"Isn't this what you wanted to come here for in the first place?"

Rapunzel shook her head as Eugene tried to understand for the hundredth time why she didn't just walk up to Elsa and Anna and say hello. "Look at what they've just been through!" she tried explaining again. "I can understand that they want to talk to the people of Arendelle and assure them that everything's all right."

"Still don't get it," he grumbled, leaning against the wall of the dining hall, which all the villagers were clearing out of. Elsa and Anna, inseparable now, floated around to several people, assuring them that everything was back to normal and apologizing for the mess.

"Rapunzel!"

She started at the sound of her name, and looked to see the two sisters pushing through the crowd and coming toward her. A huge grin spreading over her face in response, Rapunzel met them halfway and was wrapped up in two-way hug. All three pulled away smiling, Anna latching onto Elsa's arm again.

"I'm so glad everything turned out okay," Rapunzel began. "I was so worried, I saw everything that happened out there..."

"Anna saved us all," Elsa said, giving her sister an affectionate nudge with her shoulder.

"Well, seeing as I don't have the magic ice powers, I can't see how I stopped the winter." Anna looked up at Elsa with a smug smile, as if challenging her to prove her wrong.

Elsa shot a competitive glance at her sister and then looked back at Rapunzel, her gaze softening. "But I also couldn't have done it without you. I didn't have anything left in me after they threw me in that cell. I wasn't sure what I was going to do, but then you gave me courage." She smiled. "And not even to mention Prince Eugene saving my life."

Rapunzel reached back and grabbed her husband's hand, pulling him forward to stand beside her.

Elsa bowed her head at Eugene. "Thank you, Prince Eugene." She extended her arm toward him, and he eyed her hand warily.

"Am I going to turn into a block of ice if I touch your hand?"

"Eugene," Rapunzel muttered in exasperation, carefully watching Elsa's facial expression. But, to her surprise, the Queen of Arendelle laughed, as did Anna, who was watching the scene with amusement.

"No, I don't think so."

He shrugged. "Good enough for me, then." They shook hands, and he repeated the gesture with Anna.

By this time, the dining hall was empty. Anna looked around, as if realizing it for the first time, and began to pull away from Elsa. "I have to go now, and...make sure Olaf's all right."

"You mean go find Kristoff." Elsa chuckled as Anna's cheeks turned a faint shade of red.

"Princess Rapunzel, Prince Eugene," Anna said with a curtsy to both of them, and then dashed out of the room. Elsa looked after her with a sad sort of smile, but perked up as she turned back to Rapunzel and Eugene.

"Well, I'm afraid that I'll have to put the kingdom back in order now. Again, I apologize for everything that's happened. My debt to you is greater than I could ever repay, but...if you're staying in Arendelle, I would be honored if you would stay in the castle."

"Oh, but Elsa-"

"Please, I insist. After the past few days, it's the least I could do. Besides, Anna and I would really enjoy your company."

"And I'm sure we would enjoy yours." She tugged on Eugene's hand and looked up at him, giving him a look she knew he could never refuse. "Can we stay for a little longer?"

"Of course." He pressed her hand. "I'll write to your parents and let them know. You go run along and have fun with your cousins."

"Really?" she squeaked, hugging him around the waist and just as quickly pulling away. "Do you mind if I came with you?" she asked as she turned to Elsa.

She sighed with relief. "Not at all. In fact, it would be nice to have someone with me."

"See ya later." Rapunzel reached up to give Eugene a peck on the cheek, and then turned to accompany Elsa.
