A/N: I usually don't post here but just wanted to say this chapter is an edited version of the old one. There aren't any major differences at all from the old version of this chapter. I just fixed up some grammatical errors and changed around some paragraphs to flow better. With that being said, enjoy!

Eva pushed her hair out of her face as she tried to regulate her breathing. Her body glistened with sweat and her muscles ached with a kind of pleasurable pain that could only come from rocking someone's world.

"Shit." Dean breathed out, a laugh at the end of his word. "Fuck. That was amazing."

"I know." Eva said, looking over at him. He looked worn out, tired and lazy. In other words, Eva Marie had made a man out of him. As she usually did with anyone who was lucky enough to tango under the bed sheets with the feisty redhead. Some names in the WWE could vouch for her, Fandango and Randy Orton being two of those names. Those were for fun, though. They were drunken decisions that Eva had made just to have something entertaining, and smoking hot, to do. This one was different. This one was for reward, success…for work. Yeah, it was mildly enjoyable, if one could get pass Dean's, for lack of better words, trailer trash appeal but Eva Marie wasn't focusing on her own pleasures tonight. She set her focus on his. This fucking wasn't for her, at least not in the physical sense, but to make sure her alliance with Dean was locked down.

And the poor guy thinks I actually like him. I almost feel bad. Eva sat up, the blanket sliding off her body, as she slid a hand through her hair. "You want anything to drink?" She asked, looking over at Dean. A smirk grew on her face as she noted that he still looked like he couldn't believe what had happened to him.

"Yeah." He finally answered. "Bring me whatever. Just make sure it has alcohol…I'm fucking needin' it."

"All I have is alcohol." She commented, reaching over to her bedside table and waving around the half empty wine bottle she had brought into the room earlier to solidify the mood.

"I forgot that was there…" Dean sat up himself, reaching a hand out for the glass of wine Eva was now offering him. Eva hadn't ever considered Dean a wine type of guy. But, he was an alcohol kind of guy. If it could get him drunk he would drink it; and wine fell into that category. He didn't care if the alcohol was expensive either. Which was great for her. She'd hate to waste her expensive stuff on him of all people.

She slowly swished the glass around, watching as the deep red of the wine threatened to spill out from the top. She silently mused about the redness of the drink, she really was all red everything. What could she say? Redder was better. Red was the color of blood. It was the color of power.

She brought the glass to her lips, sipping the delectable liquid before looking over at Dean. Her mouth opened to say something when a familiar country tune filled up the room. Dean placed the glass down on the nightstand, nearly toppling it over, before fishing for his cell phone.

"Yo…What's it to ya?..." Dean chuckled. "You know what I'm doing, Ro. I'm doing the same thing you were doing before calling me…. Ha. Ha. Very fucking funny….yeah, yeah I know….Yeah I'll head over to you guys soon…alright see you, Uce."

"Was that Roman?" Eva asked, her interest piquing. She had been trying to think up of a way to talk about The Shield. Or more importantly, to talk about Kaitlyn.

"Yeah."

"What did he want?"

Dean picked up his glass, taking another sip of his drink. His face distorted but he didn't complain of any distaste. "Just wanted to train up together. Seth wants to talk to all of us too apparently. It's probably some new move shit he wants us to try."

"Is Kaitlyn going to be there with you guys?" She asked.

Dean nodded. "Yeah. We are a stable, you know." Dean took another sip of the drink before placing it down on the night table, clearly deciding that 'just alcohol' wasn't enough anymore. "Roman doesn't want to leave Kaitlyn alone either. Scared someone will try to attack her again."

"So…he's keeping an eye on her?"

"Yeah. We all are."

Eva didn't like the sound of that. She had expected Roman to be protective, but had foolishly forgotten that Seth and Dean cared a lot about her too. Even after Dean had allowed Eva to basically call her a 'bitch' a few times before. Eva couldn't understand why they would care so much, even less as to why someone would go out with her, but she needed to keep track of this. She needed more information on this too.

"Do you guys have like, some plan or something to get this person?" Eva asked, cursing herself at how nervous she sounded . Dean didn't seem to notice though, as he simply started to get dressed.

"Yeah."

"What is it?"

"You'll know when we catch them." Dean answered.

Eva's eyebrows furrowed. Was he not going to tell her? "What? Why can't you just tell me now?"

"I never give plans away, sweetheart. Never know whose listening!" He looked around the room with exaggeration, clearly trying to make some sort of joke that Eva did not find funny right now.

"Do you not trust me?" She stood up now, placing her hands on her hips.

"Hey hey hey!" Dean held his hands up in defense as his eyes shamelessly raked down her naked body. "It's not that. It's just a thing we have, alright? Don't tell anyone our plans no matter who they are."

Eva stepped forward. She needed to find some way to get this plan out of him; she needed to know what it was now. "Even if the person is your hot girlfriend?" She purred, pressing her body with his now fully clothed one.

Dean's hands landed on her bare waist, his thumbs rubbing her sides. "Sorry."

Eva sighed, pushing herself off of him. Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck! Of course Dean was going to be hardheaded about this! Sometimes she wondered why in the blue hell she kept this lowlife around. I should've gone after Seth. "It's fine."

"Babe, don't be like that…"

Eva shook her head. "Just go Dean. They're waiting for you."

Dean sighed before nodding. "Fine. But promise me you're not pissed, alright?"

Eva didn't say anything, only held the door to her bedroom wide for him. "Goodbye, Dean."

Dean sucked in a breath, clearly frustrated with Eva, before walking past her. "I'll see you later." He called out before walking out of the front door.

Eva let out a frustrated growl before throwing herself on her bed. What was she gonna do now?

"So…" Kaitlyn started, getting up as the boys strapped on their boots. "You guys are just going to be following me around all night?" She asked.

Seth nodded, his bun wobbling around as he did. "Yeah. Far enough where the attacker will think you're alone, but close enough to where we can catch them before they get away. Hear that Roman? We're not going to get close."

Roman grunted, the only noise he'd let out about this plan anymore. Kaitlyn could tell Roman didn't like this, she knew he'd much rather be next to her the whole time but that wouldn't solve anything. It wasn't just enough to scare the person away till they didn't bother her anymore. Kaitlyn wanted to know who did it. She also wanted to know what it was about her that made people want to make silly little sneak up games when it came to trying to intimidate her. It was tiring, pathetic and quite frankly irritating at this point. Anger couldn't even come out of the Diva's Champion anymore, she just wanted to find this person and ask what the hell their problem was. Maybe even have a match if that's what they were after.

"Hey, don't worry big guy alright?" Kaitlyn placed her hand on Roman's shoulder, who was still tying up his boots. "I promise you I'll be safe."

Roman didn't respond this time. She hated when he did that but she couldn't blame him. He had a lot going on. Hell, just yesterday Jessica had given Roman the official family court date for Alliyah. It was in two weeks; Kaitlyn promised to go with him for support and whatever else he'll need. He couldn't do this on his own, no matter how much he thinks he can. He needed her help just as much as she needed his help for this.

"Why don't you just get going?" Ambrose voiced up, standing up from the bench and bouncing on the balls of his feet. "We'll count to five and then one of us will follow you."

"I'll do it today." Seth voiced up.

Roman looked up for the first time. "I want to do it."

"Roman—"

"She's my girlfriend, right?!" Roman quickly snapped. He was edgy lately. No one knew how to address Roman anymore without triggering his anger. As the days went on it wasn't difficult to make Roman upset and spark up his unexpected anger. This truly disturbed Kaitlyn, who had always seen Roman as the rational one of the three boys. He had a temper in him but he had always been able to hold back. Now he let it run freely which sometimes led to violent reactions.

Seth swallowed, carefully speaking his next words. "Yes. And that's why you're not going to do it."

"What? That makes no sense!"

"Roman, it does—"

"Don't talk to me like I'm fucking four, Rollins!"

"Roman!" Dean barked out now, clearly done with whatever Roman's problem was. "We need you hanging back because we know you'll do some dumb 'avenge-my-lover' shit! This is to make sure you don't get in fuckin' trouble !"

Roman glared Dean down and Kaitlyn's stomach churned with nerves. An image of Roman attempting to punch Dean briefly filled Kaitlyn's mind. Had Roman not been in quite a bad mood she would've scoffed at her fear but she wasn't sure what Roman was capable of anymore. There was no knowing where Roman drew the figurative line on the figurative sand.

"Roman." Kaitlyn spoke up. His eyes, as hard and intense as the stormiest night, flashed to her. Roman really wasn't in a solid and stable place to be doing any of this. "Please just let Seth do this—"

"Why?! I can fucking do it!" Roman nearly yelled at her. This was also new. Roman never yelled at her. At least when it wasn't trying to gain her attention or stopping her from doing something stupid.

"I know you can but I want to make sure the person comes out of this alive. You're too riled up, Ro. You're stressed and honestly it's getting a bit scary…" Roman's eyes softened at her small confession. "I don't want you doing something you'll regret, alright? I like you, you know, having your job and being here."

Roman sighed. His tough demeanor deflated as his shoulders slumped. It had clicked in him. Kaitlyn smiled softly before placing a hand on his arm. "Don't worry. Seth's got my back. I also have my own now, I'll be on high alert." A soft laugh escaped her before her next words. "I'll like, spear the crap out of them or something."

Roman offered her a curt smile before nodding. "Be safe."

"Alright." Seth's voice brought the attention back to him. "Now that Fabio has been reassured. I'm ready to go when you are, Kait."

Kaitlyn nodded once, offering Roman a peck on the lips as the last bit of reassurance.

Before leaving she glanced over at Roman and Dean. Roman looked worried, Dean…well Kaitlyn wasn't sure what he was feeling. Then again if the emotion wasn't "angry" or "crazed" Kaitlyn wasn't ever sure what Dean was really expressing. Or not expressing. Either way, that wasn't her main worry. That spot was typically reserved for Roman's well-being. Though, for now, she'd also have to push that aside too.

She looked over at Seth, his lips set in a soft grin. She grinned back at him before opening the locker room door. "Let's get going, Cruella."

"JoJo!" Eva called out.

JoJo looked up from her phone. She had been looking through twitter and had hoped Eva wasn't going to find her. Then again the catering room probably wasn't the best place to hide.

"Yeah?"

"We've got a problem!" Eva spoke in a hushed tone, looking around them before bending down to JoJo's level. "We've got a problem with…you know…our plan."

"A problem?" JoJo perked up slightly. "Does that mean we can't do it tonight?"

Eva shook her head. "No, no, we are still doing this. I'm not going to have this ruin it but we're going to have to be careful."

JoJo's shoulders sunk. "Wait….what is the problem?"

"I don't know…"

"...What?"

"Dean told me they were going to do something to the person who attacks Kaitlyn tonight." Eva answered. JoJo's face paled. They were going to do something?

"I'm not doing it today, Eva."

Eva gave her a face. "To hell you are!"

JoJo shook her head. "No, Eva! I'm not doing it!"

No, oh hell to the no. JoJo was not going to walk into that ass whopping. Three huge guys and Kaitlyn was scary. And then there was the fact that if they caught her Seth would know whose been doing it…and she'll lose Seth. And god this was so utterly selfish of her, but she didn't want to lose him. Even if she didn't deserve him.

"You're going to do it, JoJo." Eva growled. "Or I'll make you." Eva's eyes flickered over to JoJo's wrist. It caused the much shorter diva to rub at the body part. The soreness had died down plenty but the bruising was still there. Albeit it wasn't as dark as it once was but JoJo could still see it. She would always see it.

She let out a shaky breath. "…Fine."

"Good girl." Eva smiled. It looked venomous and unpredictable. Shades of Ambrose is what JoJo would call it.

"I hate this." JoJo muttered.

"Oh sweetie." Eva cooed, pushing JoJo's curls away. The action made JoJo flinch. Eva was becoming something that scared JoJo. Something that was completely neurotic. "Just remember you're helping a friend. And if you're worried about tonight don't be. You're a quick girl, you can get out of it I'm sure."

JoJo could merely look at Eva, fighting back the urge to roll her eyes. She couldn't believe what this was becoming. JoJo wasn't prepared for something like this. She didn't have the apparent lack of morals Eva possessed. And she wanted to get out of this but she knew she couldn't. Eva would get back at her for this and at this point JoJo didn't think there was nothing Eva wouldn't do.

Kaitlyn rolled her shoulder as she walked down the hall. Her match against Nikki was an unexpectedly tough one. The twin had been getting much better in the ring, and Kaitlyn was proud of that, but damn did Nikki become quite a powerhouse. Her muscles will be weeping for weeks.

"Doin' okay, champ?" Seth's voice came from behind Kaitlyn.

"Yeah." She called back. "Aren't you supposed to be like, not obvious?"

The silence that came after only made Kaitlyn smile. Seth had been behind her the whole night. Which was something Kaitlyn honestly didn't expect. He didn't even stop to use the bathroom yet. Kaitlyn almost wanted to make sure he wasn't trying to burst his bladder for her. Which was a funny thought to have but with Seth she really wouldn't put it behind him. He was too sweet and too kind sometimes. Seth is the last person Kaitlyn could ever expect to do something that wasn't anything but positive to his friends.

Kaitlyn turned around, looking at Seth who was a pretty decent ways away. "I'm going to the ladies room, alright? You can wait out here. Unless you need to go in there too…?"

"And have girls probably attack me? Yeah, no thanks." Seth scoffed. "Nattie might be in there and I don't feel like getting a sharp shooter on the bathroom floor."

She chuckled while opening the bathroom. "That would be killer."

"Instant tap out."

Kaitlyn snorted. "I'll be right back."

She entered the bathroom, finding it to smell as badly as every other bathroom in every other stadium she's ever been too. With a crinkle of her noise she entered a stall and made quick work of letting out her sweet release with a satisfied moan.

Then she heard a shuffle.

Kaitlyn's head whipped up suddenly. She had not realized that someone else was in there with her. The two toned woman momentarily blushed. I wouldn't have moaned so loudly if I knew someone else was in here. She thought to herself.

Finishing her toilet duties, she zipped up her pants and exited the stall. She looked around at the other stalls. She quickly noticed the closed one. A stall that was one over hers, how did she not notice that? She almost apologized for her embarrassing display of appreciation over letting the river flow but she figured she should just quickly get out of here.

Turning to the sinks, Kaitlyn turned on the faucet and quickly started to rub at her hands. She was nearly finished when the stall busted open. Kaitlyn had nearly zero time to react before she felt too hands grip at her hair and pull her down to the ground.

Kaitlyn looked up, instantly realizing who it is.

"It's you!" Kaitlyn spoke. It was the attacker.

Kaitlyn tried to get up but was knocked down as the attacker started to kick her. Kaitlyn flinched with each impact, knowing full and well that bruises will be showing their soon. Kaitlyn tried to grab her attacker's legs, finally being successful at grabbing some of their pants, but the person merely fell on her and started to throw punches at her face.

Kaitlyn, finally, was able to get in a good blow herself. Kneeing her attacker's stomach. She finally threw a punch of her own at the person's face, which caused them to shuffle away from her.

"No, you're not getting away." Kaitlyn groaned, trying to get up but the attacker was much faster. As well as much healthier than she right now.

The attacker quickly ran towards the door, opening it and bolting out.

She was bleeding. She was so sure she was bleeding. This wasn't good.

JoJo bolted out of the bathroom, leaving Kaitlyn yelling out something at her that she didn't care to catch. JoJo knew she had to get out of there when Kaitlyn punched her face. It was a hard blow and JoJo knew it would be bruising, if it wasn't already. She also had the metallic taste of blood in her mouth, making her believe that Kaitlyn had actually broken some skin.

"Hey!" A booming voice startled JoJo.

JoJo looked over, spotting Seth running full force at her.

Oh shit, not Seth!

She started to run. Her stomach still sore from the kneeing slowed her down but she knew she had to get out of there. She couldn't have Seth of all people finding out that it was her who was attacking Kaitlyn. He'd be upset at her. He'd yell and scream and probably hate her forever. No not probably...he would absolutely hate her. And then she'd lose him forever. Lose his touch and care. Lose the way his hands felt on her or how his lips tasted. She'd lose him before they even got to go further than kissing. She'd hate that.

JoJo's thoughts were interrupted when she felt arms grab her, pulling her. "Got you!"

JoJo tried to wiggle out of his grasp, her heart racing rapidly as the fear took her over.

"Why are you attacking Kaitlyn?!" Seth yelled. "What do you want?!"

JoJo didn't dare answer, only wiggled in his grasp a little more. He had her tight and she was terrified.

"Gonna stay quiet, huh? Fine!" Seth breathed harshly, eyeing the mask she had on over her face. "I'll just figure out who you are myself."

Seth hugged her closer to his body, trying to pin her to him as he tried to take the mask. I have to stop him! She thought frantically to herself. What should she do?! What should she do?!

JoJo quickly raised her knee; hitting him right on the groin.

Seth doubled over in pain, releasing her as he grabbed at his own groin. She took this as her chance, sprinting quickly down the hall before he could regain himself. She heard him call out to her but she knew he wouldn't follow her. She had to get out of here.

After a few minutes on the floor, a good cussing session and nearly some limping down the hall, Seth finally made it to Kaitlyn. He entered the women's bathroom, finding her sitting on the floor as she held at her sides and head.

She looked a bit bruised and her lip was starting to swell up. Seth quickly made it over to her, helping her up to her feet. She hissed out in pain.

"What happened?"

Kaitlyn took a deep breath as she tried to regulate herself before answering. "They attacked me while I was washing my hands. Took my fucking hair and pulled me to the ground before throwing punches and kicking me. I had them down with me eventually but they fucking got away again." Kaitlyn explained. "Unless…?"

"Nah." Seth shook his head, helping her out of the bathroom. "I saw them when they ran out and I tried to catch them. I did actually, but then the fucker knee'd my dick hard as shit. They got away."

"Shit!" Kaitlyn hissed out. "I'm getting tired of this, Seth."

"I'm sorry. I should've been faster. I should've tackled them down."

"No." Kaitlyn shook her head. "It's not your fault. I…I just, I should've caught them. I feel pathetic and…I don't know...just fucking weak. I can't even figure out who this person is because they have me down most of the time."

"Don't beat yourself up about it, we'll figure out who they are. The next time we'll catch them and beat the shit out of them." Seth spoke. It was exactly what Kaitlyn wanted to do at this point. Just find who they are and give them a piece of her mind. Also a piece of her fists as she mutilates the person. She was going to be as rational and calm about this as she could, but now she was pissed. She was livid and in so much pain that she wanted her attacker to feel times ten.

"Roman isn't going to like hearing this." Seth caught her attention again.

"Yeah." Kaitlyn nodded. She didn't know what Roman would do after he figured out about this but she knew it wasn't going to be good.

"We might have to hold him back tonight."

"Yeah."

A/N: This multi-chapter story, hands down, has to be the only one I have ever taken so long to churn out. I'm sorry I update so slowly but I can not in anyway control what real life decides to throw my way. So, I suppose I'll try my best to be better at this but no promises! What I do promise is that this will have an ending and it won't be another poor fic lost in the sad sad ocean of unfinished multi-chapters. Anyways, I hope you enjoyed this! Please review? ^.^
