knew you'd like that."

A little bit in the middle of the movie Roxas moved closer from his seat on the blanket, Axel set up in front of the car on the ground, to the red head as he shivered from the cool air. They had a radio outside with them. It was turned to the right station for them to hear the movie. They had a half empty bag of pop corn, empty candy boxes and empty cups of soda. They where currently sharing a larger blanket that was wrapped around them to keep warm. "Remind me again why we have to sit outside the car?"

"Part of the experience Roxas. Why are you cold?" Axel asked him looking away from the screen.

"Yeah." He answered moving closer to the older teen.

"Do you want to back in the car?" Roxas said yes so the two teens picked up their trash and threw it away in one of the random trash cans placed a few feet away from them. They folded the blanket up and put it in the back seat. Roxas got in the car and turned the radio on, changing it to the right channel while Axel turned off the mobile radio before joining him.

They sat in silents just watching the movie. Roxas started to space out finding the current scene a little boring. 'Our date is almost over. Am I happy or am I disappointed? I'm both. I'm happy right now. Axel has been really sweet and hasn't done anything to make me uncomfortable. He hasn't even tried to really touch me beside when he tried to comfort me from that memory. Then why am I disappointed?'

"Roxas, I'm going to go get some water. Do you want anything?" Axel tapped the blond's shoulder to get his attention as he asked.

Roxas glanced at him melting at the sight of the red head. Axel looked so beautiful and his eyes showed no other intentions than just being a good date. "Ch-churro."

"Kay, ill be right back. Don't talk to strangers while I'm gone." He winked and got out of the car.

Roxas felt his cheeks heat up. 'It was just a wink. Come on Roxas he was just trying to be funny.' He sighed and tried to focus on the movie again however his concentration was lost when a young couple walked past his window laughing. They where holding hands and most likely on their way to the snack bar.

'Axel... What would it be like if we did that? I know I have some feelings for him and this date is more like a trial. Ugh that sounds so bad even in my head. I don't want to lead him on anymore. I don't want to hurt him anymore. Come on damn it! Figure out your feelings before he comes back.

Axel is nice, sweet, funny, protective, strong, warm, handsome, cuddly..., incredible...Fuck! Snap out of it. He's also an ass hole and...probably the bestest best friend I've ever had... Damn it Roxas there's no such word as bestest.

Okay, I'll just close my eyes and listen to my heart.' The blond closed his blue eyes and took a deep breath to steady his pounding heart. That next moment Axel came back and got in the car trembling. Roxas looked at him wide eyed as he was soaking wet.

"What happened to you?" He asked.

"Damn fuck-tards thought it would be funny to bring water balloons and play pranks." He rubbed the bridge of his nose irritatedly. "They got kicked out before I could do any-" He stopped mid sentence to glance at Roxas who was a giggling fit.

"Y-you should haha see yourself haha." He tried to stop laughing but he just couldn't.

Axel smiled at him glad to see him happy. "You really shouldn't laugh at a wet person sitting next to you in a locked car."

Roxas gasped. "You wouldn't dare."

"Oh I would." The older teen lunged forward locking his arms around the squealing blond. "Gotcha."

"Shit! Axel you're cold! Let me go you human icicle." The blond tried to shove him off.

"Sorry but now you get to know how I feel." He held him blowing on his neck.

"Im sorry I'm sorry. Please let go. You're really cold." Axel reluctantly let him go laughing at the same time.

"Here. I managed to keep this dry or you." Roxas blinked at the thing in Axel's hand. "Don't just stare at it goofball, take it."

"Thanks..." He took a bite when he took his warm treat."Want some?" Axel took a bite saying his thanks. "You should take your clothes off." Roxas said taking another bite.
Axel turned to him with pink cheeks and a raised brow. Roxas quickly realized his mistake. "S-so you don't catch a cold!"

Axel chuckled and took his shirt off reviling his black beater. Roxas looked out the window so he didn't have to watch his date strip off his clothes. To bad for him the window reflected him so he saw Axel shimmy out of his pants. "Could you hand me the blanket?" Roxas did so without looking at him. Once Axel was covered by the blanket he sighed in content. "I'm not completely naked under this thing you know. I still got my beater and boxers on."

Roxas grunted his answer moving closer to his door while looking at the movie again. It was then he noticed that he was somewhat wet now thanks to a certain date. He hesitantly scooted closer to Axel and his big warm blanket. With out any words the blanket was opened up for him to move closer to the red head. Roxas rested his head against Axel's chest as an arm was placed around him. They stayed like that till the movie reached it's climax.

'I know now.' Roxas thought to himself as he shifted to look up at Axel. Said male felt the blue eyes gazing at him so he looked back locking their eyes. Roxas could feel his heart pounding or maybe it was his own heart that was pounding madly.

'What I feel for him.'

Roxas leaned up while Axel leaned down until there lips met in a passionate kiss. All Roxas knew was that, he had never felt this kind of passion with anyone. Not even Hayner, the one he thought he loved. Axel was something different. He could feel it in ever fiber of his being.

'What I feel for this man is.'

They broke apart to catch their breaths. Neither one speaking as they gazed into each other's eyes. Roxas felt Axel pulling him closer as he leaned down again to kiss him sweetly. Roxas kissed back letting Axel know his feelings for him.

'I like Axel.'

I have never seen the second Thor movie because it is sadly not out yet. I want to thank all my readers and everyone that keeps this thing alive. I wanted to say something else about this chapter but...yeah I forgot. Oh well. Over 5k again, im sorry it was so short. im bot joking i reread it looking for mistakes i felt like it was short. if you though it was long then i must be just me. i have to stop reading over 6 or 7k chapters of other stories XD Anyway...Hope you enjoyed.
