Sorry for the wait. Again. I got into Homestuck and it kinda took over half my life. I really hope you like this story!

"Dammit." Raph cursed, staring at the incomprehensible instructions. He sighed, pulling Donnie's laptop over.

April and the turtles finished eating and headed back into the TV room. Leo sat in front of the TV and put on Space Heroes. Figures. It was pretty adorable though. He sat two feet away from the TV and April had to move him back several times since he kept moving back up.
She sat down on the couch, Donnie immediately coming over and sitting on her lap. Mikey started sifting though a shelf of several board games, making a complete mess since he couldn't reach most of them. April sighed, knowing she'd have to clean that up or both Raph and Master Splinter would have her head on a bo-staff.
"I thought Apriw wath a monf." Donnie told her. She smiled some.
"Well, yes, it's that and it's my name." She told him. He nodded. Mikey stumbled over, holding a box.
"Game?" He asked, offering the board. April took it and looked at the name. It was chess. She laughed a little.
"Mikey, this game is too hard." She said. He shook his head, taking the box. He sat it on the ground and started setting up the pieces. She watched, jaw dropped as he set them all up in the right spaces.
"Chess!" He declared happily.
"Damn." April muttered. Donnie stuffed his face into the toy bear in dismay.
"Daam!" Mikey repeated. Donnie shook his head.
"No. Shush. Bad wowds." He announced, his voice muffled. April smiled. She got down on her knees on the other side of the chess board.
"Do you know how to play?" She asked him, raising an eyebrow. He looked at her like it was a stupid question and nodded.
"Smart!" He said, pointing to himself. Donnie lowered the bear from his face and glared at the freckled turtle.
"You're smart too Don." April assured him, turning around and patting his head. He beamed, blushing some.
April and Mikey started playing. She went really easy on him and could tell he just really knew how the pieces moved. He didn't really have a strategy but it was still pretty darn impressive that a 3 year old knew how to play chess.
She let him win.
"Oh darn it!" She declared, snapping her fingers. Mikey looked up at her and grinned, knocking down her king and throwing his hands into the air, "Good game." She patted his head. He smiled at her, getting a small jealous look from Donnie.
"Watashitachiha sensÅ o saisei dekimasu ka?(Can we play war?)" Leo asked, turning around and grabbing a deck of cards.
"English please." She told him. He sighed and nodded.
"Can we pway warw?" He asked again, offering the cards. She took them and started handing them out between them two. Donnie sat down next to April and leaned against her, watching her and Leo play. Mikey jumped up and put in a movie that he actually wanted to watch. It was Hercules. He sang along with all the songs. All of them. All.
Donnie started falling asleep, doing that thing where his eyes would close and his head would start to drop but he'd wake up suddenly and do it all over again. April nearly started breaking out laughing. It was too much. Too cute.
"So I put this into this?" Raph asked himself, pouring two chemicals from test tubes into a beaker. It made a poof and made him jump in surprise and nearly fall over.
"Stupid smart Donnie and his 'easy instructions'." He grumbled, making air quotes angrily. He sighed heavily and kept working on it.
"You wrigged it." Leo defended, crossing his arms. April had won the game of war. Darn it, that wasnt's supposed to happen.
"Sorry." She said, shrugging. Donnie was now asleep and was resting his head in her lap. Leo huffed and stood, turning around and seeing Mikey watching something else besides Space Heroes.
"Hey! You changed it!" He declared, stomping his foot.
"You not watching." Mikey replied, nodding.
"Yes I was!" Leo yelled. Donnie curled into a tighter ball, starting to wake up.
"Shhh!" April told Leo and Mikey. the looked over and nodded, looking back at each other and angrily whispering.
Donnie started mumbling something incoherent, still clearly asleep. April smiled and rubbed his head. It seemed to make him stop and relax. He stuck his thumb in his mouth, gripping the bear tightly with his free arm.
"Aaaalmooooost doooone." Raph said as he poured chemical after chemical into new canisters. Beakers and test tubes were scattered all over the desk. He was on the last part of the instructions.
To put the things in the fridge overnight.
"Done!" He put them away and backed up, throwing his arms in the air in success.
"Praise the lord." He said, happily sighing. He walked back into the TV room. Mikey and Leo ran towards him.
"Whoa whoa whoa, don't touch me, got chemicals all over." He said, taking a step back. They nodded, "Gotta take a shower." He walked down the hallway to the bathroom.
"You guys are gonna be big kids." April told them, smiling.
"Imma big kid!" Leo declared, putting his hands on his hips heroically. April laughed some.
