Chapter 06: Finale

The Couples that Made it Together

A/N: So, this is it. The diary has come to its last pages. Well, let's see how all of these will end. Here goes!

The final day of the event made the couples more excited as it was a battle for love, not for teams anymore. Since Riko knew all of it, she decided to create a game for them with the help of Hyuuga, her loyal assistant.

"How about…'Truth or Consequence'?" Hyuuga suggested. Riko seemed to be quite bored with the suggestion.

"That's too easy for them…How about 'Find me darling!'?" Riko said and everyone in Seirin team (except for Kagami, Kuroko and Furihata who were in the GoM cabin) sweatdropped. "What's that?" Tsuchida whispered from the back.

"Well, the mechanics?" Hyuuga asked and Riko held out a piece of paper to be read by the captain. The others went to see the content of the paper.

"We'll blindfold the top males of their relationships. Then, the bottoms will be placed to locations far from them. The first top male to find his bottom male shall be declared the winner!" Riko shouted and everyone felt exhausted.

"O-okay! You know a lot about same sex relationships. Either way, let's get all of these started!" Hyuuga announced and the other players shouted in agreement, even though they were partly confused of what's going on.

Meanwhile, in the cabin of the GoM, Kagami prepared a healthy breakfast for the couples. A few of them agreed to eat but the others were highly doubtful of Kagami's cooking.

"Akashi-kun, you don't wanna eat?" Furihata asked as Akashi dropped his spoon and fork on the table. The brown-haired boy looked at him in wonder.

"I want a kiss first, Kouki." Akashi said with might in his voice. Furihata smiled and gave the redhead what he wanted.

"Me too, Muro-chin." Murasakibara pleaded and Himuro just sighed and kissed the purple-haired boy with delight.

"Shin-chan!" Takao stretched his arms wide as to land on Midorima but the green-haired three-pointer palmed Takao's face hard. Midorima blushed hard and glared at Takao.

"You're too much aggressive Takao!" Midorima shouted as he returned his hands to pick the eating utensils. Takao sighed in disbelief as he heard the words from Midorima.

"You should give way to Takao, Midorima." Aomine said as he smirked which irritated Midorima more.

"Don't tell me what to do as if you know a lot!" Midorima pushed his glasses up to his nose bridge and huffed in annoyance.

"Midorimacchi! Don't shout at Aominecchi!" Kise waved a hand in front of the green-haired boy.

"That's okay Babe. They just don't like PDA." Aomine said and chuckled immediately after that, making Kise sweatdrop.

"Ugh! What a bunch of shitmouths! Just eat already!" Kagami shouted and everyone turned to him. Kuroko smiled at the display of dominance his boyfriend was giving.

"He's right. We're at the dining table." Furihata added to support Kagami's statement.

"I agree. You all stop or I'll peel off your skin…" Akashi glared at the arguing people and showed his pair of scissors. Aomine and Midorima quickly got their utensils and ate quietly. Takao and Kise chuckled lightly at that.

"That's how high they regard you, Akashi-san." Himuro talked to the captain and smiled. Akashi nodded to him and ate his own food as well.

After that so-much-of-a-struggle breakfast, the couples packed up some of their things because this would be the last day of the winter party. After settling their things, they all went to the hot springs to warm up their lamenting cold bodies.

"Aominecchi! Not again!" Kise blushed hard as Aomine was making butterfly kisses down to his chest. The navy-blue haired boy just smirked evilly and went lower to Kise's abdomen.

"Those two! They really are PDA idiots!" Midorima cursed under his breath while massaging Takao's back carefully.

"Just let them be, Midorima-san. Right Atsushi?" Himuro said and looked to Murasakibara for approval and the latter nodded.

"Ahhhh… That feels great Kuro-…Ow!" Kagami was refreshing himself when he felt Kuroko slightly pressed hard on his spine. The redhead yelped in pain but Kuroko quickly nursed the aching part.

"Sorry Kagami-kun. I was just overwhelmed by your reaction." Kuroko apologized quickly and Kagami just smiled at him. "Idiot." Kagami muttered under his breath.

"Akashi-kun….That's great of you!" Furihata closed his eyes at the sensation that Akashi's fingers were giving him. His delighted smiled was felt by the redhead captain.

"I studied reflexology for 2 years. I know where to trigger your back pain." Akashi grinned and Furihata hummed happily at the feeling.

All of them were enjoying the moment when a loud crash on the door diverted their attention to the person at the door. Riko made an awkward face but quickly composed herself to announce her game idea.

"Announcement! All of you will join a game that I called 'Find me darling'!" Riko started and explained the instructions. The idea earned both positive and negative comments but in the end, they all agreed to join the game.

Later that day, the game started. Kagami was nearly getting to Kuroko. Aomine had a hard time finding Kise and tripped on the floor which made Kise emit a light chuckle. Midorima was focusing to sense the presence of Takao nearby. Murasakibara used his sense of smell to detect the scent of Himuro around. And Akashi walked straight towards one direction as it was what he felt to be Furihata's location. In the end, Kagami was the first to find Kuroko.

"And the winner is…Kagami and Kuroko!" Riko announced as Momoi (sorry she was out of the scene chapters ago) squeaked in joy to cheer her favorite boy.

"Was it really fate or just some stupid joke?!" Midorima growled angrily and stomped his foot on the gym floor. Takao chuckled nervously at the green-haired boy's reaction.

"Looks like I'm not good at detecting with my Eye covered. Still, I am absolute that Kuroko will win." Akashi said but Furihata patted him lightly on the back. "It's okay. At least you tried." Furihata said and Akashi smiled at him.

"Waaah! Aominecchi! So slow!" Kise shouted and Aomine kissed him to shut the hell out of the blonde. "Don't care. I have you now!" Aomine grinned evilly and received a light thump on the head from Kise. "Don't you have anything in mind?!" Kise pouted which made Aomine cringe a little.

"Sorry Kise. I'm too obsessed at you." Aomine hugged him tight and Kise was sure he had tears streaming down his cheeks. The sight made all of the people there look at them.

"Looks like Aomine learned his lesson." Himuro said and Murasakibara nodded at him.

"Yes. Mine-chin is too much for Kise-chin." Murasakibara said and kissed Himuro chastely.

"Now this is a memorable event! Guys, picture!" Riko called out as the couples settled at their place to be taken pictures.

And truly, the winter party was too much for all of them…
