On the way to work Jenny and Gibbs spoke about letting Jay go to the same school as Chloe and Dylan for it will be easier than sending him to a school all the way across town. Chloe was looking at Jay but he was to busy looking at his phone to notice

" Who you talking to on bbm Jay? " Chloe asked Jay turned to look at her then to his phone if he told her he was talking to another girl she would get jealous so he lied

" Dylan " Jay said that way he was only partly lying he was in fact talking to Dylan as well as Emma, Chloe nodded and turned to look out the window she watched as cars drove down the other side of the road. Minutes later they were pulling into the NCIS car park Jay had gotten his own ID card so it was only Chloe who had to get a visitors pass.

Gibbs pushed the button for the lift to arrive he waited for it to come then entered followed by Jenny Jay and Chloe he pushed the button for the bullpen and the lift doors closed the ride up was quite when they reached the bullpen Chloe was the first one out she didn't even looked at Jay just smiled to Jenny and Gibbs who looked at each other then to Jay, when Jay saw his parents looking at him he sighed and got out the lift and walked to his dads area and sat behind Tony without saying anything to anyone.

It was 2 hours later and Jay still hadn't said anything to anyone all he's done is sit behind Tony and stare into space, Chloe was sitting behind Ziva talking to her when she looked over to Jay she took a deep breath then looked to Ziva

" I am going to go and see if Jay is ok " Ziva nodded and Chloe stood up and walked over to Tony's desk Jay having seen Chloe move turned to looked at her when she stopped in front of his brothers desk he stood up knowing she wanted to talk to him. They walked round to the vending machines area and sat down no one spoke at first until Chloe couldn't take it anymore

" Have I done something to make you mad at me Jay " Chloe asked Jay looked at her then shook his head Chloe was becoming annoyed that he wouldn't talk to her

" I need more than a shake of your head Jayden " Chloe said in a loud whisper Jay sighed and stood up he walked round the table and bent down to his knees in front of Chloe placing his hands on her thighs

" Am sorry for acting like a dick baby just got a lot on my mind " Jay said Chloe looked down at him and knew what he was talking about because she had Emma on bbm as well and she saw that Emma had changed her name from EmmaBlack3 to Emma and Jay that's why she didn't speak to him in the lift until now

" You don't want to go out with me anymore do you " Chloe said sadly with her head down Jay sharply looked up at her and glared

" Of course i want to still go out with you i love you Chloe and no matter what anyone says i will always love you Emma is been a bitch and won't leave me alone i don't even like her the only reason i didn't tell you i was talking to her was to save us from this " Jay replied Chloe just looked at Jay with tears in her eyes and said nothing Jay sighed and pulled her up then sat down in her chair with her in his lap holding her close rubbing his hand up and down her back. What they both didn't see was Jenny standing round the corner she was coming to tell Jay his dad was out in the field with his brothers and sister

Meanwhile:

Gibbs and the team had been called on a case so Gibbs told Jenny to tell Jay if he came back and they weren't there then they left to go to the crime scene witch was covered in FBI guys Gibbs sighed

" Great as if this day could get any worse "

" Tony bag and tag Tim witness reports and Ziva photos i will deal with Fornell " Gibbs ordered them the kids nodded and went about the jobs Gibbs gave them. Gibbs walked over to Tobias and cleared his throat

" Fornell " Gibbs nodded Tobias turned and looked at Gibbs and nodded back

" Looks like we are working together on this one Gibbs " Fornell said before walking over to one of his agents, Gibbs sighed and started to help Tim with the witnesses.

An hour later the team where heading back to NCIS to give the evidence to Abby and for Ducky to start on the body, Gibbs walked into the bullpen he frowned when he didn't see Jay he thought that he was up with Jenny to he walked up to her office as usual he didn't knock he walked straight in Jenny didn't even look up to know who was there

" He's not in her Jethro he's round at the vending machines with Chloe " Jenny said still working on the paperwork in front of her Gibbs nodded even though Jenny wasn't looking at him

" Haven't they been away for a while ?" Gibbs asked Jenny looked up at him with a guilty look on her face Gibbs raised an eyebrow at her before walking towards the desk

" What did you do ?" Gibbs said

" I may have over heard them talking and it sounded like Jay has been talking to another girl and Chloe was upset about it because he lied to her saying it was Dylan he was talking to you need to speak to him Jethro he can't do that to Chloe she's a nice girl " Jenny said Gibbs nodded and kissed her quickly on the lips before leaving the office. He went down the stairs to the bullpen and into his section he walked over to his desk and sat in his chair he pulled out his phone and called Jay it rang twice before Jay picked up

' hello '

' Jay get your ass back to the bullpen i need to talk to you '

' be there in 2 minutes dad '

Gibbs didn't say bye he just hung up and waited until Jay got there, as Jay and Chloe entered the teams section Chloe walked round and sat behind Ziva's desk Jay was about to sit behind Tony's when Gibbs stood up

" Don't think so Jay your coming with me now so we can talk " Gibbs said Jay looked at his dad and sighed he knew this wasn't going to be good
