Chapter 9 The Furball and The Seeker
Me: I AM SOOOOOO HAPPY! (screams like a Fan girl)
Hei: Shut Up!
Me: Come on! I am just SOOOOO excited because I am going on vacation with my family and we are going to LA for a week! Also my parents have also got an expert birder to guide us around! YAY!
Hei: Really! So you are just going to leave me like this again! (looks pale and is hooked up to a blood bag)
Me: Well no was not thinking about it! But I could MAHAAAAHAA!
Hei: EVIL! I feel really dizzy rig…ht…no…w! (passes out)
Me: Yes he is out!
Mao: That was your goal!
Me: Yes! Now I don't own Darker Than Black.
While Huang was screaming Yin woke up and yelled at Huang to shut up. Then she realized that she was naked so she tried to pull the blankets up to her face. As she did that she felt something wet on her hand again. She brought her hand up to her face and looked down. It looked like blood but from who, then she remembered Hei's little trip to the kitchen. Right then she told Huang to go get bandages and a bag of blood from the store he had of Hei's blood just in case. (Hei got injured so many times that he just had the blood) So Huang rushed out of the room as soon as he was out she closed the door and got dressed as fast as she could.
-Outside the house-
In the shadow of a tree was a girl that was about 16 years old with short gray hair. She has a small birthmark that looked like a rat on her neck, she also had a small crossbow and arrows on her back. "I can see the one we are looking for" she said in her head. "He is in the back of the house with the girl, the other man is in the family room with the cat" she said. But where is the traitor? Well doesn't matter! All I have to do is get to the Black Reaper and get his answer, then get out and tell the boss. But first I have to get this over with she reached into her pocket and pulled out a cheese ball and took a bite of it then she put it back in her pocket. Then she jumped out of the tree and went towards the house. Then she jumped onto the roof were she came face to face with the Masked Killer. "Hello Seeker! I knew you would come here next! Where is your boyfriend?" the Masked Killer said. "Hi traitor AND HE IS NOT MY BOYFRIEND! and I don't know where he is and I don't care" said the Seeker. Well then shall we fight said the Masked Killer. "Yes we shall" said the Seeker. The Seeker got her crossbow ready and shot at the Masked Killer. The Masked Killer changed into a cat and dodged all of her attacks. But in the forest was someone that was not invited to this party. This man had short brownish orange hair and was about the same age as the Seeker but he had long sharp nails.
- Inside the house-
It had been an hour since Yin woke up and was covered in blood. Huang had come in with the bandages and the blood bag and made sure that I was okay. Yin never left Hei side that whole hour except to go to the bathroom. Mao had just come into the room to tell Yin that he had smelled something that smelled like a cat outside. He was going to check it out and told Yin that he would be back and to watch over Hei. Then he ran out of the room, but he was too late.
-Outside the house-
The Seeker and the Masked Killer were on the ground and they were both panting heavily. When all of a sudden the brownish orange haired boy jumped out of the forest and almost hit the girl on the back. But she was too quick and easily dodged his attack. "Oh not you again how did you find me?" said the Seeker. "A little boar told me" said the Fur-ball. "I am going to kill him when I get back" said the Seeker. Fight me now Seeker and he launched at her again. Again she dodged but this time his nails caught her on her face. "You little Fur-ball how dare you!" yelled the Seeker as he ran into the forest. "I will kill you for that!" as she took off for the forest. She left the Masked Killer standing there in the shock of what just happened. Just as she ran off Mao came out of the house and was just as shocked.
-Inside the house-
As this was all going on Hei had woken up because of a fever induced dream. After waking up he then began to throw up and Yin had to call Huang to help him up and get him to the bathroom. Yin held him up and held his hair back and rubbed his back until he stopped. Then Huang helped him back to Yin's room and laid him on the bed. Then Yin pulled the large confortor up to Hei's chin then picked up the small towel on the nightstand and put it in the bowl of cold water that Huang had been nice enough to bring in. Then she put it on his forehead then she asked Huang if he could go check on Mao because he said he was coming right back. Just as she asked that Mao and the Masked Killer walked in. She asked "what happened out there?" All they could say was "that's what I want to know!"
-At the pond at the edge of the forest-
Finally I get you alone you rat said the Fur-ball. "Do you think that was smart you twit" said the Seeker. "Yes because I know I can beat you now!" Just as he said that he launched at her, his nails outstretched. The Seeker started to shoot arrows at the Fur-ball one hit him in the shoulder another in the leg. But he kept going straight for her. "Stay still will you" said the Seeker. Not a chance as he scratched her leg. As he went to turn around an arrow caught his other leg. But he did not care he just kept coming at her. By the end the Fur-ball had an arrow sticking out of his head and he was in the pond. The Seeker on the other hand was bleeding from head to foot. "Well guess I am not going back to that house tonight" said the Seeker. Then she darted away. As she ran away she said "good luck with the next one traitor."
-Outside the house -
"Well she failed now it is my turn." Said a man deep in the forest. Who is this man? Why did the cat show up? And why was the rat so mad?
Me: I will see you Hei! (trying to stuff Mao into a carrier)
Hei: No! Seriously don't leave me like this!
Me: Well what do you want me to do! I want to have fun on my vacation and I don't want to take you! (Finally got Mao into the carrier)
Hei: Plea…se! (Passes out)
Me: I do feel sorry for him but time to have some fun! Bye! (grabs Mao and a suitcase and runs out the door)
