I stood backstage. Ready for my opening match against Tyson Kidd. I was feeling pretty optimistic about the outcome. I would have loved to walk around and be a cocky arrogant show off. But there was so one around that I felt would listen. Imagine me approaching Randy Orton. He would probably punt me and then I wouldn't be able to compete. My attire was pretty simple. I'm not a fan of boots so I opted for running shoes. Not like like John Cenas. I like to think I have better taste than him. My shoes are more compatible to the style of football (or soccer if you must use American terms) boots. Just without the studs on the bottom. There navy blue. Then I wear shorts. Okay, they may be like Cena's. But I did not get inspiration from him. Mine are not made of deniem and have a more combat style to them. Plus there pure white. I go topless to the ring. I do not have a top to really merchandise yet. My gimmick is still all up in the air. But this lets the spread eagle tattoo on the top of my back right beneath my collarbone show. It is just a plain black tattoo. I've never been a fan of colored tattoos. But CM Punk defiantly pulls them off. Anyway. Time to get on with the job in hand. Destroying Tyson Kidd.
...30 mins later...
Well that could not have gone better!
The ladies went INSANE for me. So talk about great crowd reaction. Squashed Tyson Kidd like an ant. He was faster than I originally anticipated. But within 5 minutes I was able to match his speed and overpower him. I left him unconscious and spread eagle. My trademark.
As I was walking backstage to he locker room to collect my stuff a familiar face approached me.
"Hey, you're Ashton right? I'm Dolph Ziggler." He smirked at me and held his hand out. I shook it.
"Yeah I am and I know who you are." He took a moment to size me up.
"I just wanted to say congratulations man, impressive match, got people talking backstage, but you know Tyson is just a little fish. The big fish won't be so easy."
"I know but let me assure you Dolph, I know what I am capable of and I am a big fish." It was my turn to smirk. I had caught him off guard with my confidence.
"Yeah well I would be careful if I were you. People are going go start coming for you."
"Hmm. In that case why don't they just come to me! Yeah. Victory party at my place. Tonight. Invite everyone. Especially the divas." I winked and walked away.
Now I had a party to throw. This was my opportunity. Strike up an alliance maybe, get the diva's to valet me maybe. This has to go well... No ifs not buts.
