I pace around the track field of the college. I watch as the college cheer squad help out the high school cheer leaders with the routine. I continue jogging. I look around and see the 3 people from the beach that I met a month ago.
"Kim right?" I ask stretching a small smile across my face. She smiles coming toward me. I see Jake follow, holding her hand, while Henry and Tom discuss something about movies.
"Yeah, your Chance how's it going?" Kim responds.
"yeah, yeah," I bite my lip and glance around the field while putting my hands in my sweat pockets,"What you guys doing tonight?" I ask.
"Movies then dinner at this old Italian restaurant we use to go to when we were kids" Jake answers.
"We just need to decide what movie to watch?" Jake says looking at Tom and Henry with a stern look.
"Horror Hours or Never to Late for Love?" Jake asks annoyed at Tom then at Henry.
"Horror Hours the trailer looked pretty good" I blurted out then stood silently.
"alright" Kim says smiling back at Jake.
"I didn't want to see that romance movie anyway.." Jake says staring at the ground then smiling as he tap kisses Kim.
"Hey let's go get brunch at Remming Cafe" Henry says smiling. They all nod as they climb out the bleachers and start walking. I walk along with them a little tired as I yawned, as I tied my hair in a cute messy bun and put my hand in my sweat pants pockets again.
I hear grunts from the corner...as I turn around I see and hear the familiar voice...NO?!
I look to see Logan making out with another girl in a hidden space. I look away and start running faster.
"I'll meet you guys in a few I'm going to change " I said abruptly. They nodded as I ran feeling my voice crack. I run and run and run.
I head to the building dorm and run up the 3 levels of stairs to my room. As I get inside I see Logan sitting down on my bed.
"You know, I really hoped you would be gone for good.." His voice was different... it sounded like...Malcolm?!
I ran backward to against the wall heading to the door but he was able to lock it with his mind..
"WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME?!" I scream. As memories flash and flah.. I see myself dying and dying... images of me and Logan laughing and hugging... Malcolm killing me and hurting me...I run toward Malcolm and jump on top of him. My necklace glows and turns into a dagger. I take the dagger and stab him over and over..
Malcolm disappears and the three locks appear... The walls begin to grow red... I wake in the library... except its red... blood red... There's a tilted star on the wall with a ring around it.. Logan is on a table with blood all over him.. Malcolm is humming with a whole group of guys. I see a glass cage in-front of me.
I push and push. Logan turns around.
"She has finally broke the curse!" he croaks coughing up blood. I feel a powerful energy surround me as I run to Malcolm and take the dagger again and stab him, I stab him a second time and a guy behind me falls on the ground, so I stab him again and again. Then, finally on the head I smash it screaming. I turn happily to Logan to see him gone...
I wake in a dark room with a grey light and see I'm wearing a white cut up shirt that covered my knees.
"you think it's that easy to defeat me?" his voice croaks in my mind. A doctor comes in then 4 more come in and lift me harshly. As they carry me out the room there's a crowd of people screaming at me ,
"MURDERER, PSYCHOPATH!" they shout. I try to cover my ears but one of the doctors smack my hands.. it makes them sting.. I realize the bruises on me as I hear my scream.. "IT WASN'T ME IT WAS MATT WHY WONT YOU BELIEVE ME?! HE'S GOING TO FIND ME... HE'S - HE'S EVERYWHERE I'M NEXT I'M NEXT I CAN FEEL IT" I start crying and screaming hysterically..
"You are going to be cleansed of your sin.. we are going to erase your memory and you are to be watched 24/7 and sent away to a school. You won't remember anything.. we're cutting your hair.. changing your skin color.. we can't change your eyes.. we can change your nose, lip shape, face shape.. your gonna be rested for 2 months because if you wake after the surgery you will feel massive pain from the breaking and fixing of your entire body. You will still go to hell though you evil bitch" A doctor says while the 5 other ones throw me hard on a metal table making my head bang and my eyes flash closed..
I wake in a forest...I'm running up to my mom.. she's so beautiful.
"MOM MOM! DAD DAD! BAILEY IS DEAD! ITS MATT HE KILLED HER RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME HER BLOOD SPLATTERED ON ME I'M SO SCARED! SHE'S DEAD! SHE'S DEAD! HE SAYS I'M NEXT!" I cry onto her chest. A knife appears in my hands..
"MATT?! NO!" I start aiming at my mom and swing at my dad.. I try to control my arm. I hear Matt laughing in my ears.
"YOU TRIED TO KILL US THAT'S IT WE'RE SENDING YOU AWAY" My dad smacks me hard.
I cry..
"WHY WONT YOU BELIEVE ME?" I cried on the floor as they threw me in the car and tied me up.
I wake in a room facing the wall.
I look down to see.
I wake in my room at the college. There's a knock on the door I run and embrace Logan tightly. Then I let go.
"get out" I scream.
"You've broken the spell!" Logan says happily.
"You broke my heart" I cracked going toward the door. Logan grips my hand.
"what did I ever do? All I have ever done was think about you" He shouts looking right at me.
"Were you thinking about me when you were kissing that girl?" I shout back as there's a knock at the door. A guy appears- he looks just like Logan. Wearing the shirt that Logan was kiss- I look back at Logan confused.
"That wasn't me- That was my twin brother" Logan explains. I start crying as I embrace Logan tightly.
"GOOD- cause I need you.. I need you Logan... We're free Logan" I hug him tightly.
Logan pulls away, " It has only begun" Logan whispered staring at the other guy sternly.
