"What-wha-KERI," snapped Zoe suddenly, remembering her master plan. "Damn! I didn't think she would do it this early! She is a cold-"

"Alright, we get it," interjected Stella, cutting off Zoe's swear. "Let's find Frank."

"STELLA! ZOE!" shouted Frank, running towards the 2 girls he loved more than anything-except his mother, of course. "Are you OK? Where's the team?"

"They're frozen, who else is OK?" answered Stella.

"Rebbecca, Mark and Minnie, but no one else. All the agencies around the world are calling us in panic-well, their leaders are."

"But WHY?" said Zoe, frustrated. "Why did only the agents freeze up and not their leaders? Why aren't I frozen, or Rebbecca, Mark and Minnie?"

"Chips."

Frank and Zoe looked towards Stella. "What?"

"Each and every agent in every single organisation around the world has a chip inserted into their arm, just in case of capture. This way we can track them, and they can protect any information they may have gathered."

"What about me?" asked Zoe. "Why aren't I frozen?"

"Yeah, I'd like an explanation for that," said Rebbecca, followed by Mark and Minnie.

Stella paused. "Well... Zoe, you haven't got a chip yet, and you three aren't logged onto any security system in the world..."

"This doesn't make any sense," groaned Frank. "I thought the chips were dormant until capture."

"Or you can activate them," said Minnie, realisation dawning over her face. "The Mastermind must have got into the systems, infected our chips and frozen everyone up."

"So I guess it's just us, then," whispered Zoe. She felt very scared and alone. "Us against the entirety of KORPS..."

She was struck by a sudden desire to see Dan. Zoe took off in the direction he was in, the 5 adults following behind her. Tears streamed down her face, and she didn't care if he was frozen. She wanted to see his face, always in a smile or in a frown. Her Mr Practical, with his high and mighty attitude, but really soft once you got to know him. Where was he? Why wasn't he there?

The 5 adults slowed down as they saw the frozen scene before them. Rosa was clearly about to punch a CIA guy, while Dan tried to hold her off. (Guess who it is...) Several other agents were caught in the mix, some trying to keep Dan back, others leaping in to save the guy. Zoe held onto Dan's stationary body, sobbing.

"Come back, I need you," she sobbed. The 5 adults melted into the background to give her some privacy.

"You were always like a big brother to me. These past few months, we've been drifting apart, but I don't want to lose you as a friend as well as a boyfriend. I want you to stay in my life. I know you love Keri... I can see it in your eyes. I don't care. I need you. I love you. I always will, but we weren't meant to be, me having hundreds of sisters, you having this crazy spy life." She wiped her eyes and stood up. "You and Keri cancel each other out. Don't give up on her." She walked away, barely able to hold in the torrent of emotions inside of her.

And although none saw it, a single tear rolled down Dan's cheek, as stuck inside an icy shell, he watched Zoe walk away, screaming at her to come back. No sound left his mouth.

"How is progress of the Washington bomb?" asked Keri.

"Very good," said James stiffly.

Keri dropped her hands from where she was playing with her hair. "You don't have to be so uptight. There is no one else here, dad."

A spike of warmth went through James's icy heart as he smiled down at his adopted daughter. "I know... Im just worried."

"Why?"

"Knowing those meddling agencies, they'll always be up to something," he scowled.

Keri scoffed. "Yeah right. How much longer 'till we can get rid of the vermin?"

"2 hours."

"2 hours too much," she muttered. "Come on, lets drop one already!"

"What about..." said James, peering at the screen, "The military base in... Russia?"

Keri smirked. "That can be the start," she answered. "Drop it."

"Then what?"

"Then we make our demands," she said. "Soon, we will rule the world, and no one, NO ONE, will stop us!" she shouted. She pushed back the thought that Dan was in there somewhere, alone, and frozen...

Minnie sank to the ground. Mark went with her, offering words of comfort and support. Rebbecca and the others just stared at the scene of turmoil and anarchy shown to them on the screen.

"Russia's gone. Who's next?" said Frank, breaking the silence.

"Nobody," said Minnie, standing up. "We're going to stop it."

"How? All the agents are frozen up!"

Minnie grinned. "Your class aren't."
