Chapter fifteen black gold part one where are they
Chris wakes up on the floor of his old family home in a cold sweat after having the same nightmare. That all his freinds have been killed by the dark master and the power rangers fail the earth being raveged by the alliance. He stands up holding his still cracked ribs the medicine his brother gave him two weeks ago having healed most of the wounds inflicted by zedd and his future self but his ribs need to heal on there own. He turns on the TV seeing the rangers on the news again having just defeated another one of the dark masters monsters and he smiles to himself sadly being allmost useless since his capture and his delta morpher being in the dark masters hands the evil mastermind using it for who know what. He walks over to his communicator on the table bringing it to his mouth.
"Hey selphitia do you read me" he says
"Yes Chris I'm here" he hears in reply
" I need you to teleport me to the hall of Heros"
"I'm sorry Chris but I can't do that you heard Dana you need to rest"
"I need to help my freinds teleport me there now" he says his anger boiling before a gold beam of light engulfs him transporting him to the hall "thank you"
"Now what has you so worked up you wanted to be brought here" she asks
"My morpher need to get it back"
"Your brother has been trying"
"And he hadent been heard from in over a week. I can only assume he's dead" Chris says as the alarm blares. "What now" he says bringing up a computer screen to the docks seeing a warrior in a brown hooded cloak. " bret but whys that setting off the alarm"
"Brother I know you can see me I have what your looking for and I also have eleven more and your freinds" he says from beneath his hood "if you want any of them back come to where it began for us" he says before vanishing
Chris picks up a bag walking over to all his old power suits and summoning the morphers placing them in the bag. "Chris what are you doing" selphitia asks
"I'm going to fight my brother he has my delta powers" he says. " but only one of these arnt gonna be enough to take on the delta powers but hopefully 11 will be" he says closing the bag walking to the computer putting in the coordinates for eltar. " set a search of earth and eltar for the others incase I don't make it back if you find them tell them thank you and tell tori I love her." Selphitia nods as Chris presses a button and is sent to a jungle on eltar to find bret standing before him
"So you've come brother are you ready to die".he says turning to him
" where are they bret" Chris says dropping the bag
"Safe for now and your search won't find them if you defeat me I'll give them and there morphers back" he says dropping his hood and takeing out his swords throwing one to Chris. Now I will show you zordon was wrong all those years ago choosing you". He says jumping into the air bringing his sword at his brothers head
Thirteen years ago
Two young boys are in the jungle with the Eltarian high council around them as they fight the ten year old bret brings his left leg around at chis who brings his arm up blocking it before backfliping away. The future gold ranger charges at his brother the knuckles on his right hand connecting with his left cheek knocking the boy back. Chris follows up with a tornado kick for bret to grab his foot and spin him slamming him into a tree. the future hero gets up ready to keep going as a voice tells them to stop
Present
Chris brings his sword up to block brets attack a searing pain shooting through his ribs from the force of his brothers blow. The gold ranger kicks bret in the stomach knocking him back and runs at him on the offensive bringing his blade down on his head to have it blocked. Chris spins away raising the sword above his head before throwing it at his brother catching his cloak pinning him to a tree
Bret jus laugh pulling himself free " that wasent bad for a warm up you ready for the real fight". He says throwing the other sword into the ground
" I thought you'd never ask"Chris says his first morpher ready "it's morphin time"he calls "zeo ranger six white" he says. His body is coverd in a white light when it vanishes his in his white zeo power suit with a black neckline and a Dimond top visor he stands ready
Bret smiles twisting his wrist Chris' gold delta morpher appearing "dark delta ranger power up black gold" he says as the armour Chris has grown used to on himself appears but changed being more black than gold with gold trims around his boots visor and gloves. "What do you think Chris do I look good" he says
"Don't get used to it those powers will be Mine again before the days out" he says running at his brother jumping over his head aiming a punch at him to have it blocked.
"I no all your moves bro"bret says bringing his other hand up to hit Chris but the white ranger blocks it
"And I know all yours" he says jumping back
