Summary:Almost 1 year has passed since our heroes' last adventure, full frontal Assault. Ratchet and Clank are well, just doing the usual when not fighting crime, kicking back and relaxing. Until someone, or should I rather say, something, makes Ratchet release all the anger inside of him, which brings the beast that's been laying dormant all these years. Suddenly Bounty Hunters, Old foes, and even the Galactic police will be after Ratchet, will Ratchet realize that he's become part of something bigger than himself, will his feelings get the better of him.

Chapter 3:Decisions

Right After Events of Chapter 2

"Sir,Clank is now in our possession, shall I elimate Ratchet now?"

The voice on the other end responded,"no leave him alone for now,he will be of use later into the plan".

"sir, their appears to be two Blargs laying unconscious here"

"Don't kill them, bring them in,I have a few questions for them"

"affirmative, coming back to H.Q"

The robot then swiftly flew out the area with Clank and the two Blargs in his arms.

7 Hours Later In A Unknown Area
Ratchet woke up to a splash of water on his face only to wake up and find out that every bone in his body was aching along with a splitting headache.A metallic ball at his feet suddenly opened up the moment revealing a Terachnoid.
"Hello Ratchet,my name is ,there is little time so let me explain this quickly,it seems you have been attacked by a very advanced type of robot,which there isn't time to explain either,except the fact that we are hunting them"
Ratchet looked as the small metallic ball released a small earpiece device."what the"
"please refrain from any unwanted language,now you have 2 choices,join us and possibly find your friend,clank" he allowed a small amount to pass
"or" Ratchet said with a confused look
"or go through the hell that follows...alone" Kilk signed "both of these will be hard and filled with uncertainty and I can't promise that you or anyone you care about will not get hurt"
"you have 30 seconds to decide choose and also this message will self-d-"
"I'll join you"Ratchet took the earpiece and stood up
" good, earpiece should start working in 24 hours in which we will be able to communicate with you", a smirk formed on his face, " and oh welcome to S.O.C.T ,that and you better get out of here.
"wh-",suddenly the ball started to beep "oh" Ratchet was then sent hurling into the air,only to come crashing down on the ground seconds later.
Ratchet mumbled angrily ,"so much for resting",He then stood up putting his hand on his back,only to notice a map of some sort that had been released from the metallic ball on the picked it up and read the title.

The map showed it was on Orxon. Shortly after defeating Chairman Drek, efforts had been made to reduce the pollution caused by his factories and proper authorities had been found to manage the planet that had now been divided into 100 core appeared to be in sector 66,which was still a map didn't get any more specific then that but there was writing.
The one who truly seeks the core must have a heart that deep within,seeks good intentions,no matter how evil the outside looks like.
"whatever that means" Ratchet started to walk away olny to remember that he left Aphelion back on Metropolis and he wasn't going to take public transportation again. What was supposed too do now?Suddenly a blue blur in the sky was coming ...toward him!

1 Hour Later At Unknown Location
"Could you describe what you saw " said the shadowy figure
"okay,that Ratchet guy,we had him pinned down but then",The slim blarg swallowed a lump in his throat
"go on "
"He got up,with his eyes going all crazy and took out both of my mates as if they were nothing,and he did it all with that creepy smile on his face" Th e blargs face had fear plastered all over it."I was able to get away though"
"Interesting" The Figure grabbed a bag full of bolts.
"look man" I'm not going back there to find this forbidde-"
The shadowy figure interrupted the blarg, "you have already found what I am looking for,here is your pay" The figure threw the bag of bolts at the blarg who caught blarg had a face full of confusion
"look mate,I Don't know what this is all about,but I not getting involved in any of it" the blarg started walking away,only to suddenly halt,"but there may be someone crazy enough to do it"
Same Time At Iva Industries
"then he took me and my big friend out and I guess our other teammate ran away,now let us go" The robot approached both blargs
"Sir,they both finally confessed,what should I do" the robot said as he put away his telsa claw.
"Do what you did to the last ones,Matrix"
"affirmative"the door to the torture room were closed,helping conceal the screams of pain and fear.
Somewhere in the Bogon Galaxy
"Thugs-4-Less,now under now new management",Thestis,new leader of Thugs-4-Less said as he picked up the ringing phone"
"Intergalactic affairs are going to cost you double" he responded to the other voice on the line."no problem,we will be there in 24 hours or less or the first starship destroyed is free"
Back To Ratchet,In The Solana Galaxy.
Ratchet looked outside the window of the ship sent by S.O.C.T. which had a A.I. named William."Sir,we appear to be approaching Orxon"
"Great", Ratchet said as he realized that he had been sucked into another adventure,which once again had him looking for his friend, Clank. Ratchet looked at the slightly less polluted planet which brought back old was of that faithful day that one of Drek's ships crashed on Veldin around 10 years ago,a smile appeared on his face.
"Sir,we're now entering Orxon's atmosphere", his smile then faded. As the ship approached Sector 66,he could feel something tugging at his mind getting stronger and stronger as they got closer until finally,they landed Sir,the air outside has been deemed breathable,but I highly recommend that you don't go...not without your the suit sent by S.O-.
"Suit?", Ratchet interrupted
"Yes", A metallic hand emerged holding a suit witch looked exactly like the Hyperflux amour he had worn when he had been searching for Clank. Except this one was green and was symbol less except for the metal chest plate that had S.O.C.T stamped on it and a green orb in-between the o and the c.
"with a damage reduction of fifty-five percent, no mobility problems,and a helmet that can be turned on or off and that features a air filtration system"
"I'll take it", Ratchet snatched it and quickly changed, then preceded to jump out the ship landing on the Orxon soil, with the helmet over his head,turning on the looked around,the visor showing the paths previously taken by the S.O.C.T. Suddenly a direction popped into his head.
...east...find me...chosen one

Ratchet started to go east into a cave, unaware of what awaited him.

"follow him" Iva told the two spiderbots closing in on Ratchet "no problem, Mr. Iva, awesome boss-man'" one of the twin spiderbots robotic laughs mixed with chainsaw noises soon followed.

So I wrote this using the school's crappy tablets because I felt bad that you haven't had a new chapter for like 3 months.I also should havea new computer in one to three months.
