"Tell me." Ginny commanded.

"It was Lavender and me."

"It was you guys!" Ginny gasped and looked around for Lavender.

Lavender was about to get up and run out of the Great Hall but was stopped by Ginny with a simple flick of her wand. Theo stood up and went over to Ginny and Parvati.

"Tell me all about what you two did." Ginny asked.

"Well, it was Lav's idea actually. We were on the train in our own compartment while sitting and chatting. We were discussing the main school gossip while she suddenly brought up the discussion about the cutest couple in school. We kept on discussing about it. Suddenly, Lav said that you and Theodore Nott would make a great couple. But you wouldn't ever put aside your differences and get together, so we thought we could help. So we decided to put your lipstick in Nott's bag. We also took Nott's deodorant, thinking it might come in handy if the Lipstick didn't help. It did come in handy. We figured you guys would fight and not even talk to each other so we put the deodorant to use. We sent it to your room early morning by owl." Parvati concluded.

By now, Ginny and Theo were fuming with anger.

"How did you take my lipstick and place it in Nott's bag? And how did you take his deodorant?"

"Well, it's easy." Parvati said. "We talked Peeves into doing it while the luggage was brought up to our rooms."

"So that's why you two were laughing and giggling so hard when I was searching for my lipstick?" Ginny asked.

"Yeah."

"Parvati what have you done!" Lavender exclaimed.

Suddenly, the effects of the Truth Potion began to wear off.

Parvati blinked a few times, and then gasped in horror realizing what she had done.

"I will teach you both a good lesson." Ginny threatened and turned towards Hermione.

"Oppugno, was it?" she asked.

Hermione looked puzzled. Then she realized that Ginny was asking about the spell that she had used on Ron in their fifth year. She had loved Ron in that way once, but had soon let go of her feelings as they did not feel real.

"Yeah." Hermione said in reply to Ginny.

Ginny turned to Parvati and Lavender with a grinning face.

"Wait!" Theo said.

"What?" Ginny asked.

"Let's do it together."

"Sure. Shall we go for lizards?"

"Perfect."

Hermione couldn't stop giggling. Ron looked red faced but he was also grinning at the same time. Harry smiled widely. Malfoy, Pansy and Blaise were looking puzzled.

"What's this curse Granger?" Malfoy asked Hermione.

"The Oppugno Jinx is a spell that directs an object or an individual to attack the victim. I used it on Ron in fifth-year." She replied.

"So these two are going to make lizards fly at the Gossip Queens?"

"Exactly."

Ginny and Theo smirked and said,

"Oppugno!"

Parvati and Lavender stood stock still, horror written on their faces.

Suddenly, there came innumerable lizards flying from nowhere. They stuck on Lavender and Parvati's faces. The two girls squealed and ran out of the Great Hall with the lizards still on them.

"That should put them in their place." Ginny said and went back to her seat.

Theo did the same.

The rest of the students laughed and continued their normal chatter.

"Remind me never to get on the bad side of your wand Weaselette." Malfoy said.

Ginny simply smiled at him and turned to Daphne.

"Greengrass!"

"Yes?" Daphne asked, puzzled as to why Ginny was calling her.

"Do you have feelings for Nott?"

"WHAT?"

"Do you have feelings for Nott?"

"I.. Well.. I…" Daphne hesitated.

"If you do, then please don't let this incident affect your feelings in any way. It was just those two fools who did everything."

"Um…" Daphne said.

"Come on!" Pansy urged. "Admit it!"

"Yeah." Blaise said. "Say it!"

"Just spit it out." Malfoy said.

"OK! Yes. I like you a lot Theo. I really do."

"Yes!" Theo cried.

The Slytherins, Ginny, Hermione, Harry and Ron all smiled happily.

"Thank you." Theo said softly to Ginny.

"What did I do? I just didn't want this to affect your relationship in any way. That's all."

"Friends?" Theo asked.

"Sure." Ginny said and they shook hands.

This was the beginning of the friendship between all of them.

After breakfast, Dumbledore stood up and began to speak.

"Now what?" Malfoy said. "Do we have to share beds with Gryffindor girls?"

"Malfoy!" Hermione put her hand over her mouth.

"What?"

"How can you even think like that?"

"Oh come on. I know you wouldn't mind sharing a bed with me."

"Keep your big mouth shut Malfoy."

"Sure. And for your information, I don't have a big mouth. My mouth is made with perfect features, which is why you enjoyed kissing me so much."

"Shut up."

"Fine."

Dumbledore spoke, "I request Mr. Nott and Miss. Weasley to come to my office. The rest of you may go to your classes."

Ginny was afraid. Dumbledore was going to punish them for using the Oppungo Jinx on Parvati and Lavender. "Oh no!" Ginny thought.

Theo, on the other hand was very relaxed. "Take care!" Daphne said to him as he nodded and gave her a long kiss.

"Oi!" Malfoy called.

"What?" Theo asked, breaking away from the kiss.

"Nothing."

"What is it Draco?" Daphne asked.

"Nothing."

"Tell me."

"Just wanted to give you guys a piece of advice."

Harry groaned. "Not another one of his advices!"

"What is it?" Theo asked.

"You two should really get a room."

"Thank you for your advice Draco, but rooms are not so easily available everywhere. So I think I shall do what you did and pull Daphne into a broom cupboard." Theo winked at Draco and walked away.

"Come back Nott!" Hermione yelled. "I'll make you pay for this."

"Want to try what he said Granger?" Malfoy asked, displaying his Malfoy smirk.

"Shut up and get lost." Hermione said, blushing slightly.

"Shall we get lost together?"

Hermione sighed and stood up to leave. The rest of their friends were watching the interaction between the Head students with interest.

Theo and Ginny walked to Dumbledore's office. Ginny knocked at the door. "Come in!" Dumbledore's voice said.

"Please sit down both of you." he said.

Ginny and Theo sat down.

" and were not responsible for the exchange of your possessions."

"But…" Ginny said. "Parvati herself told me when she was under the influence of Veritaserum."

"Yeah." Theo agreed.

"She was under a spell not to reveal anything, no matter what happens."

Ginny and Theo looked at their Headmaster, shocked.

"But Veritaserum…." Theo trailed off.

"No Truth Potion can break the spell."

"Who did it then?"

"It was me."

"You!" Ginny cried. "I never expected this."

"Yeah." Theo agreed. "I never thought you would do this Professor."

"There is a reason, ."

"What is it?"

"I did it to promote inter-house unity between Gryffindors and Slytherins."

"You're insane." Theo declared.

"Language Nott!" Ginny scolded.

"But," she continued. "Why us?"

"I had to choose any two students, and you two are the ones who fight the most."

"Draco and Granger are the ones that fight the most. You should have chosen them." Theo remarked.

"If I had chosen them, then Hogwarts would have been in ruins by now. Both are intelligent, witty and smart. They would have finished Hogwarts in no time."

Ginny and Theo nodded, agreeing.

"We received a note from the Ministry," Dumbledore continued. "They have discovered a prophecy."

"What kind of prophecy?" Ginny asked.

"Well, they have not yet fully cleared it, but they have gotten the first part."

"What does the first part say?" Theo asked.

"It says that two students from the two most powerful houses are destined to be together."

"Then," Ginny mused. "The two most powerful houses are Gryffindor and Slytherin of course."

"Yes. We still do not know anything about the two students destined to be together. But we at least need some unity between the two houses. That is why I had to do this. I am extremely sorry both of you, but I had no choice."

"Oh.." Theo said. "It's okay Professor."

"It's fine." Ginny said.

Ginny and Theo left Dumbledore's office wondering about the students destined to be together.
