AN: happy Sunday!

It the front door hissed shut with a quiet snap.

"You're home early, how was the course?"

Jaina sauntered into the galley, hoisting a bag onto the counter as she passed.

"It was a complete waste of time. It was billed as a detailed overview for rebuilding navcomm systems in small one man vessels."

Leia nodded. Her daughter had been strangely excited over the event for the last week or so. Han leaned against the counter and pulled Jaina against him in a quick hug before releasing her back in her quest for caf.

"But," she continued handing an air cake to her father as she rummaged through the cooling unit. "It was actually a marketing ploy to sucker brainless nerds into buying high carbon tool sets."

"What's in the bag, Sweetheart?" Han asked smiling slowly as he watched her retreat from the galley.

She paused and grabbed the discarded purchase again.

"I don't want to talk about it." she muttered.

Leia laughed and swiped Han's aircake from his grasp. Jaina's voice called louder from down the hall. "But it's not a brain, I can tell you that!"
