'My eyes, it hurts to open them' Kagome thought. 'My body hurts every where.' She cracked her eyes open, as far as she could get them.
"He-hello?" She said in a raspy voice.

"Kagome? Kagmome, can you hear me?" 'Inuyasha' She thought.

"Inu-Yasha?" She forced her eyes open even more. There he was, her savior. She began to cry. The look in his face, he was terrified. He was also covered in blood.

"Sh-sh Kagome, it's okay. He can't hurt you anymore." He was wiping hair from her face.

"I was so scared. He- He was going to-" She let out a sob.

"No one is going to ever hurt you again." He said trying to sooth her. "Can you sit up? If it hurts to much don't force your self." She tried sitting up, and it hurt, it hurt bad, but she wasn't going to let that stop her.

"I don't think he did too much damage. How do I look?"

"Like a punching bag. Are you sure you're okay? Can you even stand?" He said. "Well, I checked the wound on your back, and there isn't too much damage."

"That's great." Kagome just sat there. Then when she finally took a good look around. There were bodies everywhere. Wolf Demon bodies. She noticed Kouga's was missing. "Where's Kouga?" She worried.

"When I saw him hitting you, I lost control. I just.. I just killed everyone. There wasn't even anything left of him." He sighed. "I don't regret it, because it saved you. Come on, I'll carry you back."

-2 Months Later-

It was before dawn.
Kagome was stretching, just awaking from a nap. 'It's good to back to normal, and on missions.' She thought. Standing to pack up her things. Everyone was awake doing there own thing. They'd stopped and took a break for a day. She looked down to Inuyasha, who had taken up sleeping at least 3 feet away at all times. 'He must have taken up the opportunity to sleep as well. He was up all night, so she didn't wake him. Once she was done rolling up her sleeping bag, she grabbed a set of clothes and walked a few yards away, behind a tree to get dressed. 'Maybe I should just go to the hot springs in the town. I'll have to ask Sango and shippo of course, and invite them.' Just as she'd gotten her top of, she heard someone stir. Kagome peaked around the tree to notice InuYasha wake up to her not there. He looked so panicked.

"Pst." She said. "I'm just changing." She said. She saw his eyes soften. this isn't the first time she's seen him panic. Once she finished getting dressed she walked out from behind the tree and noticed InuYasha was gone. All of a sudden, a red clad figure dropped down in front of her. She nearly screamed.

"Gotchya. This whole revenge thing isn't over ya know, It was just put on pause." He said with a mischievous smile.

"Bastard." She muttered.

A few hours later.

When she mentioned the hot springs to Sango and Shippo, they were all for it. InuYasha was the only one against it.

"No. If we go to a hot spring, I can't watch over Kagome." He stated firmly.

"InuYasha, Please. Sango will be there to protect me. Pleaaase." She started.

"No." He said then walked off. "I'll be back. I've got somethin' I needa do." He suddenly stopped and turned around. "I'll be back in 30 minutes at most. Miroku, Don't let them do anything stupid." Then zoomed off.

"Well, Now that he's gone, lets go to the hot spring." Kagome suggested. "He said he can't watch over me there, but yet he took off just like that. So, it's his own fault." Sango Nodded. Miroku just huffed. There was no way he'd be able to stop them even if he wanted to. The girls and shippo were off, and Miroku was on his own.

"I knew they'd take the bait." Inuyasha dropped from a tree. Miroku almost fainted from the scare he just got.

"Do. NOT. Do that." Miroku said, holding a hand over his heart. "EVER."

"Keh, deal with it. Now, I'm going to prank Kagome, wanna go?" Inuyasha offered.

"No. I'll just find us lodging." Miroku sighed. 'why is he picking for a fight?'

-Shippo, Sango, and Kagome. -

"We're here!" Shippo shouted. "I hope Inuyasha wont be to mad."

"Oh well." Kagome said, sinking into the hot spring. "ahh." she let out a content sigh. "This is great, isn't it Sango?" Sango only sighed in agreement.

"Kagome, how do you feel about InuYasha?" Sango asked.

"Well, our relationship now is pretty much out in open, I love him. I think he's very childish, and he is over protective, but he's very loving, and caring." Kagome replied. Sinking farther down into the water. "What about you, how do you feel about Miroku?" 'I already know the answer, I just want you to say it out loud' Kagome thought.

"Well, to put it bluntly, I love him as well." Kagome was shocked, she thought she'd have to drag it out of her.

"That's great Songo!" Kagome said. "Huh, night fall already? Today wasn't very eventful."

As the girls got lost in idle chat, they failed to notic that they were being stalked by a vengeful inu.

'This will scare them' Inuyasha thought, as he put a special charm into the water. Soon the water turned blood red and shippo and the girls were panicking.

"WHAT'S HAPPENNING!" Kagome shouted. She was now wrapped in her towel and Inuyasha thought it to be the perfect chance to kidnap her. Sango turned to say something to Kagome, but she was gone.

"I smell inuyasha's scent" Shippo pouted. "This was a prank for leaving."

"That childish idiot!" Sango shouted.

-Inuyasha and Kagome-

"INUYASHA! YOU BAKA BAKA BAKA!" Kagome was shouting in his ear.

"Shaddup." He said. "Just hold on." Sooner than later, Kagome was once more on the ground. Only, she was at an Inn.

"InuYasha? What's going on?" She said hesitantly. She was only in a towel, inside an inn. He only chuckled. Her eyes widened and she made a break for the door. InuYasha beat her to it.

"Nope." He said. 'God she doesn't need to be this scared, It's not like I'm going to do anything.' He thought.

"InuYasha. What are you doing?" She asked him.

"Oh me? I'm just having some fun. You look really tempting in just that towel, Kagome." He stared walking towards her. She kepted backing up, until she hit the wall. Not 2 seconds later, she was now pinned to the wall, being furiously kissed by Inuyasha. The kiss was deep and intense. When Inuyasha slid his tongue along her bottom lip, she allowed him. After kissing with fiery passion, Kagome had to pull away, or she would die of suffocation. Inuyasha wasn't done though. He pulled her back in for an even more hot kiss. Once he knew that if anymore happened he wouldn't be able to control him self anymore, he stopped and walked away. Kagome just stood there, dazed.

"W-why did you do that?" She asked. Her legs had grown weak. She was extremely aroused.

"I felt like it." The sneaky inu said. Kagome noticed the two futons on the floor, and dragged one far away. 'I can't be near him, or else he will smell me.' She thought, blushing. 'this is going to be a long night.'

"I'm just going to go to sleep." She said. She found a robe on the other side of the room, not bothering to take off her towel, she put the robe over it. 'A VERY long night.'

'This is going to be fun.' InuYasha thought.
