If Izzy knew about what was happening to her child, those bullies would suffer a whole lot more than bloody noses and gashed hands.

But the worst was still to come for the young Benten. And this would make first period look like a shameful accident.

And Alejandro Bueros Muertos II would be the cause of it.

"Hey, Morgan, wait!" Called a familiar voice that caused Morgan to stop in her tracks. She whipped around, coming face-to-face with Alejandro. She took a moment to realize that all eyes were on her. She blushed under their mixed gazes. "I want you to come sit by me."

She raised an eyebrow to that in suspicion.

"To make amends for this morning," he explained quickly.

Too quickly?

She didn't have time to think about it, or even respond. He just grabbed her arm, and heroded her over to his table. The occupants already at the table, threw rude glancestors and gestures at her.

Morgan suddenly felt insecure.

"Cool it, guys," Alejandro scolded his friends.

Morgan was amazed at his defense. She didn't expect that from him.

It was a girl that answered him. "Why? She's not one of us, Alejandro."

She expected Alejandro to just leave it there. He surprised yet again. He hissed viciously at her, "Because, Isabella, I invited her here."

Morgan watched the girl flush bright red. It was clear who the real leader here was.

"Isabella?" Morgan said, hoping to break the tension.

"What?!" She spat irritably. At Alejandro's glare, she reluctantly softened. "Yeah?"

Her tone was almost even nice. "Oh, um, my mom's named Izabella, too."

Isabella rolled her eyes. "Oh, kudos to her!" She replied sarcastically.

Her face suddenly looked in pain. Morgan was confused. What she hadn't seen was that she'd gotten a severe kick under the table.

"Are you okay?" When she didn't answer, she asked Alejandro, the causer of Isabella's pain, in the first place. "Is she okay?"

He smiled at the worry on her face. "Oh, she's fine. I'm sure she's touched with your concern. Are you touched by it, Izzy?"

She spat through gritted teeth, "Yeah, so touched." She saw Alejandro's cold expression, and she added, "Thanks, Meaghan."

Morgan frowned. "It's Morgan," she muttered, now sure that she obviously had to be a loser.

Isabella actually looked concerned- with real concern and everything. "Hey, I'm sorry. I know that it hurts when people forget my name," she glared at Alejandro, "Or give me a stupid nickname."

He was looking up at the ceiling as if that were the most interesting thing in the world. "I wash my hands of it," he declared.

Isabelle just rolled her eyes. "Yeah, whatever. So, Morgan, you're the girl who nailed Alejandro here in the face with your shoe. Dead on Accuracy, I hear."

Morgan blushed. "Not really. I threw both my shoes at him. The first one missed."

Isabelle rolled her eyes. "You're being modest."

Morgan suddenly scowled.

"What's wrong?" Isabelle asked.

"You remind me of somebody. I just can't place my finger on who."

Isabella chuckled. "Oh, that? Both my parents star on tv shows, whether host, or co-host, in mother's case."

"Her parents are Chris McLean and Blaineley," Alejandro explained. "A lot of people at this table have parents or a parent from the show. Thats actually why I called you over. You don't belong with those other people. As the child of two contestants, you obviously belong with us. We're your new family. And this family protect one another."

Morgan's eyes went wide and flinched. She knew what was coming next.

Alejandro continued, "I noticed your nose was bleeding earlier. And your hands," he gestured to the cuts, "those are recent. I'm guessing somebody's been bullying you."

She blushed under all of their gazes. "I can take it," she tried to sound brave.

Isabella nodded. "Oh, obviously. How'd you get those cuts?"

Morgan sighed, already sick of her new family's prying. Her dad wasn't even that nosy! "A stupid girl pushed me into the mirror," she fessed up.

"There you have it. You need us."

Morgan sighed again. Maybe they were right. "What do a need to do for your protection?"

Alejandro frowned. "You don't need to do anything other than sit with us at lunch. And if a fellow brother or sister need our help, you need to help us help them."

Morgan nodded. "Okay. I'm in."

Alejandro smiled slyly. "Oh, yeah, you are..."

And that's when she felt the cold water all over herself.
