Synopsis: Abandoned neglected and abused, William Schmidt grew up without the love of his parents and as he grew older he became cold. Years later when the boys in high school he meets Alex Russo, immediately she grows a hatred for him. Will the hatred remain, or will she warm his cold heart and change it for the better?

Alex Russo is back as she and Justin are called back home for a reunion. Soon their dad suddenly goes missing so they must work together to get him back.

When Alex teaches the kids advanced spells in attempt to be "the fun teacher," she must right her wrong and convince the kids to use magic responsibly. Meanwhile, Max spends the weekend with Juliet's parents, and mishaps ensue when he helps to staff The Late Night Bite.

Harper was stuck with Justin. And, Justin was fine. There was nothing inherently wrong with Justin. He just wasn't Alex. That was it. Well, he got on her nerves. Justin refused to believe in the best of Alex, and Harper couldn't understand how someone so smart could miss the obvious. Alex was absolutely incredible.

When Alex becomes unwell, her family and friends do all they can to help her. But when she becomes impatient, Alex decides to take things into her own hands. Secrets are unveiled and relationships are put at risk. But will everything turn out okay in the end? Rewrite of the first in the 'Unexpected' series.

Justin and Alex changed after Puerto Rico. With Alex’s lack of her usual pranks and aggressiveness, they’ve resorted back to when they used to be close, used to need to hang out together. In that, something else entirely moves in.

Justin is the exact opposite of Alex. He can't do anything without thinking through it; she is impulsive in the extreme. Sometimes it annoys her, but very rarely, an occasion comes up that requires Alex to be both impulsive and thought-out, and it's almost always Justin she pulls her claws out for. (Or: Someone steals 13-year-old Justin's hat.)

(Set after the Wizard Competition) Max lost his powers and is desperate to get them back, but what happens when he finds out that the way he chose to get his powers back doesn't go as planned? Now Max must figure out how to fix his mistake before it is too late and tears his family apart. What about the other Russo's? How will they react to all this when they find out?

After the final and before Alex vs Alex, a one-shot focused on Max and dealing with his feelings about losing the Russo Family Wizard Competition. A possible moment I thought we could've been shown but was not, no thanks to Disney. So here is my version of what I think might've happened. (Max-centric/Max-whump).

Young Max is scared of the monsters under his bed, so his big brother Just comforts him and assures him that there is no such thing as monsters. Even though they were wizards, but Max was only a young child.

Justin gets frustrated with Alex's laziness. He makes a bet she can't go 24 hours without her wand. This also happens to be on the same day they are helping Zeke move. In the car things get heated and lines are crossed. Rated M for a reason. Jalex.

Alex attempts to convince herself that having her first kiss with Justin, didn't count. The kiss was for practice, and he was her brother. It couldn't count. Years later, she comes to the realization that none of her kisses since even compare to her kiss with Justin.
