Chapter 16 black gold part two the battle of two brothers
Chris stands in his fighting stance still in his white zeo suit. Bret smiles beneath his helmet "let's stop pissing around bro and end this quickly huh" he says.

The pair run at each other and as chris staff collides with brets sword sparks fly. As they clash through the jungle chris brings the bottom of the staff up aiming at brets legs. Bret jumps I to the air to dodge the attack before bringing the Phoenix saber down at his brother who raises his staff to block it. With the force of an explosion the brothers are sent backwards chris gets up seeing his staff snapped in two by the sword and the Phoenix saber isent scratched. Clutching both peices in his hands he runs at bret and starts attacking with both halves.
Bret smiles to himself as he effortlessly blocks the attacks comeing from his twin. The evil warrior lifts his blade knocking the two halves of the staff away before bringing the blade down across chris' body resulting in sparks as chris slams into a tree and demorphs.
"Come on chris you can't beat me with the delta powers and you know it just give up." Bret says turning away from him.
"Wrong again"chris says strapping his next morpher to his wrist "shift into turbo sand storm turbo power." He says as his gold turbo suit appears on his body the suit matching the old turbo ranger suits accept the helmet which was made to resemble a motor cycles windshield. "Storm sword" he says as a gold hilted sword appears in his hand.

Chris runs at bret kicking him in the head causing him to stumble. Before spinning around hitting him across the back with his sword. As the other twin stumbles forward chris jumps over him landing Infront of him bringing his knee up into his chin sending the evil ranger onto his back.
"Maybe I won't need the rest of my powers after all" he says turning around.
"Wrong again chris" bret says throwing his sword at the other ranger hitting him square in the back.
Chris falls forward demorphing and struggles back to his feet grabbing his next morpher "I'm not down yet"
"How much more of this can you take chris two morphs and your exhausted. What hope do you have in ever defeating me I don't want to kill you. "

Bret smiles "keep fighting and you will never find out only one of us will leave this place"
"Then I better make sure it's me" chris says. "Let's rock it" he calls punching the morphing code into his astro morpher. His body changing into a green astro ranger uniform underneath the helmet chris winces in pain."he's right I can't keep fighting forever selphitia hurry" he thinks to himself
Back in the hall of heros selphitia is working frantically at the computers trying to find the others.

She turns seeing billy standing there with someone behind him the person streps out and selphitia nods. "Yes my freinds I do"
On eltar chris struggles back to his feet again after being taken down by bret again his green power suit flickering. He looks down at his wrist and sees his morpher has been dameged and sighs ripping it off his wrist. "Come on bret any chance I can get a break over here"
His brother just smiles beneath his helmet. "No now get your next morpher and get ready to fight"
"If you want me dead why are you letting me morph" chris asks opening his bag and grabbing his galexy morpher seeing three vials of purple liquid. "The potion to heal me why has he given me this" he thinks before drinking one his strength instantly returning.
"Because chris to destroy a man is easy but destroying the power behind the man will destroy something a lot stronger. It will destroy his spirt" bret says
Chris nods standing up "Go galactic" he calls a white lost galexy suit appearing over his body
He pulls out his quasar saber and stand ready for his brother his strength now back to full and feeling revitalised
In the hall of Heros billy and selphitia are working away at two different computers and a small droid is working at another the light reflecting off his gold head
"I think I have them" the droid calls out happily.
"Well done alpha" billy says walking over to the robot placing his arm around his shoulders. "There on mercury there safe now while the suns down but in two hours they'll be ash. And that's not the only problem there's an army guarding them. Get all the old rangers were going to mercury "he says
Alpha nods and sends out the message. Back with the twins chris is running circles around his brother his energy having been completely repenished the white clad warrior jumps into the air bringing his sword down slicing brets back. The evil ranger turns around
"Ok that's enough" he says charging up his energy into his sword "delta slash" he calls sending a gold beam of energy at his brother
Chris jumps into the air dodgeing the beam and presses a button on his morpher overloading it with power removing it from his wrist and throwing it at bret . The gold warrior kicks it away as it explodes and through the smoke chris jumps back at him as the black light speed ranger . Slicing at him with his v staff breaking through his defence causing bret to fly through the air landing in his face in the dirt.
"Come on bret I'm not even breaking a sweat here" he says his v lancer Resting on his shoulder. "At least five me a challenge"
As he says this a beam of pure energy is shot for where bret is lay hitting chris square in the chest causing him to demorphing in the air landing on the ground near his bag on one knee.
"Wild access sly snake" he says appearing in a green wild force unifom charging at bret aiming a tornado kick at his head to receive a miss and a punch in the gut for his effort and the green ranger flys back and lands on his feet he sighs." What does it take to beat you" he says
"A better man than you"bret says with a laugh before running at him ripping his growl phone away from him and his bag causing him to demorph. "I'm tired with this it's time for the main event" bret says throwing chris another vial and his original morpher. "Let's take this back to the beginning shall we" he says throwing the bag into the air and destroying it with an energy beam.
Chris looks down at his hands before drinking the vial in one gulp "yeah let's" he says before a beam teleports bret away "get back here you son of a bitch" chris shouts
On mercury the other ranger teams and selphitia teleport into the oxygen bubble that stretches miles out from where there freinds are and look over a hill careful not to be seen
"There down there" Jason says "let's go" he says as selphitia walks towards the small army alone
"Ahh look who it is" goldar snarls "one ranger against an army what chance do you think you stand"
Selphitia smiles "who said I was one ranger" she says as the others come up over the hill all morphed and ready to fight "I have my own at and there ready to fight. Power of delta platinum ranger " she says morphing
In the dark masters base bret storms into the throne room "why did you pull me away" he asks
The dark master chuckles " because there ready" he says darkly as bret smiles
