Hello, again! I'm sure you're all pissed on me for taking so long and I'm sorry. This is getting to tiring and I'm planning to end soon, but I'll definitely end the story.

Has everyone read the manga new chapters? I won't spoil it for you, but my faith in Masashi has been restored and I laugh so hard that my brother thinks I'm insane! You gotta love Naruto!

THE WAY IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE

Karin almost jumped to the ceiling when Sasuke called her on a Saturday afternoon. He hadn't called her personal number for a very long time and she had started to fear that he didn't want her anymore. They hadn't seen each other outside the office ever since his ex had been in his house.

On top of the call he didn't ask her to meet in a hotel like the other times, but wanted to come in her place. Sasuke sounded angry, so Karin assumed that he had fought with his ex wife and wanted let out some steam, which was incredibly convenient for her. Lately her plan wasn't quite working.

They had slept together once in his house and a few more times in a hotel, but other than that he had been cold as usual. She was sure that he still had feelings for his ex and he would never show her to his children, so she went to his house one day and almost caught him kissing with the pregnant woman. After that she had not seen him again, but she made sure that the other woman understood her completely.

She kept telling herself that it was a matter of time before Sasuke became finally hers, but she had a bad feeling in her gut. And it became worse when the bell rang and she saw his face when he entered the house.

"So nice to finally see you here, Sasuke-kun!" He didn't want to sit.

"Why didn't you tell me that you talked to Sakura on my phone?" So the woman had finally spoken to him. What else could he possible know? She had to save it cleverly.

"Oh... I forgot. It was really late when she called and I was asleep, I took your phone for mine and picked it up, then she hung up and I went back to sleep." He didn't look convinced.

"That phone was nowhere near the bed, Karin!" Sasuke was slowly losing his patience. "If it was I would have heard the vibrate, I always do. And I would definitely heard you talking."

Her eyes were filled with fake tears. "What do you mean, my love? What are you accusing me of?"

Sasuke's face turned red. "I'm simply asking you why you didn't tell me! Sakura fainted in our office, we found out that she was pregnant and it didn't occur to you that I should know? And on top of that you came into my house and let her see you again!" He was yelling now.

"It was for work..."

"And not an emergency! I never told you to come in my house with work! None of the other secretaries..."

"But I'm not just a secretary!" She ran to him and tried to hug and kiss him, but he pushed her away. "I love you and you love me! You were supposed to live with me, not your ex!"

"I never told you... You knew that this was just... sex!"

Desperation wasn't a good color on her. "But... I'm pregnant!"

Such an obvious lie and suddenly Sasuke wanted to leave. "Karin, you're fired. This is my fault, really. I'll see that you'll get a better job somewhere else..."

"No! You wanted me until that sneaky bitch came to live with you! You did!" Sasuke couldn't stand her anymore.

"This is my wife you're talking about!"

"Ex! Ex-wife! That was her plan! She got pregnant on purpose to lure you back in! Have you forgotten about the model who fucked her brains out? I bet the baby is his and she is lying..."

Sasuke raised his hand but didn't slapped her. Still trembling from anger he stormed out of her house with her running after him and yelling horrible things about Sakura. It was a relief when he got in the car and couldn't hear her anymore. He started the engine and let the wind hit him.

He knew where he had to go.

Neji was on her door holding a bottle of wine and a single rose.

"I don't like flowers!" Tenten was wearing only her white robe and slippers. He put the bottle on her tabled and followed with the rose until she finally took it in her hand and smelled it. "Where did you steal it from?"

"Hinata's garden. Don't tell me you go to sleep so early on Saturday..."

"No, but I don't like wearing clothes in the house."

"Then, please, move in with me!" Tenten laughed and brought him a glass and a wine opener. He opened the bottle and served. He waited until she had the first sip to say: "I mean it."

Her eyes opened wide and the wine run down her chin and stained the white robe. "You're kidding me, Neji!"

"Not at all."

"You want me to move in after two nights we spend together?" It sounded so stupid that even he laughed as he heard it.

"After that morning you left running like mad. I told you everything and you said nothing in return. Naruto has told everyone what happened and they all call me every hour to see if I heard from you. when I say no, they want to take me to trips, shopping, introduce me to girls and talk about my broken heart. I have to tell them something."

Tenten left her glass on the coffee table. "Ok, then. I was madly in love with you in High school. After that night you left me there, I lost all my confidence and I haven't had a serious relationship in my life because of that. Also I was convinced that I was repelling to men and ugly."

Neji felt a little guilty, but he quickly moved on. "And what about now?"

"Now... I think I got used to living alone, Neji. I have no objection to you staying over some nights though."

"That's your best offer? Fuck-buddies?"

"What did you expect?" What did he expect really. Her declaring her undying love, a wedding, some kids? That didn't sound like them at all, but she was the only one he would ever see himself with. Even shopping for toilet paper would be fun with her.

Neji pulled her to him and made her sit on top of him as he sat on the couch. She smelled like lemons and honey and her hair was still dump from the shower. As slowly as he could manage he removed her robe and left her completely naked in his lap.

Tenten ran her fingers through his long hair and placed butterfly kisses all over his face. The tenderness was something none of them was used to. At that point they both knew that they wouldn't be able to go back to the way they lived before, living alone and having random sex with strangers.

They stayed like that for hours and when the night started to fall and the sky turned purple Neji stopped kissing her and carried her to her bed. The last time he had done that she was exhausted with semen dripping out of her and his own knees were trembling, before he ran out of her apartment like crazy. Now he never wanted to leave; he wanted to stay on her bed forever touching her skin dizzy from his arousal.

But she couldn't wait any longer. She rolled him over and came on top of him. "I won't lose to you." She started taking off his clothes one by one, until only his socks were on. The seductive look on her face caused Neji's arousal to start throbbing and rise even higher and stiffer.

The moment he understood what she was going to do to him as huge grin appeared on his face and he placed both hands beneath his head trying to get a better view. Tenten first touched the tip with her fingers and started to tease him running them up and down his shaft until small drops of precum started coming out.

Since he was twelve, every time he looked down there he wished he could see her.

"No, I haven't seen him yet... I'm waiting for him..." Minori was ready to start running, but her Uchiha pride stopped her the last moment. Kakashi would tell her father that she didn't dare face Obito for sure.

"And why don't you ring the bell?" The girl turned and looked at the door so terrified that Kakashi almost expected to see a monster coming out.

"I didn't want anything... I'm going to leave now..." She wasn't ready. She had no idea what to say to him. When she thought she was in love with James White she never had to say it; that stupid man did all the talking. Now Obito had told her how he felt and it was her turn to say it. He was sure that she didn't love him back.

"Minori, is something wrong?" She was lucky that the door opened and she didn't have to answer, but unlucky that Anko appeared, saw her and yelled 'Obito, Minori is on the door!' She almost turned around and ran away, but Kakashi was in her way.

"You're late." Anko said to Kakashi with both her hands on her waist.

"...There was an old lady..."

"Liar! Come in right now. "Minori, are you going to stay for dinner?"

"No, she is just passing by." Obito finally came to the door fully dressed to go out and closed it in his mother's face. Then he turned to his friend and casually asked 'What are you doing here?'

Minori wasn't sure if voice would come out of her mouth. "I... wanted to talk to you..." Obito seemed confident and calm but in reality he was even more embarrassed than her. He had told her that he was jealous of her boyfriend and she hadn't said anything back.

"What about? I'm already late."

"Where are you going?" She would be happy if she didn't get the chance to talk to him at the end.

"Mariya asked me to a party downtown. All the cheerleaders are going to be there and you know how much I love cheerleaders!" As if nothing had changed.

"Ok, I don't want to keep you." She turned around and left on foot, walking as quickly as possible so that he wouldn't see that her eyes were wet.

Obito run after her. "Do you want me to take you home.

"No, go to your party." The wind dried up Minori's tears and he didn't see anything, but he knew her well enough to understand that she was angry. And now he was angry. She didn't have any right to be mad at him. She was the one who started all this shit with the fake boyfriend and she was the one who didn't return his feelings.

He grabbed her arm to turn her around to face him. "Why the hell are you acting like this is my fault?"

"I'm sorry! Please, don't keep the cheerleaders waiting!"

"Hey, I can go out and sleep around as much as I want! Nothing changed!"

Minori pulled her arm back. "Nothing changed? You said you... liked me!"

"And you didn't say anything back." He was so embarrassed that his face was crimson red and he wanted to run away.

"I SAID IT BUT YOU WERE GONE!"

The tears that she was holding all that time finally escaped and ran down her cheeks. Obito had frozen in the middle of the street and kept looking at her as she silently cried. Minori wanted so much to run away but she didn't have the strength to get away from him.

"...what did you say?" Minori panicked and turned around.

"It doesn't matter. You can go now." Obito came closer and stood right behind her.

"It matters to me." She hadn't realized that he was so close and when she turned to look at him her face was a few inches away from his. He couldn't help but think that she looked even more beautiful with her eyes wet and red like that.

"I..." He didn't need to hear it. He could see it in her eyes and it was enough. He put his arm around her waist and pulled her closer. The tears dried as Minori opened her eyes wide realising what was going to closed his eyes and leaned until his lips touched hers and he kissed her softly but deeply. And she finally saw fireworks.

When Sasuke arrived at the house Sakura was in her bedroom pretending to be asleep. Yet she couldn't even keep her eyes closed as she was wondering what had happened between him and the red-head woman. He had left angry without saying anything to Sakura and it had taken him hours to return. In her mind she could see them on a bed somewhere naked and those images kept her awake.

"I can tell that you're not asleep. I've been sleeping next to you my entire life."

He stood next to her door and looked calm. She quit her acting and sat up on the bed. "Did you have a good time?"

"No, but I'm about to."

"What...?"

"I'm getting back together with you."
